I
am
disgusted
with
the
lack
of
service
at
the
Beckenham
spa
centre.
Back
in
February,twice
in
a
row,
my
daughters
lessons
were
cancelled.
I
was
told
the
refund
will
appear
on
my
account
the
following
month.
It
didn't.
I
then
contacted
maureen
the
swimming
manager
by
phone
and
email
(she
rang
me
once)
yetstill
i
have
had
no
refund.
Every
month
i
have
cone
into
the
centre
and
asked
about
my
refund
and
every
month
i
have
been
ignored.
Today
i
asked
to
speak
to
Jane,
the
centre
deputy
manager
(who
i
watched
walk
into
the
office)and
she
lied
saying
she
was
in
a
meeting
so
cant
speak
to
me.
In
future,
i
suggest
staff
should
not
lie
when
customers
are
able
to
see
them.
Jane
then
came
out
of
the
office
whilst
I
was
still
with
the
staff
at
reception
and
did
nothing
to
fix
the
matter.
Now
because
i
have
said
i
am
taking
matters
further,
she
has
sent
a
member
of
her
staff
saying
i
should
email
her.....
again.
I
am
so
frustrated.
More
than
half
a
year
down
the
line
yet
still
no
resolution.
It
may
seem
like
its
only
a
small
amount
but
when
these
lessons
are
continuously
being
cancelled,
something
has
to
be
said.
Please
fix
this.
