Front desk reception is an abomination. ***Debbie*** is absolutely NASTY to deal with. Will literally scoff at you, roll her eyes and cancel appointments without notice. Getting through on the phone is hard enough cause she doesn’t pick up.. ( even in the allotted hours given) then to have her answer with such attitude is astonishing. How does this woman work in health care.. I have left this office embarrassed, humiliated in tears, and downright offended due to one woman who either hates her job, or is just naturally a nasty person? Either way she should not be trusted to give people personal information about their health. She should be re trained to sit on her butt and answer a telephone because her job is clearly really hard on her….. Or re trained in compassion or empathy. This place in an absolute joke.

I was a patient here all my life, I stopped using their care years ago when my doctor went to semi retirement. Unfortunately the hospital has involved them for my severe back issues I'm currently having. With multiple hernias and complications they had me go in for results sitting there in pain and gave me nothing for pain management. Then they called me the next day to come back to fix an error on their part, I refused and turns out it wasnt necessary. They sent me to a clinic that has refused to release my results so now I am currently re doing the entire process at the hospital and I've dropped my family doctor. 8 weeks of excruciating pain trying to get help. Waste of time and they have made my treatment so much worse.

Thanks North Oshawa Medical Clinic. It would be nice if you could update your hours online or post your holiday hours on the doors. Several people here during your urgent care 9am-1pm hours only to find out that your closed for no apparent reason. Been going to this facility my entire life and will be looking to make the move from here based on the last year of declining service and just basic common decency.

Dr. Bhimani has been my mother-in-law's doctor for years. My wife took her mom to see him today as her cognitive abilities have declined rapidly over the past month. Dr. Bhimani was quite simply rude and uncaring. He cut my wife off mid-sentence multiple times and told her is was too busy! TOO BUSY!! Are you kidding me!! Eventually he suggested my mother-in-law find another doctor! No problem there pal......Word of advice for you....maybe you should find another profession!!!

They need more than a paper print out to say that they no longer accept walk-ins that are not their patients. There are actually hundreds of papers posted around the building with all different information. PLEASE update the information posted on Google. I lined up at 8:30 only to bed let in at 9 and then told if I'm not a patient of a doctor in the building they can't see me. I had to pay $5 in parking and then join a line at the clinic down the street where I had to wait over an hour because I wasn't there when they opened. I know it's not the staff's fault but PLEASE update the information online and use a legitimate and visible sign.

FYI if you can, park somewhere else and walk up to the clinic. Parking is $5 and not worth it. The machine does not give receipts. I was in line for about 10 minutes trying to exit the parking lot with a number of other cars. Only one exit and someone was having an issue with their ticket.

Beware the parking scam at this building. First the sign says "$5 for first hour." Okay, no problem. You take a ticket and go in. On the way out, there's a machine in the lobby to pay your ticket before you leave. I scan my ticket, pay the $6 (because magically now it's $6 not $5) and off you go. Put your ticket under the scanner (and YES it was the right side up), the scanner light blinks but the gate doesn't open. However, there's now a screen showing you owe $6. There's a call button but don't bother, there's nobody there. After trying a few things (and the guy in the car behind me helping), I just went ahead and paid again at the exit. Honestly, $12 isn't going to change my life, but there was an elderly couple in line behind us who it likely did matter to (the same thing happened to them). Shame on you North Oshawa Medical Clinic. I won't be back.

I’m not sure why this clinic has such poor reviews. My only negative experience is the wait time for life labs can be very long if you don’t have an appointment and sometimes there’s no appointments for weeks when you have urgent bloodwork. However, the staff do their best with what they are given and are always kind. I feel bad for the person dealing with the line and checking people in because they are verbally abused and in some cases, physically threatened. My doctor is Dr. Devin Bhimani and I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. I became a patient of his after seeing him in Urgent Care in 2016 and knew I needed to switch to him immediately. Dr. Bhimani is always kind, caring and takes the time to listen to my concerns and does whatever he can to figure out what is going on and to make me better. I never feel rushed or dismissed by him. Dr. Bhimani is extremely knowledgeable and I have the upmost respect and trust in him as my Dr. I never have any problems booking appointments, and can always see him in urgent care if he’s working which is very convenient if something comes up before an appointment is available.I never wait long for my appointment time or when I’m waiting to see him in Urgent Care. His Receptionist, Michele is fantastic and always so kind and a pleasure to deal with on the phone and in person. I’m truly very lucky to have a doctor like Dr. Bhimani and cannot thank him or Michele enough.

Terribly rude staff! Dr. Bernie's secretary deserves to be fired for her behaviour! Shame that our healthcare money goes to such a disgusting person.

Love Dr Bhimani he takes his time to answer your questions and compassionate and professional… can’t say anything bad about him it can get busy and yes Dr Bhimani is busy but I hardly don’t have to wait too long and it’s always nice to see Dr Bhimani… only reason for 4 star is the irregular times but I always call and check when he’s in etc it works for us and happy to have him as our doctor

It says they open at 5 am it's 5:05 and not a car insight where they at doe

Short visit good service, only problem was seating at pharmacy but I understand that it's a small space to work with

Their negligence and lack of care is truly shameful. Avoid if you can the trip to a better clinic will be well worth it.

Absolutely horrible staff. Major attitude, dismissive and act like it’s a pain to help you. It seems like they all hate their jobs. I once needed an extra piece of paper that I didn’t have and they acted like it was my fault. All they had to do was wait for a fax. One tech is a nasty, crusty, miserable person. On top of that, they actually took the wrong person’s paperwork when I was having blood taken and they thought I was someone else! It got sorted out but that was malpractice. Instead of filing a lawsuit I vowed to NEVER go back there for anything and I haven’t.
