Pretty sad that this business chooses to continue with the covid protocol theatrics even though the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT has dropped it and Pfizer itself has openly admitted that their product does NOT stop or prevent transmission of this virus that has a 99.7% recovery rate, also resilient to children anyway. Sad that my good friend had to opt out his little boy and find another place for him. Life needs to be lived in peace and happiness, not fear and judgment.

I have nothing but gratitude for the TCBBI Dojo. It is the safest place that I have been in or have seen operating in the past year. When having to close both Kyoshi and Sensei have kept my child connected and engaged through daily Zooms that incorporate not only lessons in Karate but also in respect, kindness, safety and community. Both Teachers bring energy and positivity to every class and conversation. We are delighted to be a part of this amazing team!

Instructors are passionate about the Japanese art of Karate-Do and are well versed in a few styles in addition to grappling. The atmosphere is positive and fun regardless if you are an adult or child. A great place for parent and children activities.

My son started at TCBBI when he was 4 as a Ninjatot and now at 17 he is a proud Black Belt. I think that this is one of the best Dojo's in the country.

It’s been quite a while since I was last here, I retired about 2 years ago in pursuit of academics and a career in the army, but this place certainly shaped my childhood for the better. I recall the staff being excellent, the content being useful and interesting, and there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t find myself thinking about this place. 10/10 establishment, would recommend for anyone interested in taking up the art.

TCBBI has honestly been such a great experience for my son. He started at the dojo 5 years ago and his interest and participation hasn't waned. It's been incredible to watch his self-esteem, discipline and motivation improve over his time at TCBBI. The staff and other students are incredibly motivating. One of the best aspects is that karate is so internally motivating for the students, competition only exists within each individual student. The fact that each class starts out with a meditation is another great feature! Keep up the excellent work TCBBI! I also can't forget to mention the fabulous location. The grounds are magnificent - you really do need to check it out for yourself.

The staff are amazing! They take the time to keep each child involved and engaged in classes. The students are all taught respect of yourself and others. Sensei Mitchell is amazing with the students at all age levels and has an amazing memory for names and faces. We highly recommend using this Dojo.

Team Canada Black Belt Institute has been a very important part of my son's life since he was a 4 year old Ninja Tot - 10 years ago - and has been a key factor in shaping him into the respectful and disciplined young man he has become. As we watch him continue on his journey towards his black belt we are so grateful he is apart of this supportive and passionate karate family.

This Dojo has been my second home for 13 years. I have learned many important skills and habits through my training which have helped me in school and life. I honestly can't imagine where I would be without my Karate training! Thank you!

An inclusive environment with programs for all ages and abilities. Respect, confidence and community are at the heart of this wonderful dojo as demonstrated by Sensei Mitchell and Kyoshi Comeau daily. So happy my children are part of the TCBBI family.
