Super disappointing customer service experience. They serve espresso based drinks but refused to serve an actual espresso because it would be in a paper cup. Classic local inflexibility.

Friendly and professional staff. We ordered the taster set; my personal preference is the milk version (flat white?).

Located at the 10floor of Hankyu building. Got a coffee float with specialty coffee. Too bad its full of ice rather than coffee so i couldnt enjoy the coffee well. Nice location though.

Great little specialty coffee store hidden at the back of the tenth floor of the Hankyu Department store. I recommend the tasting set with 3 different coffee varieties French pressed. They also have an espresso coffee of the day, affogato, Shakerato ,etc. No place to sit, but you can have coffee standing in the small store, or take away most drinks. They have detailed information on the origin of the beans etc. They also accept credit cards. No drip coffee, probably because of a low volume of customers. The tasting set is the best way to experience different beans available. You can buy several varieties of beans and equipment from them too.

It is a small coffee stand at the top of a department store. It only has high tables, no seats. It sells coffee beans too. Good knowledgeable staff, passionate about their coffees. Good enough English to communicate with tourist to explain each bean type. The coffee parfait is lovely.

Some of the best espresso I’ve had in Japan. Then again, the 2022 Barista champion was working here at the time, so there’s that. Still, the beans here are excellent and worth the price if you’re passionate about coffee.

An exceptional coffee spot that is well worth navigating the maze that is Osaka station and hankyu. The coffee is exceptional (I see how the barista won the 2022 award) and the vibe in the hankyu dept store is actually really nice, with classical music playing as you overlook the stairs. Tips on finding it - it is on the 10th floor of the main Hankyu dept store, not the Hankyu men’s dept store.

Great coffee!! We took the cold brew and ice americano. Friendly and helpful staff! I would surely recommend it!
