Wow this was a fantastic find for me. Clean rooms, plentiful amenities, lift connects straight to the train station and an onsen right smack in the same vicinity ?!? I enjoyed my short stay here but like many said, perhaps this would only be enjoyable for a few days. I didn’t mind the shared bathroom as much but cringed thinking how I would shower if I was on my period. While I didn’t mind how close the rooms were, I would appreciate if they could at least provide a lock on the cabin doors. We can’t guarantee the sanity of the guests around us and this would be quite a basic request. Thank goodness I made it out unscathed. Would recommend if you don’t mind the lack of privacy.

Location couldn't be much better, elevator direct to basement was (Entry and Exit number 13 of Namba subway station) and the Dotonbori area was just out of the window, and everything reasonably clean and tidy. As with all capsule hotels, ear plugs are strongly recommended if it's busy, as people tend to come and go at all hours, but such items are provided free the lobby so ideal for the solo/business traveller. The executive capsules were located at the far end of the rooms, so offered a little more feeling of seclusion. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, and an alarm is integrated into the wall of the capsule. Hot bath, sauna room, make up room are extremely clean and neat.

Arrived at the hotel earlier at about 11am due to my flight timing. This place is located about 10mins walk from JR Namba Station. It occupies the whole 3rd, 4th & 6th floor of an office-looking building. Male and female cabins have separate entrances via access passcards which feels very safe. There are safety boxes in a common area, vending machine, laundry machines, chat corners, dining area, smoking room, and Japanese bath facilities. Simple Japanese breakfast (4 dishes), cereal, juices etc for 500 yen person. Very near to Kuromon market and other street stores. Convenience store located nearby. Level B1 leads to the subway as there is no worries of rain. It’s a pity request for early check is not available (normal check in time is 3pm). Totally recommended if you are a single traveller and don’t mind the lack of door locks to your cabin room (although there is a lockable drawer under the bed. Price is reasonable (PJs and basic toiletries provided) for the First Class Cabin room that I booked for 5000 yen a night. Staff speaks understandable English.

The main issue is that the rooms are VERY warm. Since the cabins are all open at the top there's no way to control the temperature. After staying one night we found out it was possible to rent a fan at the front desk, which helped a lot. The corrugated doors are made of paper and don't have any kind of lock. Each cabin has a small drawer under the bed that can be locked but it's more shallow than I initially thought and cannot fit a carryon luggage. You receive a card on arrival that is used to open and close all of the internal doors. This is separate from the lock under the bed, which is separate from the shoe locker key, which is separate form the umbrella lock... so you end up with several different keys/cards that cannot even be physically linked and are easy to misplace. The whole inside of the hotel is silent, so you cannot use phone alarms or talk except in part of the lobby or a "phone room" the size of a small closet. There were some free amenities like ear plugs, but it felt like a budget airplane where they charged extra for each additional towel, etc.

There's a lift directly into the hotel from the subway. It's a cabin hotel which is similar to a capsule hotel but a bit more spacious. Basic but very very convenient location.

Someone else made that comment but I have to agree, the entrance smelled like cigarette, like a loootttt. And the rest of the place still had this lingering smell. As a non smoker, it did bothers me. Also, there's no real doors to the cabin but some kind of curtains, so you really do hear neighbors. Inside the cabin it's fine, cozy enough. Mattress are slightly hard, not super comfortable unfortunately. The on-site public bath was fine, clean same for bathroom and toilets. Staff is really nice!!!

Good price, good location, and excellent service! Male and female staff are so kind and nice! I think I will probably stay here again for my next tour in Osaka!

This place super great for the money, it’s has public sauna as well as private shower rooms, even though it’s a capsule hotel you get a room for yourself and it’s attached to the metro station + super close to all the important locations. The downside was it’s a bit of a walk to the JR namba station if you’re coming with a JR pass and you can’t lock the rooms (but women and men are in different areas of the hotel that’s locked out)

I stayed in a spacious cabin and it was an amazing experience. Everything was very clean and organized. I highly recommend for solo travelers. Shoutout to Risa at the front desk. She was very helpful about everything and always full with positive energy!!! The location is incredible because it is a 5 min walk to the Glico sign, food and shopping district. Right below the building is a metro station which can be accessed via the elevator. The public bath had a beautiful onsen and was basically a spa. I also used the gym which was very modern and clean. The cost of the entrance fee and renting gym shoes was 800¥.

Kind and helpful staff who can speak fluent English. Clean room. Only 5 minutes walking distance from Dotonbori. Highly recommended.

Just a block down from Dotonbori! All the food and nightlife you could hope for is just within steps. This capsule hotel was extremely clean and quiet. The capsules are in a shared dorm so it is important to not make noise or talk. We only stayed here one night but it was the perfect place for a good nights sleep.

Very nice place with cabin style rooms. Can get a bit noisy but that is to be expected with this kind of hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Everything in here is really perfectly well done and i love it. The location is really good as well since there are many places you can go too around it. I like the rooms however the bed made my neck hurt a tiny bit but everything else was awsome!

I stayed here for 1 night due to itinerary changes that extended my stay in Osaka for 1 day. A capsule hotel, this is not (well, not exactly). Instead of capsules, you get a "cabin" (hints in the name) which is basically a small room. The room just has a bed and a small end-table. The room is large enough that I could open my 140cm suitcase comfortably. The bed is nice. I read some reviews how tall people get shafted, but I'm tiny so no issues. Soundproofing is not great - you can hear people walking outside the cabin, and snoring coming from the other cabins. If you're a light sleeper, you should reconsider staying in capsule-like hotels in general. You also have to be very careful attempting to do anything remotely noisy at night, since the closed environment amplifies noises. In terms of security, AFAIK there are no lockers to store valuables outside the cabin, and since the cabins do not have locks, your luggage will just be sitting there in your cabin while you're out. There's a small drawer with a lock beneath the bed that you can use to store valuables. Toilet and bathing facilities are shared. There's a public bath which I did not use since I'm more of a shower person. From what I saw, there is only *1* shower per gender which is kinda bonkers to me. Fortunately there was only a few people staying when I went so I didn't have to wait when I wanted to shower. The shower was good though. Location is pretty good. All in all, a great place to stay overnight, though I wouldn't recommend staying for longer.

Stayed there for 4 nights and I really enjoyed it. The Cabin situated near the Namba station as well 10 to 15 mins walk to the Dotonbori area 😊😊 The staff were welcoming and very helpful I really love the hospitality as well as the environment its clean. The Cabin provides you with complimentary items and note my 4 nights there so my room had all these to last me 4 nights but since I sightsee most of my stay you can rent more towels 💁‍♀️ dependin on your likes (100 Yen for the large towel) After i checked in i overlooked the part were I had to take off my shoe before goin into the room area🤦‍♀️🤣 it was then after I went out to the elevator i noticed the sign so my apologies there ☺️ (Gomenasai) so pls take note of this and dont be like me lols Despite the noise I think for me was good because i got so tired (very) from the sightseein and walking to places that i was a heavy sleeper after i got bak to the cabin lols so if youre a light sleeper pls take note💁‍♀️ Overall, I love the Cabin, its staff and crew. Thank you for making my stay a memorable one!!

Absolutely a amazing cabin hotel the only grip is that the bed is hard as a rock I had horrible sleep which is in itself the reason to book a stay here

Harada san, at the front desk was amazing. He provided amazing service with a smile. There wasn't a thing he didn't say "yes" to. The stay was great. Simple, clean and near to the very centre:)

Very nice place to stay just for a night can have a nice sleep very quiet. They have very clean facilities and the bathroom and spa is great. I enjoyed the spa and feel so relaxing after a long flight. Its just 10 minutes walk from the airport, I will stay again here in the future

Easy to get to from the train station. The room is what it is. It's a bed and a small table. Really all you need if you're traveling. However, I'd you're over 6'1, the bed is very small. My feet were almost touching the curtain. They do give you headphones and ear plugs if you want. You're going to want them. You can hear everything all night. Every cough, sneeze, movement, anything. The shower was nice. I wish they would have more than one single shower. Also I can't comment on the soa/public nath as they do not allow tattoos. Few things are in English, so good luck with that. Stafff were nice.

A room with curtain instead of door. Upgrade from capsule bed but still have share bathroom. Most of the customer know the rules so it's pretty quiet. Bathroom is very clean. Have laundry washer but need to pay for dryer. Locked storage inside your room also extra locker in storage room.

Had a pleasant two night stay, staff were very friendly and spoke English well. The rooms were quite small yet comfortable and come with a secured drawer for valuables as the cabins themselves cannot be locked. Overall, a good experience for a short trip however it can get a bit noisy at night and difficult to sleep but the price for accommodation is very reasonable.

Great location, staff, and amenities. However the smell of cigarette smoke ruined it for me. Even my clean towels reeked of smoke. I was rudely awaken by other guests multiple times during my stay. Not the hotel's fault but be aware if you're a light sleeper. I slept with ear plugs and other guests still woke me up. Lastly, if you're uncomfortable with nudity then I suggest finding another accomodation. No private showers 😬

Staff was great and helpful. English friendly. However, the entire hotel reeks of cigarette smoke, I don’t know how in the year 2020 there are still indoor smoking rooms on the same floor where people sleep. The cabin was good and well priced, the bathrooms were clean, but every one of my belongings smelling like cigarette smoke was not worth it at all.
