Worst Customer Service among all Popeyes. I ordered Ghost pepper wings , firstly they took 15 minutes instead of their 7-8 mins promise, then when I brought it home it was all over fried, I took it back they started teaching how this wings are their standard frying level. Never ever going to this location. I’d rather drive Ajax or Pickering for Popeyes as I had better experience there.

Almost had a slip and fall incident at this Popeyes would never come here again!!! I was going to grab my drink from the fountain machine then all of a sudden I slipped and I was able to hold on for dear life And on a side note…. THEIR WAS NO WET FLOOR SIGN!!! That is a liability and if someone got injured you can get sued big time for it. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!

The phone isn’t working because the staff told me that their phone is not activated they go through their app and which I’m placing an order the app went through. There was an issue at their side I placed my order in restaurant The food was disgusting. It wasn’t fresh and literally when I was there asked to make me fresh items they didn’t even make things fresh and the chicken was pretty raw. The only time I will give them a five star is they actually do their job right..

Stay Away From This Location! Purchased 2 chicken sandwiches and both were rancid and disgusting. The breading was the equivalent of a stale graham cracker and it was a soggy sad mess. The chicken had probably been left out under a hot lamp for hours. This is so gross. Owners should be ashamed. Took one bite out of each sandwich and both went right into the garbage.

The chicken nuggets tasted like shrimp. For $10 for 12 nuggets that are supposed to be chicken, I'd rather not throw up and throw the rest in the trash. 20 minutes to get a few 3 piece combos. Good chance I'll never go to this particular restaurant again. Twice I've had fishy nuggets, I won't pay again.

This is the third time I’ve ordered from this place and now the third time I’ve been disappointed. This place is gross… the chicken was surprisingly cooked this time but the breading is soggy. The only good thing was the Mac n cheese this time. The biscuit also tasted off. The owner should be ashamed to be selling such awful food to people. Sucks I can’t do anything about it because it was through Uber Eats but I think I’ll try another location next time.

I ordered 8 pieces chicken with combo. They served me chicken wings and small sizes of chicken! I never had this size of chicken before. Also they told us it would take 12minutes but ended up around 20mins

Cold chicken, but at least it was hot fries. I should have walked out when the prep person sneezed and didn’t pause to go clean up. But I already ordered. Found 3 fruit flies in my soda floating around when I took the lid off to refill. When I asked for a new cup and to have the gentleman clean the machine nozzles. He didn’t even know how to take it apart to sanitize the pieces. Threw away the rest of the food and walked. Never. Again.

There was a lady name kazmi who was extremely rude and arrogant did not know how to speak towards customers when I went to pick up my food which was not cooked well. I think so she first has to learn how to attend a customer.

Ordered chicken sandwich meal with fries, poutine, and a popcorn chicken meal with extra fries on the side. Didn't get the extra fries, and the ones we got were not even half filled. Not a huge complaint but the food could have been served better is all. It's Popeyes so it tastes good

Nice place, but for stores that are linked they need to be more knowledgeable about the deals because debating back and forth about what is advertised is a turn off. All locations knew of this 10 piece dark meat deal but this location. I was told I needed a coupon over and over but in the end the guy was nice enough to give me the deal but I was already frustrated and didn’t enjoy my food. Please insure your staff knows the ins and outs of the business otherwise advertising it is pointless. Here is a picture of the ritson and Adelaide location. I see nothing about needing a coupon. This is a GREAT deal by the way and chicken is always well flavoured.
