2nd visit to the Hotel, the reception staff are always very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast had a good range of food even chia seeds which was a surprise. The 3 ladies in the dining area, Elana,Jane and Natalia were exceptional in their service and friendliness aplenty.

The outside of the hotel looks so grand and the interior is just as beautiful. My room was small but cozy. Really clean bathroom, although the shower has no door, just a piece of glass that blocks the water halfway. The temperature of the room was kept at a comfortable, cool temperature, which you can change. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in and I literally forgot I wasn’t home when I woke up in the morning. Outside the tall windows was the view of a gorgeous lush green garden. This hotel is away from traffic but pretty far from London center, so you have to take the bus/thameslink. The nearest bus station is about a 6 minute walk.

Great hotel. Although this hotel is quite an old looking from the outside the rooms are very contemporary. Don't get me wrong there are little signs dotted throughout the hotel that are still a little dated but the rooms are great. Nice little mini gym and fantastic steam room but both these are a bit dated. There are lockers (£1) and shower and changing facilities in the leisure centre area. Breakfast was really nice too. Better quality than you get at a premier inn for instance. Ample free parking. Lovely helpful friendly staff too. Will definitely be back there if I'm working in that area again

Small but functional rooms with modern, clean bathrooms and comfy beds. Visited in Feb 2024 for a work event and stayed a single night, sampling two breakfasts, two lunches and a dinner. Cooked breakfast options were definitely lacking for veg/pescatarians compared to omnivore options and same for lunch. The veggie kebabs were about 1/3-1/2 the size of the chicken ones and didn't have anything to replace the chicken, just came without. Dinner was selected in advance and what was presented on the evening didn't quite match up. The food was tasty, regardless. My main - prawn linguine - was FAR too much food for one person so I wasn't delighted to be questioned about why I hadn't finished. It came off as if I'd done something wrong when actually the chef just got the portion wrong. A couple of my group had crumble with ice cream, the latter being served on a bit of slate, meaning that any left unfinished ran off the flat surface and onto the table - I would suggest a bit of a rethink on that one. On the evening of our stay there was an extremely lively 16th birthday celebration going on that at some point spilled outside meaning it could be heard from the rooms. I worried this was going to mean a disturbed evening, but the noise was short lived and I'd like to thank staff if that was their doing. Snacks provided throughout the work event were more than plentiful.

I used to use this hotel a lot many years ago, the last time was about eleven years ago when I had a Wake there for my mother and attitude and food was very disappointing. Went today for an old family friend's Wake and what a difference. Quality of food much improved and service Might consider revisiting.

I went to the hotel for breakfast on the 24th of December with my family, and we had a lovely time. The hotel decorations were awesome. This is my third time I had breakfast, and I'm recommended, is buffet breakfast, food is fresh, the service is outstanding, so I'm pleased with the food and service. I had been serviced by a pleasant lady, very polite and professional. If I'm not wrong, her name was Diane Alet, and she made our experience more pleasant. We feel welcomed. I'm happy to return.

We went here for a repast. I wasn't too impressed with the service. We waited well beyond the booked hour to be served food. Also, the bar was out of alcohol after 3 hours of being there. However, the venue was nice and the food was tasty. There is a huge garden space which occupies as many tables as inside. The day was beautiful, which led to many of us quite happy to be seated outside. A huge TV screen projected photos and videos of the family, and there was music playing to celebrate life. All in all, I enjoyed seeing family members I hadn't seen in years.

Very good hotel in close proximity to central London. Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely building and garden area. Rooms are very nice, cosy and comfy. Good shower and bathrooms. For a very good price for London. An the best bit is the food, they were superb meals. Definitely stay again if working down this way.

The hotel was clean and very comfy. We had a good nights sleep. Lots of parking. Hairdryer, Iron and ironing board all worked fine. Food was delicious. Breakfast was lovely deserving of a special shout out to Chef Cindy, Eleanor and Nikkole. My only grumble was a very small bathroom, very claustrophobic. I would visit again if larger facilities are available.

The hotel is quaint and very English with a somewhat charming maze of stairs and corridors. The staff were great, however, what made our stay even better was the service provided by Alex, he went above and beyond what we expected and helped us tremendously by changing our room and moving us to a higher floor and different orientation (due to an event being held in the grounds) In fact, we were given a great suite that accommodated our family of 3. Special thanks to Alex. Great location, borderline Kent/London, a 15-20 minute drive to Greenwich (depending on traffic)

I work here sometimes delivering courses and the staff are super helpful and really friendly. I've also stayed here before for an event and rooms are lovely and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.

This is third time we have stayed here since August and this stay was disappointing. The room was unloved and needs attention, mould on the windowsill and overlook dated despite the bathroom having been upgraded. Restaurant not open due to private party but we’re not previously advised of this and arriving later in the evening it was our attention to eat in the restaurant. The only option was to eat in the bar where there was very little available space so we had to sit at a table away from the bar, the area was very cold. When the food arrived my husband was given a bowl of cold vegetables when he had asked for a side salad and the toasted bread as part of my club sandwich was burnt to the point of being unpleasant to eat. Certainly not as good as our previous stays and despite it being really convenient for our trips to Bromley, we will shop around next time.

4th stay here in so many months. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Had an upgrade on this stay which was nice. Room was lovely and had breakfast included this time round. Food was cooked nicely, will definitely be coming back.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. It was spotless, and the reception staff were accommodating. They had free juices and water for guests. My check-in was hassle-free. Even though a friend got there before me, they sent a link to let me pay to give access to my friend.

Great hotel, with very clean rooms and excellent friendly staff. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Good valve for money. Will be booking again next time we visit.

Lovely hotel and facilities. Food is OUTSTANDING and would visit again just for that - especially the Sunday roast. Rooms are small, and the bathroom is a bit too snug. Beds are not too comfortable, and pillows are a bit too soft. I had a slight backache when I left after 2 days. But it is nice and clean, and the super-fluffy towels are lovely.

Disappointing we booked a table for evening meal. We were not told that the dining room was unavailable because of a wedding. We were put in a small room where wallpaper was coming away from wall and no outlook except the car park. I feel we should have been told of the unavailability of dining room . It spoilt our experience and I shall not book again if there is a wedding. Please be honest with dining guests we paid good money for not a good experience.

Attended a Gala, the decor is a bit dated, the bar is boring. Staff were friendly and polite. The event hall was really a restaurant dining area and certain tables could not see the speakers as blinds blocked table views. Toilets were clean and modern.

Our room was small but very comfortable and clean. More than adequate for an overnight stay. All the hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, whether on reception, in the bar and restaurant or the many domestic staff we encountered throughout the hotel. We had the buffet breakfast which was very good and reasonably priced. This was our second stay at Bromley Court and we will certainly return when in the area.

Excellent Wedding Venue. We had an amazing wedding at the Wellington Suite of the Bromley Court Hotel. Beautiful room, great food and drink from the canapes to the evening buffet. Access to a terrace and the hotel gardens was a real bonus. We had a great wedding coordinator to guide us in the months leading up to the wedding and excellent and attentive staff on the day. All our guests had a fabulous time and we can't recommend the hotel enough as a wedding venue.

We had our wedding at the Bromley court hotel with guests coming from all over the country the bookings were handled with great efficiency. On planning Amy was very helpful knowledgeable and reassuring. On the day the staff went above and beyond expectations. We had our ceremony outside. The staff from the restaurant department were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make everyone comfortable. We had the perfect day and we honestly can’t recommend the hotel enough. Thank you for a day we will never forget xx Dawn and paul

The Bromley Court Hotel was one of the nicest stays I have had. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean and tidy with everything we could have needed. We didn't have an evening meal there but the breakfast was delicious and all at a fair cost. I look forward to our next visit.

I played here last weekend and I had fun! The staff were all welcoming, friendly and helpful (in particular the female staff members I spoke with that evening). I would recommend this venue, I noticed there were at least two rooms with parties going on. I was able to play the music loud with no interference from music in the other room which is a dream for a DJ! I would love to stay there one night, it looked glamourous due to the decor. Thank you

I have spent the last four week days in this hotel. It was a disappointment that I couldn’t use the restaurant because of staff issues but I have to say every meal I received via room service was cooked to perfection and no corners were cut, even though this must have put a lot of pressure on the restaurant/ service staff. The reception staff were cheerful and welcoming. My only issue would be with the phone system to contact room service, otherwise a very pleasant four weeks and I would happily return.

    M. Chere Sampson We had a most enjoyable stay at Bromley Court Hotel. This was the location chosen for a family function and the service and dinner were excellent. Delightful old-world charm with lots of history and a lovely landscaped area in the back. Including breakfast got our day off to a good start. Close to the train station for a hop into London. We'd be happy to stay there again.

The staff were very welcoming and looked after us. The upkeep of the building is good and the outdoor space was accessible and great if you have children/toddler who needs a bit of space to walk around. I ordered some food for lunch and had the breakfast...both were very satisfactory.

We had a great afternoon here.. we treated our daughter for lunch with our gorgeous 1st grandson. The food was delicious 😋 and the waiters were extremely professionally and very attentive. The gardens were beautifully kept too.

Upon my arrival to the hotel I was pleasantly impressed with the beautiful architecture of the hotel , the up keep of original late 1700s exterior shows that this is a hotel that holds itself to a high standard. Once inside the hotel I was greeted with authentic interior decor creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in the reception area alone. The layout of the reception creates an accessible space which is the perfect heart of the hotel. Through the entry way to the left is the reception counter , the receptionists where smartly presented, smiling and happy to help. On the right of the reception was a lovely seating area. I arrived to the hotel with my partner as he had an interview, they were exceptionally professional and polite to my partner and myself and upon my partner completing his interview, he found that all the staff he interacted with throughout his interview were delightful, I only had the chance to see a glimpse of the hotel but from what I did see I was thoroughly pleased. Especially due the warm inviting decor alongside the smiling staff members which appear to go above and beyond to provide comfort for all guests.

Attended a milestone birthday party at this venue. The experienced staff were excellent. There were several events on the same night and our seating time was late, no fault of the hotel. The set menu choice was good however I always struggle with chefs who find it difficult to cook a dessert dairy free when there are so many dairy free products available at this current time. I had a fruit salad as there wasn’t a dairy free option. The butternut soup was delicious but I forgot to take pictures of my meal. All staff were very polite and accommodating, even the waitress that passed the plate over my head. We all stayed over and had breakfast together in the morning. I wasn’t aware that you needed to pre-order the vegan sausages, so had the the vegetarian option. The rooms are a good size with all the amenities.

Could not fault this hotel! The staff were absolutely wonderful and friendly. You wouldn't think you were in the middle of a town. The gardens are beautiful. Our room was lovely and clean. The shower could have been a tad more powerful. The atmosphere of the hotel is lovely and the food is gorgeous. Can't wait to stay again!

Great reception welcome and easily accessible through public transit. You’ll be able to catch the train and metro with no issues. The room was tight but had all your amenities. Even with the aircon and window when the aircon would turn off, we were still a little hot in the room (we’re from a humid place so this is subjective for everyone). I recommend buying breakfast at check in if you don’t have it included already (it’s cheaper than buying it at breakfast). There was a decent selection and we also had dinner one night in the restaurant as well. Great service and dinner was quite tasty. We didn’t have any complaints about cleanliness - our room was up to par. Thank you and we hope to visit again.

On first impressions of the hotel, the staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful at check-in. Our room was very clean. It was a little compact, but we had everything we needed for a single nights stay. Some areas of the room could do with updating as parts looking a little tired in a few places. However, as mentioned, nice and clean. The only negative thing I could say is that the inside of the windows needed cleaning. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection of cereal, fruit, and pastries. Also a good selection for a full English. Had to wait for quite a while for a tea or coffee as there were not any clean mugs available. Good job I had had a cup of tea in my room. Would had asked staff but they were very busy running around and couldn't seem to get anyone's attention. The food was nice and the atmosphere was friendly and the room was nice and bright from the natural light, an enjoyable room for breakfast.

I stayed in Bromley Court Hotel for four nights and I enjoyed it. Quiet and comfortable room, beautiful garden, good breakfast, train station to London in walking distance and bus stop close by.

A birthday dinner in a private room. Excellent food and service. Particularly the waiter assigned to our event, Andreas, who was efficient, obliging, respectful and moreover fun to have looking after us.

Had a really nice stay. Booked it because it was inexpensive and near London for a work trip the next morning. It didn't look like much from the outside, but interior of the hotel and room were lovely. Decided to order room service last minute and was very pleasantly surprised to have some of the best chicken wings I've ever had. All the staff were lovely, happy, smiling and always making sure I was comfortable. Definitely going back if I need to stay overnight in Bromley.
