😠 TERRIBLE!!! Person answering the phone is so rude, she should not be allowed to talk to Customers. I do not want to call ever again. She did not even let me talk about my concern, just interrupting repeating "NO, NO". I have been waiting for my CPAP prescription for almost 17 days. I need my device... People often mention sleep, room, clinic,

Staff is great but the doctor is never available when working people need appointments. How can you run a medical practice with any degree of professionalism when your schedule is stretched too thin to actually support your patients? I have never had a harder time scheduling an appointment in my entire life. Most people work 9-5- how can you help them when you stop taking calls at 4 and aren't even available for almost half the week? Being overworked because we're in a public health crisis is totally understandable. Maybe it's time to expand your practice with another doctor to more effectively meet the needs of the patients who depend on you.

Worst.hotel.ever. no room service, no wifi, no in room television. Now, to be serious obviously I know this is a sleep clinic. I 'slept' in the room directly across from the central nurses station and did find I could hear the chairs moving quite a bit while I was trying to sleep. But it isn't the sporadic noises that make it difficult to sleep but rather the claustrophobic enclosure that is called your room. Being tied by all of these wired electrodes with two straps around your chest and waist plus having a camera with infrared lights beaming down on you from above make for a very difficult-to-sleep experience. I'll give the nurses credit, though. They were efficient, friendly and professional. But why no wifi!?!? Looking forward to the results and perhaps I'll update my score. Just not sure how you can get an accurate reading on possible sleep disorders with so many obstacles.

My last Appointment with Dr. Chaudry was November 2018. I was told the only available appointment to come back and see the Dr. For a follow up Was in December 2019. They Canceled my appointment by a letter in the mail. I called and we rescheduled for January 6th. I got the flu and had to call and cancel my appointment this time. I called today on Jan 20th 2020 and was told that I now need a new referral because it's been too long since I had last seen the dr. Funny the secretary thinks it's completely my fault for this. I don't recommend using this place because it's very unprofessionally run.

Terrible service. Wanted me to sleep naturally like I do every night. But every time I would sleep on my side they would come over a pa system and yell at me to sleep on my back and then tell me I have "severe" sleep apnea, but yet I couldn't sleep in my natural postion that I do every night. Was also told that it's dosnt matter if covid 19 is going on and that I should book another sleep test during covid. Would not recommend going to this clinic at all!!

I had Room # 5 at the sleep clinic last night and it was the most stressful and terrible evening. The staff were great; however, the rooms where you sleep do not afford peace and quiet. Room number 5 is directly across from the monitoring stations and all I heard for the first 90 minutes while trying to get to sleep were the tapping sounds of keys on PC keyboards. You would think that, given the center is for sleep studies, that the room would be very well insulated - well it's not. To add to my discomfort, the person in the room next to me, snored none stop - there was no break in the noise and it vibrated through the walls and through the hall. I asked to be moved to a different room, but none were available. I tried using ear plugs; however, they too did not work - the snoring got progressively louder and I could no longer take it. The staff were apologetic but there was nothing they could do. I had no choice but to leave at 2:45am and go home - there was no possible way for me to sleep with the amount of noise going on. For a sleep study clinic - they need to better insulate their rooms. Again, terrible experience and I will not go back and have my sleep study done at this location again.

Pertinent information was not shared with me prior to study. It is not acceptable to miss a few important details required for patients just because procedures are done repeatedly by staff. The sleep clinic staff then wonder why you’re not prepared, with one even telling me, “Yes they forget to mention these things sometimes”. Totally unprofessional. The sleep lab itself is not the most comfortable to induce sleep, but the most disgusting for me was the shared facilities. Perhaps there needs to be a sign (for men) indicating proper use! I may as well mention as well the blatant double booking that occurs in the non air conditioned office. Overall a rather disappointing & unfavorable experience in my opinion.

Its been a long 7 month journey for me and my family Dr failed me in this process, the Sleep Clinic however has gone above and beyond hounding down my Dr office for the proper referrals, I feel like they care more about my health than my own Dr. The sleep study facilities are standard, I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel anyway and lets be honest its not going to be comfortable for anyone that's just the nature of the study. I have been beyond impressed with every member of staff that I have dealt with. Thank you so much for repeatedly going beyond the call of duty. Now I must find a new family Doctor with the same level of service and care
