Came during a rush. I understand rushes. I get it. But that doesn't mean the quality of my drink needs to fall this far. The barista making my drink had whipped cream canister that was empty, but instead of taking a few moments to fix it, she just goes ahead and puts like two dabs of whipped cream and acts like that's OK. I asked for more so she dumps of the top layer, sloping coffee all over my cup, the proceeds to use the exact same canister and puts even LESS! And then hands me my cup dripping coffee. Her demeanor wasn't unfriendly.... She just didn't care about what she was doing, and apathy doesn't belong in this kind of service.

My drink was prepared in record time! The store runs like a well oiled machine, staff was efficient and I liked the location and the inside atmosphere!

Nice location! The drive through line is a bit narrow. And once you get in it, you’re stuck because of the narrow driveway. The entrance and exit of the parking lot is also a bit strange. There’s a bank right by it and not a ton of extra space. The food and drinks were great. We especially like the egg bites and refreshers.

The have the nicest staff around. This is the only location we go to now! They are always packed but the wait goes by fast.

Starbucks may not be the best coffee around if they are consistent everywhere in the world. No matter what state or country you're in you can stop into a Starbucks and order your drink and it be just like the one you get at home. It is far from bad coffee but there are few places that are much better but no other chain comes close to the quality and taste of a Starbucks.

Its' frankly tricky to get into the parking lot, but they're always quick & friendly with a clean store.

I have been ordering the same drink for about 15 years and apparently the barista who helped me this morning taking my order didn’t like the way I ordered my drink and wasn’t up to her standards and as condescending as she could be I was corrected and told NEXT TIME when you’re ordering this drink don’t say that say this. She did not thank me for my business nor was she very friendly. I won’t be back to this location ever again even though it’s the closest location to me. Last time there was hair in my coffee and today the baristas attitude.

Came the other day and Ella was our barista, she is so kind and welcoming. She talked to my kids age two and three which made their day. She gave the kids stickers. She is always very pleasant when we come through. She made sure we got ALL of our drinks. We will be returning often since we received such fun and loving service. Ella deserves whatever employee reward or raise you have to offer. It’s employees like her that keep business returning. Thank you Ella!

I go to this location often as it's the closest to my work. They are always the nicest and my drinks are always made quickly. The one time my order was wrong (didn't not realize until I made it back to work), they of course apologized and let me come back another time for to get it made correctly.

Very efficient and well staffed, as opposed to the other place down the street... Staff is always pleasant, and they make a darn good cup of coffee. Can't really go wrong here!

Just paid $6 for a carmel macchiato and received a cup of steamed milk. No espresso, no carmel. Unfortunately, I ordered at drive thru on my way to work and didn't realize the mistake to it was to late to turn around. Disappointed and uncaffeinated.

The staff is always super friendly and personable. Ella is definitely a life saver and is always helpful!
