I love Taco Bell's Chalupa Supreme. Every time I get that from here, they put all soure cream on one end and beans on other end and veggies in middle portion. So, if I start from one end, then it will taste bad. I need to mix things every time before I eat.

Ordered in uber eats. Missing item and food cold. When I called the manager was very rude. Also told me it wasn’t his problem to what I feed my kid when I tried to tell him the one item forgotten was the only item for two yr old would eat.

I’ve no complaints about the food here as whenever my family and I go to the Oshawa Centre and we go to the food court we get cheese quesadilla or the fries supreme. The food is fine 👍. I don’t know why it is but I always like to verify that there be no meat in the cheese quesadillas (sometimes there are different employees who take the order). I eat halal just like there are people who eat kosher, vegan, are vegetarian and so forth. However, I don’t understand why there is a need for the manager who works there (brown lady like me who wears glasses😅) to get annoyed and very rudely and sarcastically reply that there is no meat in it just cheese and sauce. Like one can say the same thing in a nice way. I have things on my mind and I don’t eat out or frequent the mall that much (just once in a while) so a girl can forget cut her some slack! I just wish people would realize that a little kindness and a smile goes a long way.

They don’t know how to provide customer service, especially the MANAGERS. Team members learn from managers but what to say if the MANAGER itself isn’t great in giving service. NEVER GOING TO THAT PLACE AGAIN.

I came near to closing time (1 hour to go) and it took half an hour to get my food. When I finally got it it was lackluster to say the least - almost no filling in the burritos. I filed a complaint which asked if I would like follow up. I selected yes as I felt their quality and customer services to be lacking. I received no follow-up from them. I absolutely will never go back here and I say this as someone who really eats at Taco Bell a lot. This is frankly their worst outlet. Go anywhere else to get the services and quality you're used to. The pictures are from a premium burrito not simply a beef and bean burrito.

Well I was at the mall Decided to go to taco bell. I'm sorry, the girl in the front counter has no customer service. Does not smile. The food I order was bean burrito with chilli fries and a drink. On Saturday morning I started to throw up did not feel good. I had food poison. This place need to inspect. I will not go back.

i am an avid taco bell lover but every time i go my expectations are like 0 bc it always kinda sucks. but this was a REVOLUTIONARY taco bell experience. all my tacos were so full, my fry supreme was the best i’ve ever had and the line was SO long but i only waited a few minutes. i have never had such an amazing taco bell experience i didn’t think this was possible. best taco bell i’ve ever had. went on april 29th around 1:30pm. AWESOME

Went to the mall for dinner for the first time in a few years with my parents. My dad and I went to the Taco Bell, and first and foremost - the customer infront of us was trying to tell a dude that her order was wrong, and he persisted on arguing with her about it, even though it was clear as day what was on the reciept didn't match what was in the bag. Then for our order, my dad asked for a tray (usually you don't have to do this as they hand you one anyway) and the chick just handed us our bag, my dad said he asked for tray and little miss muffett cashier just rolled her eyes, shook her head and turned her back to us. .

the staff that work here are completely unprofessional and rude. I as a delivery driver was completely ignored. I see this all the time at places like this. here I am, representing a coustomer that has already ordered and PAID for their meal and I am being completely ignored. I mean they didn't even look at me!!!

The older lady making the the food today knows how to pack the tacos and burritos. I refuse to go to the taco bell in whitby on thickson because you open what you order it's a spinkle of food on the inside of the wrap. You eat more bread than filling.

Never again will I order from this place. I just got $40 on Uber eats and they messed up the whole order and now I’m not getting a refund I don’t even have enough food to feed my kids. Ordered a buy one get one free didn’t receive that either… this place is a joke.

Provided Inadequately cooked challupa and didn't listen to the complaints. Fillings are very less compared to other Taco Bell's locations.

The 5 for 10 dollar tacos deal is my favorite along with the 12 dollar chalupa burrito and taco with either fries or nachos and cheese. I love taco bell 👍

Love their rice, cheese and bean Barritos. The price is so reasonable. The fries supreme is also another choice that I always seem to go for. The staff is very pleasant and pays close attention to who ordered what. I guess there was a confusion with someone trying to claim another order. You find those people everywhere.

Poor customer service. Girl at the counter didnt even acknowledge we were there and looked at us as if it was a bother. Unfriendly and they arent using namebrand pop. The "Dr Pepper" was more like Dr Lepper, tasteless and watered down.

Today I was at the restaurant I love it here normally but something seemed off about the food here today. Love coming here thou people are friendly just their food was off today like wasn't mixed or something

If you are at the Oshawa Centre and want tacos then there's really no other choice. No, literally there is no other choice. If the food is not to your taste, add more hot sauce.

I had to repeat my order three times because the worker either wasn't listening or didn't care. Then I saw the bill on the counter while I was waiting for my food to be made and it was still wrong. There was barely any meat in the tacos and they were extremely greasy.

It's not bad here. I prefer other locations. Portion was kind of low and the food was cold. When I ordered an extra taco for some odd reason it was hotter and fresher. Fries supreme was stingy on the fries. I dont like that. Overall it was not bad.
