Crazy overpriced. Over $40 for a burger meal and hotdog meal. The seasoned fries were not edible!!! Look at the amount of seasoning. I asked for a side of bbq sauce and they put one squirt into plastic container. It was laughable. Also employees were too busy having fun chatting and had music too loud. Waited over 20 mins for cold food. Never again.

One of my favourite places for a burger and fries because of the consistency and quality. I’d recommend the Cajun seasoned fries or ask for the seasoning on the side. The malted milkshakes are amazing and not easy to find. They offer a lettuce bun option for an extra charge. I appreciate that the staff are always kind and prepare my order well. 🍔

The 4.2 rating had me a bit concerned but thankfully the concern wasn’t warranted. There aren’t many Five Guys near be but I was in the area and figured I’d see how it compares to the Kingston location. The burger was excellent. It was also not busy at all, by the time I got my burger I was the only one in the store despite it being 5pm. Friendly staff as well. Don’t forget to ask for extra bacon and cheese, it’s free!

First time at this Five guys. Easy off and on from the 401. Might become one of our new stop when travelling the other side of Toronto, as the New Castle onroute stop is a disaster with construction.

If you are a burger Connoisseur like Me you know 5 guys it’s a staple. To be honest they are my first thought whenever I think of where to get a burger. The fries are always so big i usually get a small and it’s more than enough for me. I also love the Cajun seasoning! The burgers are so good. They appear small but once you are halfway through it you are wondering if you can even finish it. This location is always friendly far and clean. I highly recommend the food and this location to grab some grub :) 5 stars is all i could give or else i would have given more.

I used to go here for years , it seem they are under new management this last year or so . You now get half the amount of fries as previous and also your burger gets served sloppy and in pieces . I have given this place several chances lately hoping things would get better . Il take my bussiness to the Ajax location where they serve the proper quality and quantity that is expected .

Tasty patties, decent toppings, good portions, very generous on the amount of fries given, friendly and quick service. But the cheese is garbage, it's like Kraft Singles quality on a burger that costs 10 dollars, doesn't really make sense. Not to mention this is a huge chain and I'm paying what I would pay at a mom n pop shop. If the prices were a little lower and the cheese was half decent maybe it'd be five stars.

Best burger in Durham Region! Expensive comparing to other burger joints. But they load the fries up! Very fresh and tasty!

The staff there clearly work well together. I placed an online order & it was ready pretty quickly when I picked it up. They made me fresh fries when I arrived, I appreciated the gesture. Staff sometimes seem uninterested/hesitant in engaging/serving customers. Food quality is always exceptional.

We got a couple of hamburgers and large fries. The burgers were tasty, a little greasy though. The French fries were excellent as always. Ask for light salt. Otherwise, a decent set of burgers. Quite pricy for what you get.

OH MY GOD!!!!!! I knew Five Guys was good....but THIS GOOD??? AMAZING FOOD, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and staff Perfectly customized the toppings the way I wanted....usually people don't customize properly...that is not the case with these guys...the staff comprises of young people...energetic, polite and eager to offer good customer service.. THE BEST LOCATION EVER!!!!

I happens to be here a few times and usually their tables are not cleaned. The burgers taste nice. It is good for when you do not want to go home and prepare food.

Had a burger and a banana milkshake for $17.00 I can't imagine the cost for a small family yikes! it was very good but way to much food. My daughter lovers this place, the atmosphere is different .

Edited review. After being told one second, I stand here watching one lady make 8 burgers, another one flipping on the grill. And no one coming to take order. Than my order which ordered online and should be ready, was not. They say "just making your fries now" If I wanted to wait, I would of ordered ahead of time.. Food is still always good here at least and they always load up the fries. The day that changes is the day you won't see me here again. Also would be nice if y'all was on uber eats.

First time trying 5 guys burgers and it was delicious. Ordered the 'little bacon cheeseburger' w/ small fries and regular fountain pop. $20.65. A bit pricey but its freshly made and if McDonalds goes in the $16 - $17 range than this is definately worth the extra few bucks. Was there at around 2pm and the place was packed. So clearly people in the area love this place. Fresh meat, perfect bun , and finally I've found a place where the bacon is actually crispy!! Great burger, clean place, 5 out of 5.

Honestly the best restaurant in town! Everything is super fresh, locally grown & made, and it shows. We also tried basically all of the desserts and they were so good! Can’t wait to come back!

This is not the best Five Guys I’ve ever been to in terms of the store itself - but regardless the food is always good and tastes as you would expect!

The guy behind the counter with pink hair was very helpful as it was our first time there! He answered all our questions and explained in detail about the free toppings! Possibly best burger ever! Staff was fantastic and dude should get a raise! Will definitely be back!

The food was good but the prices! OMG. 2 bacon cheese burgers, 2 regular fires, and 2 regular drinks came to just shy of $48. The food is good, but not that good. I won't ever go back to a 5 guys at those prices. I could have gone elsewhere and had a steak for that.

The burgers are amazing! Great options for the toppings. The only thing wrong are the straws, they are too long lol

The staff here are amazing, despite packing their equipment to close the restaurant. Yash and Kajal put in the effort to make me an extra burger with what they had left. These two employees showed phenomenal service and customer care with their welcoming and warm attitude. Will be coming back after work just because of the way i was treated by the two employees.

What a fall from the top, totally empty when I walked in lol not a good sign! Burger was $13.. tasted on par with McDonald’s or BK.. ouch!! They used to be so damn good when they opened too 😞 oh well, won’t be returning with those prices and quality! Service was good tho!

I’m pleasantly surprised! I have stopped having fast food as I am no longer able to digest processed low quality ingredients. However, a close friend kept insisting to try five guys. And I’m glad I did! If you’re looking for decent quality, quantity and fair prices, than visit this establishment. Specially the Oshawa store as it is clean and has super friendly and fast employees!

Decent burgers and fries. Grilled onions weren’t really grilled and bacon was rock hard. Order was ready in time.They overdo the Cajun seasoning on the fries though.

Ok, so this is my first time at five guys. Walked in, the girl at the cash was very nice. We ordered two cheeseburgers with bacon and a regular fries to split. We looked for a table to sit down at, but they were all dirty. After walking from table to table, looking for a clean one, one of the staff from behind the counter came out and cleaned up a table for us. Very nice. Went to use the washroom while we were waiting, and wish I hadn't. It was disgustingly dirty and grossed me out before my meal. The whole place really needs a deep clean, it was looking kind dingy to be honest. Our bugers came out and were good, except for the bacon, it tasted like it was cooked way earlier in the day and was all dried out and not fresh. I was hoping for better, but the meat was good! I'd go back I'd they cleaned the place up a bit, but I probably won't be back to this location unless it's for takeout. Definitely would try another location if there was one close. .

Still one of the best burger joints around. Consistently good. No extra charge for toppings. and they have Cajun fries. FYI not peanut-free, they use peanut oil. I like this location cause they have milkshakes. It does get pretty busy (for dine-in, take-out and food delivery), so at peak times you should order ahead.

If you remember Licks Burgers, this is the best replacement if you don't want to drive to Parry Sound. Large, delicious, messy, loaded with the toppings you select, accompanied by amazingly delicious fries, these burgers are a feast. Friendly staff, quality products and an easily accessed store make this my new go-to burger shop. Come hungry, leave happy!

With Five Guys, you always get a great consistent experience and I've been to this location quite a few times. Everything is cooked to order so it tastes fresh and the staff here are friendly and make you feel at home, so it's worth keeping on you list of burger spots.

In a world of ever rising prices and shrinking plates, Five Guys is one of the few reasturants I can name that still feels like it's worth my time and money. The food tastes good, the building is clean, and the staff are friendly. Couldn't recommend more.

We waited for more than 30 minutes for our food and at the end they just told us oh sorry receipt was not printed. But receipt was printed for 10 customers that came after us. Management should look into this. Totally disappointed with service
