Phenomenal service 👍😁 very friendly

The portions are not the best but the Fries are cooked very well. I've gone to this New York Fries every week for a year and there is no other restaurant that keeps their food consistently well made than them. The service is great and if you want a little more extra fries on your poutine; they'll happily add more. If only they had BETTER portions! If you want the best fries in Oshawa then look no further! But I dont think you'll get you bang for buck here.

We tried nacho fries, veggie fries and butter chicken fries, all of them had unique taste. Service was quick and meal was well packed.

Worst fries ever I had in my life. They use the lowest quality potato. They don't peel the potatoes. Some of them were rotten. It was unsalted. I had it from the Oshawa center. It was completely disappointing.

They lost a customer today because of their lack of customer service. I was given 2 regular poutines in a small paper bag and as I was putting my hand in it the bag ripped and one of the boxes fell to the ground. I wasn’t offered anything, they pretended like they didn’t see or notice. I picked up half of what was left from the floor and tried to eat it but couldn’t even finish it because it was so plain and tasteless. The gravy is so watered down and does not taste the same. I ended up feeding it to the seagulls.

Incredible team and professional service. They are personal and kind to everyone! I highly recommend them! They hosted the most prestigious tennis event with the utmost respect.

Both the order taker and food maker are really friendly and patient! The order taker explained the sizes and prices in details. The food maker is trying his best to give me any veggie options they have and I want! At the end, they kindly asked me to do the survey as well! :)

We absolutely love coming to this location for their delicious fries. Tim and Shaylynne took care of us exceptionally well. Tim greeted us and was extremely friendly and a pleasure to speak with. Shaylynne made sure she took care of us ensuring we left very happy with our veggie works. Thank you so much and of course we will be back again!

First time trying New York Fries and I have been pleasantly surprised! Almost as good as fries at the lake. Friendly staff and an overall great experience. Would come here again for some comfort food style fries.

Mall food court. Portions are small; maybe 2/3 up the container. The added bacon was like a meagre tiny scoop. Manager fella was super polite.

The people that work here are super nice, and the pulled pork poutine was really yummy with a big portion included. Worth the stop when visiting the mall!

Tried the works and the Nacho dog. Loved both of them. Would definitely return to try other stuff on the menu. Umar was quick to get my order prepared despite the line up. Appreciate the quick service and hygiene!

The staff were very friendly, answered all of my questions about the specialty hot dogs and made a great recommendation for a bacon double cheese dog. It was delicious.

Amazing outlet. We tried butter chicken poutine and it was delicious!! Also, they added more gravy and cheese curd for free in generous amount when the bottom fries were left dry at the end.

I go here often because they know how to make my meal just right. I get the veggie fries and they put the perfect amount of cheese, sour cream and veggies over hot FRESH fries. Staff is also very pleasant :)

Amazing customer service at this location. I've visited this place a couple of times and the crew are the really friendly and warm. The only fries I opt for are the regular poutine and the nacho fries and have always been served with almost the same consistency. A perfect stop for a quick meal to grab and courteous staff to supplement it.

We usually buy regular fries and Veggie works ( our Kids favorite !) from this location as its a convenient quick stop for us. The quality is very good and consistent every time we buy. The staff are courteous and customer service is excellent!

* check the attached pic I am sorry to write this review but I have to share my experience with the society! I wanted to get a portion of butter chicken poutine yesterday. I paid $11,50 for the portion I thought I am gonna get real poutine! But unfortunately they sold me a lot of potatoes with a very little bit of chicken! I was so frustrated and that small portion reminded me of Oliver twist! It’s unfair to take almost $12s for that! You gotta take care of customer we service not just money making process! I went back to the counter informed the cashier about the problem, the Asian face guy and girl on the cashier were so polite but the problem was from the other guy who were preparing the food box for me!
