Constantly double booking all the golf courses. 50 minutes late teeing off followed by 30 minutes next time and the course is so full and tee times so close together, the round takes forever waiting on tee boxes and fairways. Emailed 8 times and was ignored, never got a reply. Calling them is impossible. Shocking company. Spend your money elsewhere. £30 is not worth it anyways, the course is trampled and terrible.

Bromley Council appear to be poor at operating this contract. No penalties for poor performance. Contract needs terminating and retendering. Don't always award to cheapest tender unless the council staff can manage them which they clearly cannot at present

Why oh why are you reluctant/ so slow to create a Swim Only membership at ALL of your centres with pools when other companies - such as Better - have made it part of their package? It’s obvious that golf is your priority🤬

Really bad experience. The app needed to book sessions due to Covid-19 absolutely useless. Contacted my time so many times via email. NO REPLY OR RESPONSE! No body answers the phone line. Total joke. Be aware

The personal trainers get in the way and are unthoughtful, I want to use a machine and they are hogging it with their client just talking, then a lesson starts and I can't use the machine or item at all. Many times the personal trainers ruin my experience at the Bromley My Time, I suggest they use a alternative area or are more thoughtful of other people using the gym.

I am certain this company is a scam. I have been waiting for months for a refund when they charged me even though I cancelled my membership. Every time I call they promise a call back and this has been happening since January. Worst customer service I have ever seen

Don’t bother even trying to contact customer services to help with an issue. No response from customer services or Oliver who is ‘cluster manager’. No one can help over the phone. They have lost 1 customer as well as multiple others who will not be renewing….how scan a company run with absolutely zero customer service.

Clubhouses could be nicer but courses are nice

Really bad experience. Have been unable to book T times on line. Cannot get through on phone and have emailed several times with no response. The staff at the golf course are unable to help. The website shows 'free' bookings but they are not free when I go to the course. How are you supposed to book ??

What an absolute joke of a company! Cannot speak to anybody unless you want to wait 30 minutes! All extensions at head office are on answerphone and when you press 0 for reception it cuts off! Trying to book a round of golf at High Elms but given up after nearly an hour oh well they obviously don’t need the business

Very glad that we have The Pavilion facility in Bromley. Good sized gym, studios, friendly staff and decent facilities in general. The kids area round the back is pretty mental though... like the insides of a pinball machine...

I am disgusted with the lack of service at the Beckenham spa centre. Back in February,twice in a row, my daughters lessons were cancelled. I was told the refund will appear on my account the following month. It didn't. I then contacted maureen the swimming manager by phone and email (she rang me once) yetstill i have had no refund. Every month i have cone into the centre and asked about my refund and every month i have been ignored. Today i asked to speak to Jane, the centre deputy manager (who i watched walk into the office)and she lied saying she was in a meeting so cant speak to me. In future, i suggest staff should not lie when customers are able to see them. Jane then came out of the office whilst I was still with the staff at reception and did nothing to fix the matter. Now because i have said i am taking matters further, she has sent a member of her staff saying i should email her..... again. I am so frustrated. More than half a year down the line yet still no resolution. It may seem like its only a small amount but when these lessons are continuously being cancelled, something has to be said. Please fix this.

Spoke to Josiah over the phone with an issue with a golf tee time. Got it sorted straight away and was class on the phone.
