Easily accessible from Teradacho Stn. 1 minute to be exact. Once you exit the north gate turn at the first left and left again where there’s a 7 Eleven convenience store. Cross the street and it’s on the right. The reception staff was very friendly and professional. The instrumental music that was being played created a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Nakamura’s bedside manner was excellent and spoke English well. He listened attentively to my concerns and thoughtfully and expertly recommended the best form of treatment. A pharmacy is also located beside his clinic to fill prescriptions. Expect to wait 10-15 minutes or possibly up to 30 during busy periods. I would definitely go to him again for future visits.

Went to see Dr Nakamura today as I don't speak Japanese and I'm living here in Osaka on a work visa. The clinic is very close to the station (see photo.)and the doctor is great at communicating in English. I had a bad cold/Flu symptoms and It costed around ¥2700 with your Japanese National health insurance card for the consultation and medication. Just be aware Japanese prescription drugs are at a lower dosage then western countries. (Side info for anyone looking to get a sexual health check up it is not covered by the Japanese National health System so you would end up paying ¥10,000 for a full sexual health screen.) So it's best to google around or visit your city office for information on free health screenings.

Lovely clinic with kind staff. The doctor was professional and had wonderful bedside manners. He speaks English well and is understanding of cultural differences (in my case Veganism). Forms can be filled out in English and my examination was completed in a timely manner. Best medical experience I’ve had in 5 years of living in Japan. Highly recommended.

The doctor and nurses were all welcoming and nice. 3yrs in Japan and he is the first doctor that actually made me feel like he is ready to listen and not trying to get rid of me ASAP. He explained the situation, the medication and would follow up if i understand and/or if he was able to explain it clearly. Legit first doctor that actually communicated and accommodated my medical needs, he even made jokes. I actually feel like a human being again here in Japan lol Plus, it's super close to the station so it's really convenient.

I had a great experience at Nakamura clinic. The english speaking doctor is friendly and open-minded, and was quick to identify my ailment; something which my local clinicians failed to achieve for 3 weeks leading up to my vacation in japan. I highly recommend the services here to any tourists, you are in capable hands!

The moment I stepped in, I felt the warm welcome. Most importantly the receptionist speaks English so I didn’t have any trouble understanding the procedures at all. It was a great experience! The process was really fast and medical staffs are friendly especially the doctor who check up on me.

Best. Clinic. Ever. It's not just the fact that they cater to English-speaking patients (with English forms! What??? No more spending 30 minutes Google-translating every question!). The staff and nurses were friendly and efficient, the clinic itself was surprisingly stylish, and the doctor was phenomenal. He helped me understand the issues/potential issues, actually LISTENED, had impeccable bedside manners, and was a generally kind and interesting person. I felt very comfortable here, and will be making the commute whenever I'm sick, even though I live right next to a hospital xD

We went there because of a reaction to a bug bite without calling in advance. Waited about an hour before seeing the doctor. The doctor was super kind and competent. We felt ourselves in very good hands. Furthermore, he speaks fluently english :) Thanks a lot for everything!

Affable English speaking doctor and good staff. I paid around 5000yen for the visit and another 5000yen for antibiotics, both without any insurance. I was probably here for less than 30 minutes, so quicker than any doctor's office in the United States.

If u cant speak Japanese this is the best English speaking doctor to see if you are sick in Osaka. The doctor is attentive and understanding. Thank you so much.

A fantastic, sincere and respectful Doctor. I have been a few times and he has been amazing, he truly listens to your concerns and cares about what you say. Great English and very knowledgable aswell as open minded.

Short walk from the subway. Arrived at the office at 15:00 with no appointment and waited 40 minutes to be seen by the doctor. I’ve had to wait longer for my own doctor even with an appointment. The doctor was apologetic foe the wait and was very professional. I didn’t have health insurance and the rate was very affordable. It was really convenient that the pharmacist delivered my prescription while I was at the office so I could pay for the visit and prescription together.

I have visited this clinic several times. Dr.Nakamura is willing to talk to his patient and respect my feelings and decision, which is exceptional in the medical system with a paternalistic tradition. Other staffs are also friendly.

Highly recommended most especially for foreigners like me. Doctor Nakamura is one of the best Doctors out there.

I went to the clinic because my PCOS was flaring up since arriving to Japan, I was skeptical because doctors usually don’t know much about this pathology, but the doctor listened to me and even studied about the problem in order to help me! I really appreciated that the doctor took time to listen to me and my requests. His English level was high so there was no problem of communication. The price was reasonable, around 9000 yen for both the visit and the medicine. I definitely recommend this clinic. I recently had my first visit with Dr. Nakamura and it was a delight. She immediately made me feel very comfortable and it felt as if she had been my doctor for years. I am very happy to have found a primary care physician that I feel I can trust and connect with. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. The Dr Nakamura is one of the most compassionate doctors I have ever encountered, here and at home. I was suffering from anxiety that developed into gastritis once I arrived to Japan. We tried to go to the ER, but they turned me away once they determined I was not suffering from a true medical emergency. Dr N patiently listened to me while I cried and told him everything I had been through in the last few days. He took an Xray and EKG to rule out other possibilities, and ultimately prescribed me medication that SAVED MY HONEYMOON. If you are suffering from any kind of ailment and need a doctor, SKIP THE ER and go straight to him. He speaks fluent English and is compassionate and patient with foreigners.

I was unwell and called beforehand to check if the doctor speaks English. The staff could only speak limited English but the doctor speaks excellent English, so they transferred the call to him. He was so patient and caring, and it helped to ease a lot of the fears I had, being alone in a foreign country and unable to speak the native language. Would definitely recommend everyone to visit this clinic if you need medical assistance, especially if you are a foreigner.

Dr Nakamura was very professional, accomodating and thorough. Diagnosis was spot on. All staff were professional and courteous. Made for a very pleasant experience. Price was very reasonable considering the Xray and provision of medicines. Thank you again Dr Nakamura for seeing me.

Very kind doctor and staff. I came in without an appointment with a UTI and they tested me immediately. I had to wait 1h+ for the test results but I did not mind. They perscribed me antibiotics and my problem was gone within a day. The doctor speaks English and is very attentive. I recommend Nakamura clinc to all the foreigners visiting Osaka.

If you're a tourist(foreigner) who doesn't speak Japanese, then definitely come visit this doctor. He was kind and a lot of patience to hear your symptoms and issues. Totally worth your time.

My wife was very worried seeing a clinic overseas, Dr Nakamura Kazunori was very kind, welcoming and reassuring. The reception staff spoke limited English, but were still very helpful during the check in process. Overall, if I was in Kansai again and needed medical assistance. I'd attend this clinic again. Absolute lifesaver for foreigners. At the reception they readily give you three pre-written yes/no questions in English, sit you down in a room and then English-speaking doctor comes and helps you. I got prescripted antibiotics, and they provided them to me on the spot, automatically together with probiotics. The waiting time was bearable, I spent there all in all less then two hours. Thank you so so much. I recommend it to any fellow tourists with emergencies.

Started getting sick from mould and dust allergy from a hotel we unfortunately stayed in and rang on a Saturday right before close and the Dr was so compassionate and said he will see us as he was concerned. We did arrive as fast as possible as we didn’t like inconvenience the dr any further. But he took his time with us and genuinely read through medical information and questioned my symptoms to get an idea of what was going on. Diagnosed and prescribed medication and then to make it even more helpful had some one deliver the script to the waiting room and the price for consult and medications were very reasonable and actually more affordable than I thought it would be as a tourist. Highly recommend and will be notifying all my friends who travel to Osaka about this dr he was amazing.

I have a bad cough and thought I should see a doctor. Dr Kazunori Nakamura was so kind and spoke to me in English. He was very professional and personable. The only problem is that if you have a cold they ask you call first but as a tourist I didn’t have a SIM card. Luckily I had a local friend who could call on my behalf.

Tourist-friendly! The receptionist has on hand an English triage/medical questionnaire and Dr. Nakamura can speak English. They let us wait in a separate room away from the other patients. The initial fee is at 5,500 yen and we ended up paying just below 10,000 yen for the consultation and some prescriptions. Took us around 1h-1h30 and very glad it went well. Would recommend to any tourists in the area!
