This is a good Asian cuisine restaurant in the middle of Oshawa. They are busy in the mid-day period but still maintain a fast and friendly service. The food is fresh and tasty. Try the lunch special menu if you are looking for a fast in and out. The place is well maintained but outdated. They also serve beer 🍺. Clean facilities, four star rating.

This is the best spot for Thai Food! We got the Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Thai Spicy Noodles, Chicken Basil, Chicken Thai Lemon Grass Soup and the Chicken Green Thai Curry. The prices are fairly reasonable too and the staff here are also very friendly! Will surely order from here again!

Was excited to try this place. We ordered a few different things including the basics like rice, Pad Thai, and beef ho fun. The chicken balls came completely undercooked. Kinda ruined the entire meal. They did send a new order of chicken balls, which had to eaten solo :( first impression was shot down and stepped on. Did not receive any discount, refund or coupon.

Solid place for “American Chinese food” haven’t tried their Thai but it’s probably great. Lady at counter is friendly and food is prepared fast so at least it tastes fresh. Lunch special under $12 is definitely a hit and crowd pleaser you won’t be disappointed. For dinner take out they seem to be accommodating and are priced fair. Their general Tao is good and lunch special comes with a spring roll which is fried fresh and legit. I upgraded the lunch special for fried rice which was ok but I’d do white rice as it comes with a lot of sauce. Chilli chicken here (dry) is also a solid choice, great place for takeout as the dining room is closed.

I have been getting take out food here for years..... The food was good and prices were reasonable. Last Saturday I went to the restaurant with menu in hand and ready to order as usual. I was informed that they had a new menu. The beef red curry which was $8.99 just over a year ago is now $14.99. This is a 66% increase in 18 months. Totally unreasonable!. Needless to say, I will no longer be ordering from this restaurant. The public is told restaurants are hurting and asked to support local businesses. This is how Oshawa Thai Cuisine at 34 Bond St. West has rewarded their loyal, long-term customers........

I wish I could give 10 stars! Oshawa Thai Cuisine is somewhere I love to go to with friends, or on a date. When I go with my friends we always get 2-4 dishes and share between them. The portions are great and everything tastes so good.

We arrived at Oshawa Thai Cuisine on a cold Wednesday night... 10 minutes before closing time. The owner greeted us with a smile, told us it’s no problem and took our orders. Within 5 minutes or so, the food was ready, and by closing time, we had finished our meals. Needless to say, this is one of the best pad thai’s I’ve ever had :) Every ingredient tasted fresh, from the shrimp to the pork, to the noodles... even the soup. Joëlle

Their red thai curry with chicken is amazing. The taste is amazing (with thai spice). Maybe the chicken pieces could be increased. But tasty food nonetheless

Went for a casual date night out with my girlfriend. The place was empty but we prefer the quiet. We know it to be more takeout oriented, especially on weekdays so it was perfect. The service was fast and very friendly. The portions were good for the price as we had to still take boxes for the leftovers. The flavors of the coconut shrimp curry and shrimp soup were amazing. We will definitely return.

The lunch special was well priced. The curry chicken had great flavor but the chicken was a weird texture.

Worst pad Thai, I ever tried in my life! I was nearby the area and was craving for pad Thai and I regret ordering their chicken and shirmp pad Thai! The noodles are stuck together and it felt like they just gave me an old order! Very bad taste and I saved myself from getting diarrhea and I wasted my $15 on it!

We had our order delivered. I noted they did not add any condiments, I was a bit miffed, then I found out why there where no condiments.....the food requires no additions it was amazing.

Just ordered cold spring rolls from here through uber eats, while eating I noticed a SHARD OF GLASS stuck to the rice paper and in the container it came in. HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN?!

  • 3/5 Anusha S. 1 year ago on Google
Spring rolls were good. Everything else was simply too sweet, to the extent of masking other flavours. Perhaps most people like this level of sweetness in their food, but it might be beneficial to customers if restaurants put up some kind of disclaimer. Diabetics at home could not handle the food.

Everything I have ordered here has genuinely been the best version I have found anywhere I don’t know how they always make it all so delicious

We have ordered here for years, very tasty, and when we ask for spicy we always get the tasty green chilis on top! The prices have gone up but the quality and size of the shrimp are well worth it. The lady who answers the phone always recognizes who it is and throws in some free spring rolls! Have always done take out.

The worst Thai food ever. The fish was so salty, it was inedible. The beef noodles were a massive glutenous mess. Totally garbage. Went in the trash. BIG BIG waste of money.

i would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Uber eats delivered the wrong item and over the phone they wouldn’t even let me speak so i told them i’ll show them in person it’s wrong. i then brought the order to the restaurant (defeating the purpose of delivery) to then get immediate attitude saying the order wasn’t from them. when i started to speak she kept trying to talk over me yelling at me and putting her HAND IN MY FACE, making me match the tone. they would not even help resolve the issue so i told them no worries i just will never order from here. she literally chased me out the door yelling at me trying to explain nonsense. just please avoid. Thai on Brock st in whitby is amazing i would 11/10 recommend!!! 443 brock st N whitby :)

Amazing service, tasty food, great prices. I always call for pickup and it's always ready within 15-20 min max, piping hot. Very generous restaurant !

Absolutely love this place. Their Thai menu has been my lunch go-to for years. I've recently discovered their Chinese menu and it's excellent as well. Super fresh, they use lots of vegetables and I find their Chinese very light in comparison to many other places. The owners are amazing people, super friendly, I love going in every time!! My recommendations are the Creamy Curry, Green Curry and Red Curry. All are excellent!!!

Very good food. Had Mango chicken, chicken balls and fried Calamari. Great service on a very busy New Years Eve! We'll be back.
