Date: 7th sept 2022 at 6:30 PM Went there with my toddler at 6:30 PM. Receptionist told us that "doctor has stopped seeing patients" and clinic time is till 7 pm (a lie). I directed her to clinics door which says its till 8 PM (pic attached). She had no answer and kept repeating the same statement. There was only 1 person waiting in lobby but doc decided to go pack his bag at 7 PM itself. This is not the first time this has happened. MANAGEMENT should put a protocol in place to make sure DOC and staff are following the protocol and timings. It's critical job and not a circus. Please take it seriously.

I wish I read the reviews before trusting this health care provider! I called at 2:18 to see if my son and I could be seen. He is much worse then me and I think he had strep. And I told them that too! They said they are fully booked with appointments but that I could come in at 5! I showed up as they told me to and was refused health care! They said I had to make an appointment for tomorrow. To which I said no you guys told me to come at 5 and I am here now. My son needs a doctor and has been so sick waiting these last 3 hours as they told us to. They gave us attitude and one walked off muttering to herself and telling me off as well. I don’t understand how this clinic is even running anymore with staff like that. And their actions speak loud of child neglect! Making a 7 year old wait for health care and then turning him away after they said they would see him. So upset and would love to know how to report this location to the health board.

Being here two nights in a row to see a dr. Last night at 6.30 only to be told the dr left at 5.30 pm and tonight at 6.30 again sign on door saying the office has reached maximum capacity. Yet there is not one person in the office. Please have the decency to update your answering machine , so people don’t make a wasted trip.

Receptionist Melanie is horrible and has no customer service skills. She’s rude, inconsiderate and has no emotional intelligence. I walked in to be seen by a doctor but no doctors are in office Monday or Tuesday. I wasn’t aware of this and was a bit confused. She seemed frustrated by having to explain the clinics process and shook her head to imply that I was stupid. Completely unprofessional.

Don't bother going here. They say they are open, and when you get there, the doors are locked an hour before closing time. The receptionist is extremely rude. I thought health care workers were supposed to be empathetic. I guess not here.

Helpfull staffs. Have been there several times with my kids and never had any issue. Very grateful they open on Saturdays....

Worse experience, Dr. Urvashi Beruar didn't even assess my daughter! Asked ONE question about mucus and that was it - didn't listen to anything, look at anything or ask further questions. Terrible bedside manner, terrible communication skills, terrible visit all in all. Waste of time, money and effort.

Receptionist was terribly rude and snappy with me when I was asking about where I could find some facemasks to enter their facility. Upon quickly returning with facemasks, the receptionist, who suddenly became oddly polite, said the walk-in was full. This was 5.30pm and only 2 people were in the waiting room between the initial mask question and our return with masks we purchased at the pharmacy outside their doors. The clinic is posted as walk-in closing at 8pm on that day. Fix the hours posted and please refrain from the condescending attitude.

This clinic have the worst doctors. They are rude,inconsiderate and unprofessional. I would never set foot in that place again. That Russian Dr. I think she has some sort of mental issue .

Showed up at 3:51 pm. Lady at the desk told me they were closed. UPDATE: I decided to give this clinic another chance. After opening their doors late after lunch, with a massive line waiting - they told us there was no doctor available. NO doctor available at a walk in clinic?? HOW is this place still running. Shame on you guys. Horrible clinic. Avoid at all costs.

Went there at 7 pm and the door was locked. Called the reception and the receptionist said doctor has left. I told her clinic hours are posted at their door and website at 8 pm. She kept saying doctor is gone. And this is the second time this happened. This doctor should be fired

I just want to say that the office administration is kind and work hard and shout out to Anna who was kind . This review is strictly about Dr. DOBRINSKI, this lady is extremely unprofessional, lacks integrity and has no ounce of professional conduct. I was treated like garbage by her. FYI you'll be hearing from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) as official conduct complaint has been submitted.

Website says open til 4:30. I bring my daughter to the only walk in open and they turn us away at 3pm. No help at all, no care, zero concern from anyone in the office. No compassion.

This clinic is only a phone call based clinic, only over the phone physicians there is not any walk-in doctor anymore incase anyone is wondering prior to walking in. Call the clinic for an appt over the phone.

I had to get a form signed to get my hearing aids replaced so I went to Walmart to get a doctor to do that. I walk in and was told there is no doctor there. I had to phone him. The receptiomist said there was a walk in clinic across the parking lot. L dorve around the entire lot and saw nothing. The Walmart sign still says Walk in clinic. Why would I walk in in order to phone a doctor?
