    10 min for 2 LG iced coffee... crew are just standing chatting around. Large fries I ordered today is as much as the medium one. Why sell large when the amount is the same as the medium. Update Medium For IEA contains same amount as a small fries

    Every time I come here after work, which is usually at 11pm, I’m always directed to the overflow parking, regardless of the amount of customers, and am forced to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for a Big Mac combo. There always appears to be an over abundance of staff on hand, but orders can’t seem to be fulfilled in a moderately timely manner. Let’s get the staff trained to actually fulfill the needs of the customers.

    Will never go back. Screwed up my order twice. This time I ordered a grand Big Mac meal and made sure I checked the bag before I left. When I got home and opened the big make box, it was a regular Big Mac. Absolutely nothing on the burger ,just cheese and patties, no sauce , no anything. Complete idiot’s!

    Went to mcdonalds to get big mac with bacon as seen advertise but then got home to no bacon on big mac. Also rootbeer instead of coke

    4/5 Always received a quick service for curb side pick up or drive thru order. Staff seem to be nice. Fries I get here are usually much fresher compared to order locations.

    They don't care to ensure their food quality and quantity. You are very lucky if you get a correct meal with full containers. Drinks over an inch below the lid and fry containers only half full are their normal. Now you can get a sliver in your tongue from the wooden spoons supplied with your ice cream cone (yes cone!! They serve it upside down in a PLASTIC cup with a wooden spoon)

    I made a quick stop to slow down. The coffee and desert was good. The place was clean and well lite. Staff were friendly and helpful. Watch the no parking signs, one section is now the driving lane. It's really nice that they open the eat in at 7:00am but the drive thru is open 24hours.

    Just visiting Oshawa and stopping this Mc Donald for a lunch. Long drive through but moving ok. I went in to order dine in. They were very busy assisting drive through but it took me to wait 5 minutes before someone took my order tbrough the counter. . Place is ok in space more table and chairs for dine in. Parking is tricky. I bet during holidays this quite a busy location since its the one closer to 401.

    I has to take it upon myself to write this review considering the terrible customer service we just had to endure. We had gone to this Mc Donald's for a Friday out with the kids as a treat, but unfortunately turned for the worse. We had order 6 items 4 being g combo's, when we had pulled to the window after paying I was instructed to wait in spot 1 for our order, I kindly asked the young man at the window to not forget the sauces for that each time we've come here it has happened. As we patiently waited for our order another young man had come to my driver side window with our order, but after checking the bag not once but 3 times it was to our shock that ther were no napkins, no ketchup or sauce as I had previously asked. We pulled around again to the drive thru window where the young man stood his ground stating that he himself had put the sauces in and they were just at the bottom of the bag which they were not, apart from that he had been quite rude with his tone and answers but had provided us with what we asked. We then took our order home to enjoy but again to our shock they had completely forgotten the 10 pc nuggets we had ordered. I had to call the establishment not once but 4 times before the Manger at the time Titus answered, I had a short conversation with him in regards to the situation where the only solution he could offer was to send me coupons that would take a week, I asked for a refund where he was happy to grant it but with no other compensation, I'm sorry I don't mean to sound selfish but I'm lucky enough to have my own vehicle but to had to drive 11 km for there mistake at a time where gas is at an all time high and the most valuable thing is our life is our time. I would have expected something else for the trouble we had gone threw. I would definitely never recommend to go this location apart from terrible and rude customer service but the food was cold and disgusting.

    IF YOU ARE GOING TO DRIVE HERE AND GET OUT OF YOUR CAR TO DINE-IN......DONT BOTHER. YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN. This locating really needs to get its act together. Your wait times are horrible.....drive thru and food delivery services get first priority meanwhile if you WALK IN you are served LAST. Just waited 17 mins for 2 chicken nugget meals. Even the Door Dash people were getting annoyed with the wait times today. The person running the crew today really needs to be retrained on time management. Was in over their heads today. Drive thru was backed up, food delivery orders backed up and dinning room orders backed up. ALWAYS have to wait if you walk in. Always. You think the people who took the time to not only drive into your location let alone get out of their car to come inside would get better service. It's pretty easy.....AT LEAST 3 people assembling orders. 1 Does the drive-thru 1 Does the Food Pick Up services 1 Does the Dine in customers When there is nothing to do for 1 of these people they help out one of the other ones that's behind or busy. Pretty easy....if you guys can't fill figure this out then your manangent team needs to be retrained or fired. Here's a second thought......use the 2 drive thru windows you have to speed up service.

    Hard to believe they could screw up a Big Mac value meal, but yep they did. Nothing special about the order, done via the app. Went and picked up for wife and when at home she opened and finds NO FRIES! REALLY? I don't like the place as the food is overpriced for what you get, plus is horrible. Now I won't waste my money again.

    Hi I ordered a Double Big Mac Bacon and it's supposed to have 4 patties with bacon. It's supposed to be a double big mac and then add bacon. I only got 3 patties with bacon and still paid extra. My wife got double big mac 4 patties which was correct but I paid extra for less. Monday May 16 1045 pm no receipt given in bag was debit like $28.79. Wondering if I can get an extra patty next order.

    There are consistent issues at this location. Small order, large order, you are always asked to pull into a spot and not serve directly at the drive-thru. Once you pull into a spot it's then it's a long wait for your food to be brought out. There are frequent errors with the order (missing items, incorrect items, customizations not completed properly). I have frequently experienced unprofessional or downright rude staff (there have been some lovely people as well). I would recommend avoiding this location and going to another one if you can.

    The drive thru went pretty quickly, was asked to pull to the side as my order was large, waited for 40 minutes, spoke to employees coming out to others they had no knowledge of my order, pulled back to the window and everyone had no idea where my food was, even though i received my drinks. I asked for a refund, the manager came and completed that process. I am yet to receive an apology from anyone

    After ordering I said that was all thanks. They continued to ask if I wanted anything else. I rudely said I told you that was all. I guess I got what I deserved. A stale bun. I assume it's managment making them ask regardless. BOO to the management. Won't be back. And driving around the building like that is odd at best.

    Ordered a French vanilla latte from this location. They sent me to a spot to wait at 2:50pm roughly - it’s now 3:07pm and a phone call to ask where my coffee was. Hope it tastes exceptional …(update: it did not even taste good)

    Ordered hot cakes and sausage combo with a black coffee. Didn't get the sausage and they really went out of their way to mess up my black coffee. They made it a regular. All they had to do was pour a cup of coffee and NOT add anything to it. Kudos! Well played. Didn't see that one coming.

    Wow! Saturday, May 21, 2022, I received the worst service I have ever gotten. The staff were incompetent, spent 25 min in the drive thru, then 15 min by the railing waiting on them to change the coffee frappe machine and drove away eventually as I could not wait any longer. I already had spoken to 2 other employees for help with no results. I had paid for the frappe and lost that money. One staff member kept coming out to take pictures of the storm. Seriously!!!

    You’ll order and wait 7 days and 7 nights in an assigned parking spot, waiting for your food that will inevitably be wrong, missing items or ice cold. I’ve never had a pleasant experience at this location, only go to this location due to proximity to the house. You go in to grab the missing items and they tell you exactly what was missing from the order without having to tell them. Seems like they do it on purpose thinking you’ll leave without checking and they’ll keep your money.

    There was a worker named John whom did an amazing job relating to me the customer and even sat on the phone to make sure the Uber order as I use skip mostly was the right one and suggested the amount of proportion a growing adult needs lol he was help ful and great at upsetting and sooooooo polite so obviously I took his advice on the mcrib 😂

    Well it's a Macdonalds but it's open 24/7 and the employees are fantastic. Efficient service and they are accommodating. If they can fix the ice cream and milkshake machine, that would be perfect 👌

    Order was a little slow for fast food. I had to repeat several times, not two, but over five times for seperate orders on a same bill being separated into only two different bags. I was unwilling to be the one at fault for a clear order spoken in perfect English repeatedly. It seemed disorganized but wasn't, just lagging behind, this meant that tables weren't cleaned and cleared as soon as they should have been. This establishment as takeout, receives a majority of takeout order's, and end's up leaving a standard dining, walk in customer a little forgotten about. It's still a great seating arrangement, is clean, but I've found it too busy, and surprisingly slow compared to other locations. I believe this is because the food upon reception is a high spec quality that permeates a "come back to" McDonald's, sometimes this compensates for delay. I hope my grading reflects a 5 star rating, this place as for it's efforts is a step above for it's own TM. The management was actually astounding at the orchestration, it's a difficult job to "pivot", and when I ordered, it was clear the patience involved in training new employees doing the service well done, and then receiving a classic meal that met higher expectations, again, most would come back.

    Placed an order in store they were not busy. Asked to have eat in they called my number and left the bag of food on the counter and walked away I asked for a tray they're response was " oh okay" and walked away. This place is getting worse every time I go there time to find a new go to place. Oh and food was mildly warm but didn't have time for them to remake it.

    One person ahead of me in drive thru. Pushed us out to wait in spots. Waited almost 20 minutes. Maybe stop worrying about drive thru times and get your orders out. McDonald’s is suppose to be quick and convenient.

    I think this location has to be the worst location I have ever been to. I've gotten uber delivery from here and the amount of times the food has shown up incomplete or gotten old fries is ridiculous. Then the times I've delivered for this location, so slow and horrible communication. They don't even acknowledge you half the time. Today, I went in to order and once again received an incomplete order. I went back as I wanted my order completed and all I got was a snarky little girl who rolled her eyes and threw the order out with such attitude that it made me and my partner laugh. Sorry we made you do your job, a job you should have done right in the first place. I understand human error, but there's no need for attitude. Grow up.

    I’d say this is my favourite McDonald’s in Oshawa. Staff are always friendly at the window and considering how busy this location has always been the customer service is 👍 I’ve eaten inside many times but now I use the drive thru. It’s fast since it has 2 lanes. Everything is made fresh and my orders come out right even with additional requests.

    This McDonald's is in a very tricky spot for a drive thru, very busy intersection. Other than that it is like any other McDonald's, food is good but it took a little too long for us to receive what we ordered. We sat at the front of the line watching the people who ordered their food after us leave and all we ordered was a hamburger.

    I always find this place as one of the most decent McDonald's. Crew members take orders with sincerity. Foods are delivered fresh and as per order. The in and out of the drive-through location is a bit tricky. Drivers need to pay attention and be cautious.

    Workers friendly, organized most times , a bit more time could be spent preparing the burgers when putting them together. Fries could be placed better into the box and not lying inside the bag. Check fountain drinks more frequently to make sure they are not watered down and all you are getting and paying for is water. Thank you😊

    It was good, nothing special. Food was fine and the service was decent. The washrooms are insanely small though, like there’s two stalls but there’s really only room for one person in the sink area. Also it smelled horrendous.

    For the last several months whoever works the 4-6 am shift as a cook needs to be desperately replaced. I cannot tell you how many of my bacon and egg on a McMuffin have been hard as a rock. Complete waste of my time and money. If I wanted to just be able to eat an egg, I’d stay home and cook an egg before I left for work.

    Stopped by this McDonalds tonight because the kids wanted sonic kids meals, but left upset and with lots of anxiety. I ordered two kids meals and two Big Mac meals. I thought I had a good coupon, The girl went to scan it and couldn’t figure it out so she asked another girl what to do and that girl wasn’t to sure either. she explained she was new, which I said that’s okay no problem…. All of a sudden she starts yelling for a manager VERY LOUDLY more than once… everyone working is staring and everyone in the McDonald’s behind me is also looking at me……. My wife comes over asking what’s wrong so I’m like I don’t know, my kids go an sit down and my wife’s says “ The coupons expired” I look up and she’s still yelling for a manager so I said there is no need for a manager it’s just expired and one girl goes yeah we know, so I said okay no problem can I order 2 kids meals and 2 Big Mac meals please while the whole place is still staring. Because this girl thought it was okay to yell for a manager over and over again for no reason. Didn’t end up sitting in there to eat after that. We all left Besides that food was great and the kids got the blue sonic toy they wanted
