I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet for this amazing spa! I’ve been going here for a few years now and every single time I go, I have the most amazing experience. My skin is really reactive so this is the only spa I trust with my skin! I see Yailin for my facials and back facials and she has the most amazing hands. She is so educated on the products she uses and always makes great recommendations on how to achieve my skin goals. The owner Leslie is also very passionate about the spa. She is always there to greet me with a smile and chat to about life. I would highly recommend checking them out!

I come here regularly for facials. I LOVE Pure + Simple. The Owner, Leslie and her staff are so kind and professional and go the extra mile to make sure your experience is amazing. I always feel so relaxed during my appointments and they leave my skin so refreshed and flawless.I highly recommend!

Ive been visiting Pure and Simple for over a year now. My first visit was amazing, Samantha was very interested in my needs and wants - plus she gave me the most amazing facial. The second time I booked, Samantha was no longer at the spa, so I booked with the next available appointment, the staff was uneducated and used a nut based oil on my face ( Im allergic and stated that on my information sheet ) and sent me home with a tester of this oil resulting in a rash. They did offer compensation of a free facial while I had to educate the owner and staff about the oil they gave me. My third facial was with Alysia, a new staff member, and it was amazing. But she is now no longer at the spa. This spa has uneducated staff & a high turn around of employees, so you can never visit and get the same staff. Its disappointing to see such amazing girls leave, I asked on their instagram why they had left and they deleted my comment. I absolutely love the products but will now need to try and find a new spa.

I brought my friend to Pure + Simple Oshawa as a birthday treat and we both had a wonderful experience. We both have sensitive skin and left the spa without an issues. Yailin was my esthetician and it was one of the best facial massages I've ever had. A soothing and relaxed atmosphere with services at reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend treating yourself or loved ones at this spa. Thank you Leslie and your team for a wonderful experience.

Ever since Pure + Simple opened in Oshawa, it's become my destination spa for all my facials! I've also turned my friends and family onto it. The estheticians and owner are all so kind, helpful and friendly. They truly care about their clients and I look forward to my services every time. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere and energy at Pure and Simple is like no other! The attention to detail from the moment you walk in to the establishment to the moment you leave is phenomenal. I had the pleasure of receiving a super hydrating facial from Cherryl and she is wonderful. So much care and intention, perfect pressure and flow of movement. The skincare used is natural and luxurious, the equipment top notch. Overall it was a wonderful experience from start to finish, I left glowing and feeling relaxed, I'm looking forward to returning!

My mother is incredibly particular about her facials and she absolutely loved the treatment she received. She loved the experience so much she then booked me an appointment as well. I also had a wonderful experience. Every single staff member there is super nice, courteous, knowledgable and kind. The massage and facial itself was top notch. They use high end products and not just any cheap products off the drugstore shelf or amazon. They really have in depth knowledge of what they are doing and how they need to treat different skin types and concerns. My mother has mature skin and I have acne prone skin. We both received tailored facials for our skin types and we have never been happier. I highly recommend this place!

I finally booked a facial at Pure + Simple Oshawa and I am so glad I did. It was such a nice experience and wonderful treat for myself. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The room was very spacious and dark and relaxing. Yailin did my facial and she was so gentle with my skin, and great to talk to. I can have sensitive skin sometimes, but had no problem with any of the products. Yailin also gave me great tips and helpful suggestions for my skincare routine. Leslie, the owner, cashed me out and she was so lovely as well. Watching and listening to her interact with other customers, you can tell she cares about each and every single person there. She never made anyone feel rushed or ignored, even when it was busy in the store. I got the vibe that everyone actually tries to get to know you there and want to make you feel special. My skin was GLOWING like it never has before when I left, and I can't wait to come back in a few months! Thank you Pure + Simple Oshawa!

I got the urban renewal facial and was extremely pleased with my facial and the service! Alicia was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable and very thorough. We used a pumpkin seed face mask which was exactly what my skin needed! The atmosphere and cleanliness was a 10/10. Great promos for new clients and will definitely be back again!

Highly recommend Pure + Simple Oshawa for your skincare needs! It is a lovely, clean environment and all of the ladies I have met there are so helpful and friendly. I went to start addressing some skin issues I have always been self-conscious about. Yailin was so understanding and made me feel so comfortable talking about the problems I have with my skin. We were able to start coming up with an action plan to deal with it and I now have hope that I may have a nicer complexion. She not only recommends and provides amazing facials based on my needs and goals, but also gave me some samples of products to try. I loved them and purchased a whole new skin care routine on my next visit (with no sales pressure from her or the staff. I genuinely liked the products). Can't wait for my next visit!

What a great experience I had with my 1st and not my last Facial. Leslie and her team are fabulous and the store is spotless. Yailin was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I will be recommending Pure and Simple to all my friends and family and will be back soon!!
