    Pleasant workers and that's all the positive I can say. My last 4 orders through Skip the Dishes, all 4 of them had issues. Missing items, directions not followed, they're terrible!!! How hard is it to follow a written list when packing a bag??!! WON'T be returning.

    Worst Wendy's ever. Every time we go to this Wendy's we have issues getting things we ask for. Tonight I ordered a Southwest avocado salad I got a salad with no avocado. Sometimes we order and there's missing chili, fries, or hot sauce We even ask to verify our orders at the window and they always say yes. EVERY VISIT ORDER IS WRONG, even after double checking. Where is the AVACOTO? When we email Wendy's they never respond.

    Drive through was so slow, staff showed zero customer service and my bacon deluxe looked more like a sad jr bacon cheeseburger with no lettuce.

    You know, it's sad that every single time we get Wendy's from this location because it is our local location, our order gets messed up. It's always a gamble of "which meal will get messed up this time". If the North end one wasn't so far we would just go there. No matter how you order, drive thru, eat in or skip they always manage to mess up the orders. Quality is not their specialty. My baconator... No bacon? My wife's chicken wrap... hardly any chicken...

    Well, I love Wendy's. However, today was the worst! I paid almost $17.00. What did I get? My fries and salad. Missing....only a frosty, a large one. Very dissappointed. It took me over 1/2 hour to get through the drive-through. Not sure I'll be back too soon

    Man, I don’t even know what to say. I love Wendy’s and honestly I want to enjoy this location but the amount of time I don’t get half my order is ridiculous. It’s always the chicken wrap duos too. Luckily UberEats is good with that sort of thing but I don’t know if they’re understaffed or just don’t care. It’s a little frustrating.

    Very unprofessional, I’ve been trying to call them for 25 min now and explain my order was incorrect. The phones answering machine doesn’t say who I am calling! And the person taking my order was clearly on some sort of medication. She was slurring her words and taking very strange and slow. The guy who handed my food to me definitely didn’t want to be there and you could tell he didn’t have a care for the world. Honestly thought there was a hidden camera going to pop out and laugh about the whole situation. Save your time and money and eat somewhere else. I didn’t even get to the part of how cold and hard the chicken was. -5 stars

    Worst Wendy's I've been to. My drinking cup had several long brown hairs stuck on it, about 7 or 8 which was really gross and weird, so I wiped it off and sanitized the outside but wondered if there was hair on the inside too. Showed my family and they were in disbelief seeing it too. When I received the cup in the drive thru I saw a couple of hairs on the cup but it was really late and I hate complaining so I took it but when I saw it at home and how many more hairs there were it was gross! Also my fries had a couple of really burnt ones in the box which were clearly unedible and I included a picture of. Never returning to this location again, they clearly don't care about what they're serving.

    Yo woman on the drive thru speaker really hates her job. "Ya" and "that all" is all she says she is killing your business. I literally felt bad for ordering food. It was not great at all stopped by like 9pm on a Wednesday and I often go at that time wow she's terrible. Normally it's the guy and he's pretty friendly. Also messed up my order a little so that's why the low starts

    This location screams, we couldn't care less. Chili always has huge chunks of burgers in them, I mean c'mon guys at least try and hide the fact that you use leftover burgers in your chili. The staff are always miserable, the women I dealt with tonight at 11:30 at the drive through couldn't have been more rude. Literally couldn't hear her clearly through the drive through order window and boom it was on, she started repeating while practically yelling, yanked the debit terminal from my hands by the cord when I was holding it for ages for her to take it, and trust me folks, I have empathy for these workers so I'm always very polite. Fries were hard and cold, burgers were bone dry. Save yourself and go to ANY other location because they don't care one little bit. We've been there three times with the same experience every time.

    The chicken that they put on their salads is not a fresh cut chicken breast that's supposed to be served with the salad instead they are serving precut bag chicken you buy at the store. Keep cutting corners you will lose business from doing so.

    Save yourself from going to this store. They are extremely slow (20 minutes for a coffee) and quality is terrible. They don’t even follow any standards. Funniest part- Afternoon leader was working without hairnet and was wiping his face with his bare hand then touching the food (sweat flavoured lol). He did something even crazier out of the standards, is to brew coffee directly into my cup instead of brewing in a pot. Guess what, coffee was watery; and when I tried to confront him his argument was that we follow different methods. I swear to god Wendy’s Franchise will laugh at him if they knew this. This kind of store operated by poor management and staff needs to stop. Also,does this store ever pick up the call? Or did they just put it to troll customers. I tried calling the store to talk to the manager because of the utterly disgusting and slow service.

    Like all the other reviews said; the lady working the drive thru today (probably the manager) at 4pm was incredibly insulting and clearly hates her life. She sure does flip a mean burger though. Will probably try the location off of Brock st next time to avoid her. Happy Easter!

    Honestly one of the worst drive thru experiences I’ve had, I pulled up to the speaker and the woman taking my order was very friendly at first, I wasn’t ordering for myself but for my brother who was sitting in the backseat, so while ordering I wasn’t able to answer right away because I was trying to figure out what he’d like. The woman taking our order seemed to become progressively annoyed by the fact that I wasn’t ordering “fast enough”, after I would place an order for an item she would “ask is that everything?” Every time. It honestly just felt like I was being rushed out of the drive through. After we got our food and drive off my brother started to eat his burgers, he then asked me if I had asked them for 2 double baconators (we had ordered 2 single baconators), I told him no then told him to double check the receipt to see what they charged us for and he replied telling me they charged us for 2 doubles, not what I had asked for, and costed more than I would have liked to spend. While all of this is annoying and inconvenient to me I wasn’t going to do anything about it because I also work in fast food and I completely understand being stressed out, understaffed, or just frustrated, what really upset me is the fact that he found not one but 2 hairs in his burgers so we threw them out. I paid almost $30 on food there just to not be able to eat half of it, and when I called no one answered, I had called about 4 times and got sent to voicemail each time.

    Wendys food was good, but the service I received was very poor. I stood inside waiting for someone to take my order for 20 minutes… no one else was in there. When I finally received my order, my food did not taste fresh. It was quite cold. I got some French fries that felt as cold as an ice cube, and were uncooked.

    The food is good but it appears that only one person is actually working out of the 7 currently here. I wish they wore name tags but she’s a shorter girl and doing a great job! (I’m here at the moment) but everyone is standing around watching her gather the orders and do everything. Perhaps a review of staff is needed to ensure this one worker doesn’t end up doing all the work again.

    Wendy's hamburgers can be really quite delicious.. This time I would've altered the burger I received, though. Ease way up with the mayo/ketchup, please. There was so much that one tastes nothing but mayo and ketchup.. Ease off of that and add cheese as part of almost every burger you make.. I ordered a Baconater.. For some reason I was sure I would taste a burger..but, it was a mayo-ketchup bun with beef on the side and there might be bacon..you so,p;y cannot taste through all that muck piled on like that,. I haven't been to Wendy's in awhile. I suspect that quality may have altered since I was there last, back in the 90's.. I loved the taco salad, then.. It was good. However, my most recent experience was unpleasant and for the most expensive burger they have.. It was not worth the high prices of today.. Sorry folks. I dislike bearing news of unfortunate experiences like that..but, these are the facts..so, I would not recommend this Wendy's outlet..

    Food was excellent. I liked the machine for drinks, cause they really have a lot to choose. I didn't like the attitude of manager. They didn't call out my name. After waiting 10 min I went back to cashier desk and she was looking at me and laughing. I didn't know whether to take the prepared plate, cause I didn't know their system. Usually they call out the name.or the bill number. When I asked if this plate is mine she laughed out loud. Like common... really??!! You really have a Karen for a manager.

    Fast service, they always have something new "limited time" on the menu to tryout. They have great coupon savings in the mail/flyers too. And there frosty machine is Always working unlike McDonald's ice cream machine lol 😂.

    We went tonight to get 2 Dave's single combo and the fries were old fries that was fried over and burned. Terrible, give ppl what they pay for I'm so sick of the bad services at this location, It needs to stop!!

    Might help of realize beef is not chicken. Im at home fml why is it i always have to double check. I work in construction. If i did these screw up, the house would fall on you. Were all adults how can't people figure simple things out. Its not rocket science here. Not driving back and waste my time amd money for gas etc.. fk how idiotic to mess that up

    The service was quick, the staff were kind, and the place was clean. As far as Wendy’s go this one is pretty good. Nice tall ceilings, and large windows for an airy feeling.

    Just got our order home. Ordered the Apple Pecan salad. With no pecans in the bag. They gave us coutons. The 4 chilly that we purchased were watered down and spicer than normal with no crackers for any of them. I ordered 3 grilled chicken sandwiches 2 with lots of onions. Only got 1the other 2 were without onions. This is the second time that there were no pecans in the bag.Looked for the receipt but not in the bag. Otherwise this would be going to head office as well. Very disappointed in our visit.

    Make sure if your going to do any type of delivery service make sure you add the whole order multiple times now the staff have slacked and forgotten multiple things to the order. How are we supposed to eat our chili cheese nachos when you forget to give the customer the nachos, cheese and sour cream

    Nasty.My burgers were covered in ketchup and mayo on the outside aswell as the packaging. The place is a chess pool.I returned one burger and they were dumbfounded as what todo.I explained I would like a new burger please and returned to my table.Then the young lady who involved herself called out across the restaurant bringing attention to all asked what kind of burger it was.My new one was not very good alsoWont be back..

    Best one i have ever visited in the last month, and such a wonderful place to hang out with friends and buddies. I really loved this one, as it given me a chance to get myself hang out with my besties and celebrate the time with lot of food stuff which made my mouth full of water. Really loved their service and ambience. Will definitely recommend to any others who wanna have a good time.

    My crispy chicken sandwich had a taste like it was cooked in old cooking oil, same for the fries. The floor around the cashier station was sticky with a spill that was either not cleaned or inadequately cleaned. I will be avoiding this location in the future.

    Been going to this Wendy's before they did the renovations. Always loved this location and I'd always go to it because it was cozy. Now it's updated and it still has that just not as much. Regardless the food is great and I love the soda machines. Didn't even know what Coke Zero cherry was like until now haha 😆.

    food here is usally great but the service is very slow. usally wait 5-10 min for someone to take your order than another 5-10 min to prepare and serve food. i find the drive thru much more quicker overall.

    It's a wendys and the food is only ever as good as the people making it, which could be said for pretty much any place. I usually only go here at night to pick up orders, and they are always solid and the few times I've eaten here have been good!

    Any fast food restaurant I'll only give a 3 star rating tops. I had a bacon cheese hamburger 🍔 combo. It was good 👍. Did not go in restaurant I'm sure it was okay, but lock your doors.

    Very DISAPPOINTED with Customer service by Manager!! I HAD been a frequent visitor to this Wendy's until my last visit in June 2023. I can't remember the exact date now. But I had sent a review to the customer service on the date of the last time I was there. I was assured via Wendy's Customer service I would recieve a call from the manager. A number of emails to the Wendy's Customer service and Still NO contact from the store Manger. I am guessing at this point I will NEVER hear from the Manager and that CUSTOMER SERVICE is NOT the Managers priority. My concern with my last visit included... no spoon or fork for chili and salad ordered making it VERY difficult to eat my lunch, a hamburger in my bag I did NOT order or eat as it had cheese on it, no straw for my drink, no bill, and ice in drink when I ordered zero ice. I am STILL wanting Wendy's Manager to contact me. Very DISAPPOINTED with Customer service by Manager!!

    This store is consistent in ONE thing: being inconsistent. Every single time we get takeout from here *SOMETHING* is wrong with our order. From receiving the wrong drink, to missing items in orders, getting the WRONG order, OR as just happened... not giving us salad dressing WITH A SALAD ORDER. Slowing down to double check an order is correct is NOT a terrible idea. Luckily we are moving in a few days and will NOT be coming back here, or ordering from here again. Management should be taking some responsibility and ensuring their team members are CONSISTENT.

    Not sure who the Ashwani guy is in the red shirt who's a "quick server" went to take my order then walked away, came back and actually took my order or attempted to and said hold on and walked away again and he just goes and leans against the counter and talks to one of the girls, no rush at all, just chatting. Great customer service, so I just walked out

    For whatever reason it was super busy the night I went, with a line up to the door and drive through backed up to the street. And somehow the employees managed to keep their cool trying to serve everyone as quickly as possible while being yelled at and talked down to by some customers. I had to wait my turn but my food was hot, fresh and my order was correct.

    False advertising or wrong charge aware. Coupon price is $7.69 plus taxes. Price of exact item on the receipt is $8.78 plus taxes. See photo. Drive through purchase. Didn't want to hold up the line behind to protest the difference of $1.09. Food tastes good. Service and price are bad. 1 star.

    Most ridiculous fast food experience we've ever had. Waited 45 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and take our order. Worst customer experience ever. Didn't even get an apology. I would like a manager to reach out to me.
