I ordered 2 veggie patty subs online today. When I opened it after reaching home they were veggie delite instead. I called to talk about it and the lady on the other side first refused saying I ordered veggie delite. I asked her to first check my order and then she said we were out of stock for veggie patty hence she built veggie delite. I asked her why didn't she inform when my husband was there to pick up the order. I dont understand why they dont pay attention while building the order and then try to cover it up lame excuses. She offered me 1 foot long free sub on my next purchase while she ruined 2 subs today. It's not about the money or matching the price difference but about customer satisfaction.

Asked for a BLT to cheer up my bf. Ended up with just bacon, cheese, and the toppings he wanted thinking she would put the lettuce and tomato on it. Because...BLT... The workers always seem like I'm inconviniencing them too.

This place is really awesome. There's a guy named Anmoldeep Singh, he makes really awesome subs. Will recommend everyone for sure ❤️

So skimpy with all their toppings except they drench the subs in sauce no problem. Very rude employees working with no customer service skills.

My chicken is cold yet employees think they deserve a tip with slight rude tone after when saying goodbye. This is exactly why I dont tip Fast Food. Employees cant even do their job but expect the world Haaaa !! Mr Sub it is from now on.

horrible experience. worst customer service, they wouldn’t make the sub my bf was telling them to make piece by piece. he wanted a BLT and they kept making him a BMT even when he tried to correct them. they gave the wrong bread and left out bacon on a supposed to be BLT???? and didn’t give cheese, gave italian herb and cheese bread, instead of italian bread and cheese. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!! other subways have staff capable of making a simple blt sandwich off the menu. literally paid for lettuce and tomato on the wrong bread…

Very bad customer service very rude people in the price are different between the other subway last and they charge me for six turkey sandwich $9.63 and they told me they not except any debit card Visa card MasterCard only cash me except it and I have no cash with me. I have to go drive 15 minutes to the bank machine and come back pay for my sandwich. I don’t know what’s going on in this world subway should close the whole store in Canada change the whole management

I like to get subs often and don't ever have any issues, but there is one employee who is very hard to understand,and thats ok, but whenever she is asked to repeat what she said, she gets visibly annoyed and then interrupts everytime I'm speaking. She's very rude. I've seen her do this with other customers as well and she was just told by another customer that he will never come back to that location because of her ignorance. Other than dealing with her, the place is great. They give good amounts of toppings.

Wonderful staff and great services. The best things, when I have tried the sub from another place I come into know that, your food and veggies are quite quite fresh. The best place for the subs. I really, found it healthy. Keep it up. You are the best.

I placed an order 3 days in advance and prepaid over $300.Still waited over 45min. They kept on serving other customers first before filling my order. 18 hungry soccer players waiting for there lunch between games. Never come to this location.

Worst store ever, the owner lady there doesn’t know how to speak english, and makes worst subs, the whole staff is rude and doesn’t communicate well, store not cleaned properly and totally don’t understand english

Frozen meatballs on a meatball sub meant for a KID - 6:30 PM, take-out . If you didn't have meatballs ready then you should have said so instead of charging us for a frozen sub - pathetic And they had the nerve to ask for a TIP

I have never had a subway sandwich with so little meat it was a spicy Italian and it had one row of pepperoni and one of salami for 8 bucks that's ridiculous

Went there on Christmas eve 3:30 p.m. had no buns. Had some there but was told they were already sold. Said to go to another sub shop. Have been going there for years but after being told to go to mr sub their food was better. Won't be back to subway. Don't understand why a sub shop without buns was even open.

Love it when i get a footlong and they toast it on the 6 inch setting, then don't even let it finish before pulling it out. Cold in the middle subs, mmmmmmh.

Didn’t get what we asked for. The employee was being stubborn and didn’t change the size of sub i spite of asking thrice. I asked for 6” but got the smaller size.
