It was our first time at this location, I was pleasantly surprised that both the service & food were great! We ordered 2 kids meals, 3 main courses, appetizers & desserts as well. The kids meals were nothing special (edible but didn’t stand out, not a big deal though) however the rest of the food was good. I’m only giving it 4 stars, as I would want to go back again to see how consistent it is!

Hands down the best steak in Canada 🇨🇦. Delicious, huge portions and the staffs were very friendly. I’m definitely going back there soon.

I was at the restaurant for a group holiday dinner. I placed my order for the steak and lobster tail and I asked for the shrimp add on. When my entree arrived it was plated very nicely.the zucchini was nicely sliced and the bell peppers were in strips. I however am allergic to bell peppers. I did not raise the concern of my allergy because the menu did not state that the item came garnished with bell peppers. I kindly informed the waitress about my allergy and she graciously offered to bring me out another freshly cooked meal. I felt awful because I strongly oppose food waste. Well the chef came out and asked me intimidatingly “are you the one with the pepper allergy?” A little taken aback I said yes I am. He asked me why I didn’t state that I had the allergy when I ordered. I said it wasn’t listed on the menu. He offered me other vegetable options and I went with mushrooms and zucchini. When my second plate came, it was covered it looked like it had been slapped onto the plate. it looked like they took a whole zucchini and cut it into 4 giant chunks and everything was so heavily salted that it was unpalatable. Afraid of the recourse if I mentioned how overly salted it was, I begrudgingly ate it but I felt very sick afterwards as I’m a person who rarely uses salt. I don’t think I would return to this restaurant if this is how they treat people with allergies. *the 1 star if for our waiter who despite everything was very kind and helpful*

Food was absolutely delicious for my birthday dinner. Of course got the birthday dessert after and it was great. We didn't enjoy sitting right when you walk into the dining room, lots of traffic and not enough privacy but the waiter made up for that. Would probably go to another keg next time based on this experience.

This Keg location in Oshawa is newly renovated with a spacious dining area, lounge and heated patio. The service is always great here and the food satisfied all my cravings. The Prime Rib is my go-to but the Filet Mignon was delicious as well.

Excellent location with a very, very good Chef. We've had three different kind of steaks and all were cooked exceptionally well! The service was also excellent, but the one thing that stood out were the prices. For today's circumstances, I think their food and drinks are very reasonable priced.

Very excellent food and service. Staff is very kind and polite here. The food is amazing and cooked to perfection with all the flavor you are looking for. The only criticism I have is that the venue is very dark but it's just bright enough that you won't run into other people when going to the bathroom. Other than that everything was awesome.

We arrived at 4 p.m. when they opened, but did not realize that we needed a reservation, so we ended up ordering take-out and went home to enjoy in the comfort of our home. Food was delicious and we all enjoyed our meals.

As always, The Keg delivers another outstanding meal. I've eaten at other locations, and this one was also a great spot. My friend and I both ordered steaks, and they were cooked to perfection. The starters and sides were also very well done. Our waitress was very nice and was a great help in guiding us through our choices. Thanks.

Back again and as good as ever. The lobster tail dinner is a nice add. Rib steak for me with garlic mashed potatoes was perfect! Great spot to eat big and enjoy. The Keg never disappoints for us. Excellent atmosphere in the new restaurant, great service from attentive staff. Our go to is the bone in Rib steak, and the Filet Mignon with Lobster tail. This time we had the holiday appetizer of Ceasars Brussels sprouts along with Calamari fritti, and Cocktails to start. On the rare occasion that the Steak is not perfectly cooked to taste, (this time) they remove and replace it without question or delay. Landing on the Billy Miner pie for dessert is the perfect ending!

First visit since 2018. Experience topped that. Had the top sirloin with double baked potato and vegetables. Perfectly grilled and on point seasoning of everything else. Bacon bits in potato added extra flavor. The salad was perfect. Our server was a delight. Very accommodating and attentive. They were punctual with the reservation and paid attention to detail when verifying the vaccine passport. It made us feel very comfortable. The double shot cesar was great. Got a dessert on the house due to the special occasion we were celebrating, Splendid. Will come back.

Impeccable gourmet dining with fine service by our waitress: Vicky. Ambiance is first class. The food is incredible. They also gave a cheesecake for my bday celebration. We had the prime rib and it was tender, juicy and tasty. Wheelchair accessible.

You can never go wrong by going to any Keg these days. The staff were great and greeted us when we came in. The waiter was great and we were celebrating a birthday. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the steaks were cooked to perfection. Loved this location.

We came here to celebrate my daughter's 35th Birthday ( today). The staff was friendly and very helpful, the place was clean and well maintained even the washrooms were in excellent condition. The food was delicious and hot, my coffee was hot, her ice tea was cold. She even got a free large slice of ice cream cake with a lit candle. Prices were a little less than I thought they would be. We were in the dining room but they also had tables by the bar. Reservation is preferred.

The service was exceptional. The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was warm, relaxed and comfortable. Overall a very, very enjoyable meal. My only gripe was the cost. A bit on the expensive side.

My husband and I had dinner last weekend for our anniversary. It was just delicious. From the appetizer to the dessert and drinks, everything was so good!! Our server was so nice unfortunately I forget his name. The pie at the end was to die for. I cant wait to go back and have that again. It was our first time here since the renovations and they’ve done such a wonderful job with the atmosphere. It’s so modern and clean. Everything was wonderful.

You in mood for a steak this is your destination. Well I had their chicken and it was flavourful. The staff was sweet to take my customised order of a cocktail which was not menu. They really care about their customers you can tell with the crowd coming in.

Sadly did not have the best food here this time. Atmosphere is always great, service was great, but the steak was not amazing, nor the lobster. The mashed taters were the best thing I had (they were amazing actually but like…) Had higher expectations here. 3.2 stars.

Our visit to the Keg was delightful. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Our server was very friendly and kind. My partner has a severe allergy and our waitress made sure that everything was prepared with care and attention to that. The food was absolutely delicious and amazing. Even better than I remember from my last visit to the Keg. I had the Pistachio Salmon and would highly recommend it. Also, a side note, the bathrooms were very clean and well kept, both my partner and I commented on the automatic sinks and how smooth and effort free it was and the stack of paper towel waiting right there for you to use. It's those small details like that really show that the customers are cared for. Would always recommend the Keg, great service, amazing food and a lovely atmosphere!

07/15/23 I took my girlfriend to the Keg to fulfill a pregnancy craving, and they hit every note! The waiter customized our order based on exactly what we wanted. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 07/28/23 Our second visit two weeks later did not come with the same quality service we got the first time. Water was brought late, after food was brought to the table. Our drink order came sometime after, and we weren't offered refills. Yes, I could have asked, but our server didn't come by to check on us. This was a birthday celebration and another pregnancy craving fulfillment, and it was almost forgotten at the end when it was time for dessert. I get it's busy, but still ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent meal, 12 oz sirloin steak and garlic mashed potatoes with fried beets. The lady that was looking after our table had a great sense of humor, Looking forward to going back soon. The place was spotless, large parking lot, the only thing we weren't aware of is that it didn't open until 4:00 p.m. but now that I know that won't be an issue next time.

The Keg was busy for Wednesday when we went. We didn't want to wait 1.5 hours so they offered a seat at the bar area. We wanted to sit at a little table but they said it was reserved. But no one came to the reserved table even when we were done dinner and leaving. The food looked good and was good, but at 1st I had to send my steak back because it was undercooked!!! Every time i go to the Keg they undercook my steak. Even though I told them that this happens all the time and asked them to cook my steak medium well with a trace of pink. I always get medium rare! So that's why I have given the food only 3 🌟 not 4 or 5. Not a great experience. I would think that at a steak house, they should know how to cook a steak to perfection!

Had to have the French Onion soup as per radio station saying how great it was good too! Prime rib for dinner never disappointed. Was an excellent night of fine dining.
