Awful service every time I get a prescription from this place at least 30 min wait. This time I went in Monday asked them to prepare and went back Wednesday - still 30 min wait as done nothing. Absolutely useless and will go elsewhere now.

Great place to go for quick easy travel vaccinations! Friendly, fast and seen straight away. Definitely recommend. They are open for late nights too!

I just had a blood pressure and pulse reading done at the Petts Wood Pharmacy. The staff were extremely friendly, and the wait was very short, so I could get my results within minutes. Definitely a recommended local pharmacy.

My prescription sent electronically from my Doctor is never prepared even though I always call in at least 3-4 days after it is sent. I am always told to come back in 30-40 minutes. The staff are rude and unhelpful and as a customer I am made to feel an inconvenience. I have now changed to another pharmacy where the staff are friendly and helpful.

Another pharmacy booked me an appointment, then asked me to come later, then the pharmacist didn't show up so I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to get a last minute walk in appointment at Petts Wood Pharmacy. I was seen in 5 minutes and given my flu jab. It was so convenient, I should have just gone there first!

Like the other reviews state they refuses to answer the phone I called 3 times trying to sort an emergency prescription before going into the shop the phone was ringing constantly while I was there and out of all of the members of staff in the shop not one of them answered the phone even once. Everyone who is as coming into the stores prescriptions also weren’t ready.

My partner had his flu/covid this morning - there was a walk in service. I have just had both jabs, had to fill in a simple form, was in and out within 10 minutes - very efficient, professional, definitely worth going to if you are eligible THANK YOU

Had a very weird experience at this pharmacy. Went there as one of the only ones in this vicinity that was open late on Christmas Eve. When I explained my condition, they said I could have antibiotics for £27 (thought I had heard them wrong) but no, that was what they said. They took money off my card, then asked me to look over a form and sign and date it. I then waited a bit and my form was given back to me, because I hadn't filled it in (they hadn't asked me to fill in the rest). When I did this, they said I couldn't have the antibiotics, as due to something I had marked, they weren't allowed to. I said you have to refund my money then, which they said they could only do via cash (something my husband has since said was dodgy, as they should pay you back to your card - its to stol fraud). I landed up buying something else off a shelf and they said they didn't have any change, but then did (barring lacking 1p, which I can deal with). Realised when I got home, they gave me an old £1. I've never been here before but I don't aim to come here again. Something very dodgy about the whole experience and doesn't give me any confidence that they knew what they were doing but were charging high prices for products. After them being little to no help, I contacted 111, went to Urgent Care shortly after and now have the medication I need to get better. Now that's a service, that was done well!

Had my COVID vaccine and flu jab here. The pharmacist is helpful and friendly, as he always has been. Thank you for your service to the community.

Once again, like last month, Petts Wood pharmacy failed at carrying out the simple administrative task of locating my prescription in the NHS cloud. Strangely this does not lie beyond the capability of another pharmacy who could retrieve this. This was a problem last month. I deleted my negative review then because the pharmacist gave me a call and apologised. Now, the mistake has been repeated. As I have said last month, this pharmacy fails at very simple administrative tasks. How can you trust them to dispense drugs if it is beyond their ability to locate a prescription? Answers on a postcard.

Great service!.. my husband and I booked our covid boosters on line but apparently they have a walk in service too. Whilst there we were offered our flu jabs as well so got it all done in one visit. It was quick and painless we were very impressed and will definitely use their services in the future.

The hours that this pharmacy operates are great and the general shop is very well stocked (although I have experienced issues with prescriptions) However my main frustration is they advertise online that they offer vaccinations every day and even allow you to book and pay for these upfront . I arrived for my appointment today and was told the pharmacist was only around on Sundays ! That was annoying in itself but what made it worse was they seemed completely oblivious to the fact that I had booked and paid for an appointment (and that this was possible), and as it is managed by a third party (Patient Access) I now have to go through a lengthy process to get a refund . Not ideal at all.

I have spent years as a customer to this pharmacy and have never felt so let down. The service years ago was fantastic but now (I assume this applies to everyone) you have to go in and wait 30mins for your prescription as it’s not been made up! When I asked ‘why if it was sent electronically is it not ready?’ They replied short staffed! They even recommended me to try Boots next door?! They have been ‘short staffed’ for over a year now and the website offers a service contrary to what I am receiving.

They really need to update their opening hours. Not a late night pharmacy by any sort. Quite disappointed to know that their information is not updated. Says open to 11pm daily but was closed when I reached there at 10pm. Thoroughly disappointed.

Been going here for 7 years, always looked after me and my family. Keep up the great work. Was very happy how they helped my young boy when we were worried about him .

Late night panic with 17 month old. Frantically drove up at 20:20 as stated they were open until 9. This is not true. Pulled up only to find it was shut, this was 20:34. Left me in a panic and frantically driving around to find another pharmacy open miles away. Please re do your opening hours Information.

AVOID! If there were 0 stars, I would have selected that! The pharmacist here is incredibly rude, they have limited stock of medication and the waiting times for pre-ordered prescriptions is over 40mins. Very poor!

Rude! Took out of date medication to be disposed of, staff were rude and very unhelpful. Ended up putting it in the bin. My son popped in tonight for a prescription and couldn’t believe how rude the two women who were working there were! I recommend the pharmacy at Southborough…

Over priced items. We had to pay £17 for an eye ointment as all other chemists were closed and we couldn't get a doctors appointment that day. We discovered the ointment is priced £6.99 everywhere else! This is not the first time we've be overcharged but with limited options in the evening we found ourselves with no other option. Shame on them charging ridiculous amounts. Would not recommend!!

Not open during advised opening hours. Travelled far to get a prescription - arrived at 9.30 when closing is advertised as 11. Update your opening hours!

Worst Chemist ever. They never answered their phone. Doctor sent through prescription and not filled untie you arrive.

Disgraceful, 34 calls & no answer. The pharmacist here has the most lunch/tea/any breaks I’ve ever known!! Money grabbing & unhelpful. We’ll be going back to CROFTON pharmacy, much more efficient.

I am writing this review on behalf of John Wade. John would like to say; "a special note of gratitude and sincere thanks to Asif Caitlin Saghar for their outstanding and very professional service. They are all a credit to the Pharmacy industry and I cannot applaud them more enough. A special thanks to Asif for always doing my repeat prescriptions. Asif you are a star. Kind Regards, John Wade"

Impossible to get through via phone/email to request for the prescription meds to be dispensed. Up to 30 min wait to collect prescription meds which hadn't been made up, even though the repeat prescription had been send days before. Takes at least 2 days to ship meds out of stock, which is increasingly the case.

👍👍 I cannot recommend heartily enough this surgery, I left my previous surgery of 20 years due to them going down hill. From the moment you enter, all staff are polite, helpful and listen to you. The building is clean, and you never have to wait long to be seen. Since I joined recently, each interactio...

😠 I have been attending this GP since I was 9/10 years old. I am now now 25 years old. I can confidently say that the service has truly gone down. At some point there has been a change in management. It used to be that you would be assigned a GP which helped with the continuation of care. Now fast fo...
