I’ve always loved Arby’s but in the past four visits the size of the combo keeps shrinking it’s crazy they used to be famous for giving you a decent size sandwich now there not even big enough for a child to get full.

like the curly fries , crispy n taste good. The signature gyro with beef is juicy not as some negative review mentioned. I took the picture right after I bought. Just wonder why most Arby's only located in west Toronto, few in east , none of them in north side .

I didn't catch the cashier's name but that young lady was super friendly and nice. It was very welcoming. The Loaded Curly Fries was really good. Not sure if that is better or Taco Bell's Fries Supreme. Also ordered the Orange Cream Shake. Thought it would taste like a creamsicle, but it didn't and tasted way too sweet for me.

This Arby's is awesome. I've never got a wrong order, fries always hot and the location is super convenient. I will make a twenty minute detour to visit this location. Last time I was in me and the wife got the roasted garlic roast beef and curly fry poutine. Phenomenal. Tonnes of curds, big stack of beef and service was speedy. A little pricey for fast food but you gotta pay for quality. Easy recommend.

Miss Arby's in my town. Food was hot and decent serving size, no shrinkflation. Little nostalgic magic in atmosphere, down fall, they cleaned beside us eating when there was plenty of of other areas open.

5 star experience. I haven't seen this level of customer service in a long time. I also owe a huge "Thank You" to the staff for finding my wallet, and driving it to my house. I live a fair distance away. There wasn't one thing missing from my wallet either. It's reassuring to know there are people as honest as this out there. Thank you so very much. I will be contacting head office to express my thank you and appreciation also.

Worth the 45 minute drive to Oshawa. The staff are friendly and patient. The curly fries are always fresh never stale. The sandwiches continue to be delicious. I hope Arby's sticks around and that they reopen more stores.

Great fish sandwiches and Awesome curly fries great service BUT THE TARTER SAUCE WAS TOO TANGY AND TO MUCH ON THE SANDWICHES PLEASE SND KINDLY TRY USING HALF OF THE SAUCE ON THE FISH SANDWICHES. THANK YOU . I would have given 5 stars but did otherwise .

The menu had more options than I expected and the staff were super nice while engaged preparing food quickly. The curly fries are great 👍

We drove in from Toronto to Oshawa this morning (which is a 50km drive from us) because this is the only Arby's around us and we had a craving for the roast beef sandwiches and curly fries. The reason for the one-star rating is because the server forgot our curly fries! Unfortunately, we didn't notice until we got back to Toronto and were disappointed to find they were not in the bag! I paid almost $30 for a combo (sandwich, drink and curly fries) and two extra sandwiches, so to find something missing is very disheartening. I wish there would be something that could be done to rectify this.

My wife ordered a roast beef sandwich and asked for Arby’s sauce. They said it was in the bag, it wasn’t. Didn’t notice until we got home. Now it’s just a dry roast beef sandwich, not the same. Tried calling the restaurant and nobody answered. I left a voicemail with my contact information but nobody called me back. The next day I was in the area so I stopped in. The shift manager Jessica said only the owner can help with order corrections and he’s not around. Told me I could come back again. She had a terrible attitude, not helpful at all. Just looking to have my order replaced but it’s impossible to even get ahold of anyone that deals with errors. I don’t want freebies, just looking to get what I paid for.

It's our favourite place in Canada, me and my fussy eater daughter LOVE it and we wish we had it back in Ireland.

I never had Arby’s before, so I tried this place out for the first time, and it was good. I got the 3 cheese and bacon sandwich, and the curly fries poutine. They both tasted pretty good overall. The service was good, and the atmosphere gave me an old Deja vu vibe. My only complaint was that the size of the sandwich could be abit bigger, and I felt like the gravy in the poutine with abit too salty. But overall, the food was pretty great. I would definitely come back here again, if I’m ever in the area again 🥪

My friends and I stopped in at Arby’s Oshawa after a long day working at the motorcycle show in Toronto. We had such a wonderful meal, food was awesome, staff were friendly, and the establishment was well kept. I ordered a combo with a drink & mozzarella sticks. When I was about to leave I realized that my meal wasn’t made into a combo. I thought maybe the mozzarella sticks didn’t work as a combo upgrade. I spoke with Abby and she took a look at my bill. She clarified that it was an error. I was not expecting anything, only to make sure I was aware for next time I visited. She was kind enough to take the time to see what the cost difference would be and made the correct adjustment saving me $4.05. This made my day!! Thank you Abby for your amazing customer service, and kindness. I ensured that the lovely lady that served me wasn’t going to get in trouble; I know that not everyone wants a combo, and after a long day of working in the customer service industry that it can get exhausting. There isn't an Arby's near my town so whenever I am near one I stop. Great fast food chain that serves deli style sandwiches. The go to is the classic beef and cheddar sandwich (served on an onion bun). Their curly fries are the best out of all the fast food chains. The Arby's sauce is a must as both a topping on the sandwich and a dipping sauce for the curly fries. The traditional Greek Gyro isn't bad either.

Arby's has the meats but Arby's is also just meh. I recently visited an Arby's location after having not had their food in about 10 years and I was a little dissatisfied. The roast beef was not how I remembered it and it had this texture about it as I chewed that I didn't enjoy. Made me feel like they for sure add in the strangest preservatives to make the food last longer. I swear I could feel it as I chewed through my meal. The curly fries were good. Better than I actually remember. While we were there we also ordered an orange creamsicle milkshake and it was great. You could really taste the orange flavouring. The price was a little steep. But I'm noticing that is everywhere nowadays. Still feel like I paid a little too much for Arby's.

Awsome and friendly service like usual. The other fast food chains could learn a few things from this Arbys's. Keep up the great work Arby's staff !

This is the only place I know in the Durham Region that has curly fries and melted cheddar cheese. No one else does but I'm guessing that's because Arby's kills the competition! I'm very biased to curly fries... that being said, they lose a star here because on some days I get the curly fries only 2/3 of the way filled... you've already recently increased the price of the fries so don't be stingy please! Also you know what goes really well with curly fries? Some mozzarella sticks, and they again nail these! I've also tried their shakes and I gotta say those are worth getting! The only thing I wish was better is the time it takes to prepare the order during drivethrough. I'm guessing that's most likely due to the limitation of their equipment which is possibly due to the limitation of their kitchen size. Hope this location gets bigger so they can grow their kitchen size and be able to prepare multiple drivethrough orders simultaneously! I also hope they start experimenting with more seasonal shakes!

Better service than I could’ve dreamed of! We foolishly forgot our takeout bag on top of the car and lost all our food. When we came back to re-order, the manager so kindly and generously saw we were taken care of and got our items replaced right away. Thank you for saving our dinner! This place has been around for many years, but service just continues to excel. So grateful for the delicious food and tremendous hospitality. Special shout-out to Malia for the warm welcome at the front counter!

My first time to be in Arby's. Feels like in New York. Best sandwich selection. I got the Reubens Montréal Meat sandwich. Yummy!

Came there at around 9:10 PM and there was a female cashier at the window as well as a male at the window with her and they quite literally stood there and I’m not sure if they were laughing at me or something that was funny but full-blown hysterically laughing didn’t tell me if my food was going to be a minute didn’t say anything to me, just handed me the drink, laughing in my face and then no one came to check on me for about 10 more minutes they’re still laughing and as she’s handing me my bag of food finally she goes sorry about the way. Have a great night and then they both start hysterically laughing again completely disrespectful customer service I am in shock I guarantee you if a manager looks back on any camera footage you can see them blatantly laughing at me for about three minutes

The owner Steve has done an amazing job at making sure his restaurant is top notch. Arby's is my favorite quick service place to go. Great food from start to finish.

They were really busy, but it was worth the wait. Always great food at this location. I’m glad that as the only one in Durham it still seems to be going strong.

I don't get the hype over food. It's overpriced and not very good quality for the price charged. Their fries are about the only thing that's at par with other fast food options on the pricey side but better than nothing.

I grew up eating Arby's as a special treat! It always brings me good memories. This location is always friendly and fast! I recommend checking in the bag for your sauces, sometimes they forget, but are always happy to correct it. I mean, Arby's sauce, is gold. You gotta have it! :)

I'm pretty biased, I really like the beef and cheddar on a kaiser. I go here 2 to 3 times a month as a treat. Staff are always friendly, food is good and can't go wrong with the curly fries.

Hadn't been to Arby's in sometime. Man did we enjoy ourselves. The staff was amazing, funny and friendly. The food was fresh, hot and fantastic. Go get yourself a beef and cheddar with bacon!!

It looks like it opened as a community minded place. It must be the pandemic that changed the atmosphere where no one rang that bell while we were there for takeout. Loved the food. Wishing the fun back into Arby's.

Great place to eat one of my favorite restrictions. I love that they serve Coca-Cola over Pepsi & I love that it's Canadian. & the spicy curly fries are outstanding. If they didn't forget my sauce on my beef sandwich it would have got a 5 Star.

I’ve been to this location many times over the years on my trips from Toronto to Belleville. The food is always good. However the last time I walked out because the service was very slow. People said they were waiting 10-15 minutes for their order. On a prior visit the person taking orders was clearly not suitable to handle money. In the few minutes waiting for my order I heard him ask two customer how much change they were supposed to get. In my case he wanted to give me back my $20 with the change I was owed.

Wish we had more of these in the GTA. This is amazing fast food. Good size portions of something other then the usual. They usually add something new every few months but nothing beats a beef n cheddar with loaded curly fries. Quick drive thru.
