WORST COMPANY EVER BEWARE! They spilled soup on my bag and laptop and ignored my until I spammed them all they offered was a 40 dollar gift card as if i will ever come back. To get everything fixed was 2000 dollars. The lady was at fault because she was not paying attention. Head office Anna Young ignored my complaints.

Thank you for asking the reason. Sharing honest review in a hope someone would try to do things better. We ordered Veg Thai Green curry and Veg Fried Rice. Both blend, no taste, no salt. Green curry was dilute/watery mixed with boiled veggies. I was looking forward to Thai Express as it was my go-to favourite for office lunch in Toronto, but yesterday it was so bad that I will never come back. Gave three stars for service, fresh ingredients and people working hard in pandemic. Reduced two stars as the food is waste of appetite and money. I am extremely disappointed.

It was my first time ordering at Thai express. The service was pretty good but I basically paid $13 for a big bowl of noodles with five shrimps and almost no beef or vegetables. My daughters food only had four shrimp and again very little veggies. The noodles themselves were good but I just wish there was more vegetables and shrimp for the amount of money we paid.

Had never tried this place before, but let me tell you i was not disappointed, we took some time picking what we wanted as we had no idea what to get and our server was very patient and sweet with us, we had the Mango General Thai and it was incredibly delicious, not to mention our order was ready within the blink of an eye, would 100% recommend and revisit!!

Do not order from this location. They are crook. Big sign there Sunday special. They charge full price when you pay. When ask what happen to the special price. They said it does not apply to this location. I tell you . You just lost a long time customer. And I work close to this location and will tell everyone not to go there.

Ordered fish fried rice and got vegetable one, the lady who takes order not able to hear properly and take the right order. The vegetable fried rice was beyond horrible and not worth $16.

This place is part of the Food court inside Oshawa center. Got Tom Yum soup that was only okay taste and quality wise but $17.5 felt little too pricy for that. Server had a fairly unpleasant and impatient attitude that could be termed as borderline rude.

So disappointed!!.. my boyfriend and I love Thai express and we both always get general Thai Pineapple. Worst meal I’ve ever had, the chicken was all fat and gummy, with soggy breading. Couldn’t eat any of the meat. Not even comparable to other locations.

I love the service here and always a good option to grab a bite while shopping. Yummy food option 😊

Just got red curry on rice during my lunch. They blanched uncooked veggies for literally 30 seconds. The bamboo shoots, the onions, green peppers and carrots crunchy and raw. The rice super undercooked with a hard centre. The curry is like water. Tastes like chilli and nothing. So disappointing for $15. They won't even put it on a plate so the curry cools a little. Its so strange eating raw things scalding hot. Burned my mouth, now I'm headed back to work hungry.

I ordered without checking reviews - the pad see ew was absolutely awful. Dry chewy noodles, weird after taste, bitter. Literally nothing like I’ve ever had before. I’m still confused why I took this risk lol

Worst green curry I have ever had. zero flavour, very bland. Pad thai was okay years ago but most likely won't be back

I gave two stars because I have had good vegetable pad thai here in the past. However, today my husband brought me home a vegetable pad thai which was aweful. It was a big ball of mush, with zero flavour. I couldn't even eat it the texture turned me right off, very expensive for a meal that went in the trash. So disappointed.

I ordered yellow curry, which was lacking a lot of flavour and did not enjoy. The food also made me extremely sick, I was nauseous and sick for 2 days straight. Ate here on Sept 8th 2022

I love Thai express but the workers here.. I just hate having to go to this location. The workers always make me feel awful and I can never figure out why. I’m always respectful and say thank you and I’ve never complained about anything. Every single time I go I feel like I’ve done something to personally offend the workers. They are so rude and stuck up for whatever reason.

I ordered padsew and asked for less beef and more sauce. But it was nothing like it. It was super dry and the noodles were pale. It barely has sauce. Worst store.

We gave this place a couple of tries before writing this review. We ordered Chicken Pad Thai, Thairacha Pad Thai and Chicken Basil Fried Rice. The noodles were under cooked. The chicken was very chewy. Fried rice was very dry. The Thairacha Pad Thai was a totally different dish from what we have had in other Thai Express restaurants. Overall I would skip the place completely in future. I do not recommend this Thai Express.

Very low quality location. I have ordered General Thai from many different locations, and normally the meal is consistent. This time I bought two orders and both were terrible. Veggies were almost spoiled, there was little to no flavour in my meal. The pieces of chicken: some were soggy and mushy, and other pieces were hard. Didn’t even eat half of my meal, super disappointed that I wasted $27.

Used to really enjoy this place. Service used to be awesome, and food was always prepared correctly.The last few times I've gone my order has been completely messed up. I don't want to keep having to go in to get the right order.

The price was not cheap but the food quality was ok. The portion was reasonable too.

One of my friends ate at Thai express. She found a roach in her food. Not acceptable. I had given this location 5 stars prior but I won’t be eating here anymore either. This is disgusting. Your customers health matters and this isn’t the service we expect from Thai Express.

The food is usually pretty decent however the service is continuously bad. Today I asked if I could have my order in a bowl as it hard to mix the ingredients in the little takeout container. I didn't need more of the food just a different container. The worker charged me 30 cents for it which was kinda odd but whatever I didn't say anything and gladly paid for it. When I was given my order, it was in the takeout container and when I asked for a bowl they refused to give me once despite paying for it. Sadly I wasn't offered a receipt so I had no proof of this additional purchase but I was really upset by the whole ordeal. I just wanted a plastic bowl, didn't realize it was that big of a request.

Thai soup from here is terrible. No flavour too many noodles. Just a complete mess for 12.95. Mr. noodles tastes better than this garbage.
