Their bread is what makes their business a success. Had the Asiago Bagel with sausage, scrambled egg & cheese for breakfast, delicious. At one time, I tried black forest ham in a baguette for lunch served with arugula and spinach with Dijon mustard, which was very good. Surprisingly, their coffee is good, too. Bit pricey, but the quality of bread is amazing. Quantity is more than average. Vegetarian dish available. Wheelchair accessible, free parking. Open 8 am for breakfast.

So I love the food here. Ive been a loyal customer. However today they forgot an entire meal in my order which was not discovered until getting home. I made the trek back brought my bag in showed the receipt and they went and got my missing meal. I’m a little upset that I had to return on todays gas prices. Because I ordered a bread bowl they gave me a small macaroni for it, I questioned how small the amount was and she said that was their way. If you order a bread bowl u get a small. I think it would have been nice for them to give the larger portion for my inconvenience but she did not seem interested in customer service. I’m a little put off of them now. It’s not about expecting something for free it’s about good customer service. I already wasted my time one going back and forth from Oshawa to Courtice.

Nice indoor seating area with a outdoor patio. I ordered the steak and cheddar cheese on panini bread, and it came in little slices of meat and packaged cheese. The taste was good but for $10 I think they should increase the amount of the meat and serve with real cheddar cheese. I don't think that I would go back.

Went to get dinner tonight, I got the frontenga chicken sandwich and the broccoli cheddar mac and cheese. Very yummy! Also, Angelica was so great at the window. She was very friendly and made my experience so much better than it already was. Will be returning!

My daughter and I went here for lunch today and had a horrible experience. The cashier completely confused me with the menu options and combined both of our meals as one. My daughter’s mac and cheese was literally two mouthfuls. We waited 20 minutes to pick up our food just to find out they didn’t have any left of what I ordered. Plus I got bread instead of an apple. We don’t go out to eat very often and this was a disappointing experience.

I've been going to this location since it opened. At first the portions were a good size but lately you get such a small amount but pay and arm and a leg for it. If I order a bowl of food, I except it to be filled to the brim, not 50% filled up. What a joke.

Really good food, but as I was ordering my food ( mychit says heather as the server) , the older lady with the mask and pixie glass was rude to the black girl ( I believe she was training because my friends chit says jon) Infront of all the costumers. Next time speak to her privately or just be a good human being and say things nicely. The black girl that did serve me was so sweet and great costumer service skills. Feb 8th 2023 at 12:51 . Heather doesn't deserve to be there.

First time customers - told server that and asked questions. She answered some, made no suggestions, came off as kind of dumb. I ordered the buffalo melt. Got an onion sandwich with a little bit of chicken and a whole lot of super spicy hot sauce. Husband ordered the pick 2- steak and cheddar with chicken caesar salad. The salad was good, but awfully small for the price. His sandwich was only 1/4 the size of mine, no where near half, a tiny bit of steak, and loads of onions. We were expecting lettuce and tomatoes and maybe a variety of toppings, but got nothing but onions, and weren't asked if we wanted any when ordering. We paid $50 for this disappointment. We won't be back.

I have heard so many good things about this place but the experience and the food was not at all what we were expecting. The cashier stood there and was just on her register and we waited about 10 minutes for her to look up at us and say she was doing the mobile orders and couldnt help us. The options are very limited. We took the buzzer and sat down. We got up when the food was ready and it was not good at all. It did not taste right. Quite disappointment in this place.

I feel this is extremely overpriced for the portion sizes that we got. Also, I was very disappointed that the straws were made of plastic and the cutlery as well. To me I always thought healthy food went hand and hand with healthy environment but not in this case. The food was pretty good otherwise.

The staff at this Panera are extremely pleasant! I always visit the drive through and always visit on evenings. I’ve been here on a cold, rainy winter Friday night and they are so nice! Always accommodating and friendly. Food always amazing! Never ever had less than a perfect experience here.

I had lunch with my daughters , they did not like the food as it was not good enough for them , the ambiance of restaurant is comfy , a bit pricy as well, I would not recommend.

This review is based on my most recent visit to Panera Bread which happens to be my first in almost three years. We were quickly greeted as we entered which is always nice. I find the menu pretty easy to read which helps because there are a lot of options. I have always been fond of the pick 2 which I'm glad was still present. I always know I'm going to be selecting some kind of soup and get it in that delicious sourdough bread bowl. This visit I went with the Mexican corn chowder. I also chose mac n cheese. My girlfriend ordered the broccoli cheddar soup in the edible bowl and a sandwich. We ordered for dine in and were given a little buzzer which would let us know when the food was served. Maybe 10 minutes later the buzzer went off and I went to collect the food. The most interesting thing was that our food was packaged up for take away rather than for dine in which I thought was bizarre. Everything was individually wrapped and sealed up. At our booth we had to open everything and basically serve it ourselves. My girlfriend went up to them and asked them for plates and cutlery as that is what we were used to being served on. She was informed that at this time they don't do that and will be starting that soon. Strange. With that small issue aside everything was great. The bread is so fresh and tasty. The soups were great. The sandwich had a great flavour. Mac n cheese was perhaps the best I have had at a fast food restaurant in a very long time. Overall a pretty solid experience with a small blemish being that we were expecting to be served on plates and given proper cutlery. Maybe the next time.

One of the worst locations I’ve been to. The place itself isn’t kept very well or clean. We went at 1pm and they didn’t have any sourdough bread left for the soups even though they close at 8pm. For the price you’re paying just for soup, it was very disappointing. The soups themselves tasted okay but were served very sloppy. Definitely not visiting this location again.

Portions were smaller than I was expecting for the $, and the lemonade was very sweet. The first sip or two was good but it was quickly overwhelming. My buddy's food looked and smelt good, regretted what I had ordered. Will definitely give it a second chance.

Absolutely delicious! Whenever I am craving something fresh, I always want Panera! The broccoli cheddar soup (in a bread bowl of course!) paired with the turkey avocado sandwich! They have fantastic desserts and unique drinks as well.

I was a customer of Panera for about 10 years, and today was the last visit. The price for a salad and half Turkey deli sandwich with one coffee and pop cost me $34.00. But the most disappointing thing is that a large Caesar salad fits into a small bowl, and the sandwich was not worth $7,99. They usually close at 8pm, but at 7 was no brewed coffee or tea available. Very poor customer service as well.

Hi I found this stores bagels have a really large centre compared to Whitby . I had a pickup for 6 bagels arrived home with only five . I filled out a survey and head office said they would arrange for 6 bagels no charge. I sent back a pickup date . I never received a response that the order would be put through. I emailed twice to the same email and no reply.

Though the food may be good the coffee is -at best- very ordinary And mostly quite cold from the dispenser. On our last visit I asked for decaffeinated coffee. It was freshly Brewed but tasted awful. Left the whole cup. No problem with the service, it was friendly and efficient.

What a bizarre experience. Mike at the front was lovely and the food was good, but the woman at the counter refusing to serve people because she was “busy” using the register was very unpleasant. Instead of greeting me when I walked in (to someone I’ve never visited) she waved her hand as if to “shoo” me and called for someone else to help. I saw this happen again to other customers when she yelled out loud and she was too busy to serve them. Will definitely not be returning.

I recently ordered takeout from Panera Bread, and it was a delightful experience. The food was incredibly tasty and exceeded my expectations. The menu offered a good variety of options, and the flavors were on point. The staff was friendly and efficient, ensuring my order was accurate and ready in a timely manner. The packaging was well done, keeping the food fresh and warm. I highly recommend Panera Bread for their delicious takeout options and friendly service

Outstanding service. Picked up my takeout order a few minutes early. Brought it out to the van. Put my smoothie on the roof so I could unlock the van. Put my order in the van and got in. Before I closed the door I heard “Sir, sir.” I looked towards the store and an employee said, “Your drink is on the roof.” Love them all.

Visited Panera today and ordered their new Pepperoni, Mozzarella cheese sandwich. It was awful. Hardly any pepperoni, cheese or sauce, a very dry tasteless sandwich. I ate a quarter of it and threw the rest out. Very disappointed. The first time I’ve ever had something bad from there.

Customer Service 101... acknowledge customers in your store... I went to pickup an order and was ignored by several employees including a gentleman working at the cash without looking up once despite me standing in front of him. Eventually someone handed over my order.

I had a great time during my last visit to this location. FYI, they do have a drive-through. Foods were warm and taste great. Service was really, really quick. This is probably due to the start of lunch hour and less busy...nonetheless I appreciate the promptness. All the items that I ordered were really good and we all enjoyed them. What can be improved, greetings and smiles were missing at the front desk. The menu board looks dull and lackluster. The digital board with images would be a great addition. Overall, we were very happy 😊.

Expensive Garbage. First time trying this place and the last. Ordered a large steak panini that wasn't even on a panini. There was more raw onion then the grey coloured steak. The Madagascar coffee had no whip cream or caramel sauce. It was just a watered down ice coffee syrup in a cup. The Mac and cheese was cold and tasted like it came out of a can. That's where it all ended up in the 🗑️

Broccoli and Cheddar Mac and Cheese is the best. I love the bread they serve It's really authentic. Taste delicious and the iced Chai latte is my favorite

Theire food is very delicious and fresh but expensive - you get what you pay for here. The salads and sandwiches are great, and I highly recommend their brownie if you want something sweet. My only complaint is that it's pretty slow at lunch, regardless of if it's a weekday or weekend. It makes it hard to come here on my lunch break. Otherwise this is a great location with great staff.

Love their avocado melt sandwich and soups: tomato, cheddar broccoli. Pumpkin soup too sweet for my liking and chili is not spicy enough

They were super busy and understaffed and the whipped up my lunch in no time !! Karma ( staff member ) was so sweet she even added a dash of cheese on my soup because I wasn't able to have croutons due to dietary restrictions. Amazing food and amazing team working together to send it out to customers !

The food options and quality were as expected. It's always nice to see their interesting seasonal menu additions. Service was good with quick checkout and good prep time. It would be good to have outdoor seating ready for guests and there was no sanitizer at checkout or pickup counter.

This place is pretty good. I give three stars because sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not so great. Things I recommend: turkey bacon club, Napa chicken sandwich, tomato soup, chocolate chip cookies (warmed). Stay away from: the Bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. It's literally so salty it chaps your lips shortly after. If yah don't know, now yah know.

The food was amazing. the price was kinda okay if they could make the portion bigger. Staff was friendly and so are the ones who hand the food over. Good soup.

We have been ordering take out from this location for a few years now. Today we had terrible service and we will never be back. They tried to refuse our order because we phoned it in instead of using the website. We could not do this since it was someone else picking up the order and paying. They took the order but we not happy the whole time about it, clearly. We gave them 30 minutes notice. They then called back and said there is no way they will have the order ready in time (it was 2 salads and one half sandwich with 2 drinks). The order was 10 minutes late and when we got it the drinks were missing. When the person who picked up our order went back to get the drinks they were told that drinks were never ordered. We know 100% that the drinks were ordered. They were very rude all 3 times we had to talk to them about this order. Very upsetting.

All I ordered was a bowl of Autumn squash soup with Å baguette. When I got it there was no butter, so I had to call 3 times for the guy to lift his head up because he was on his phone. When I asked for butter, he looked at me, like you want butter? He looked for two seconds and said “no we don’t have butter. Ok then I would like to change my side and it was as if I had asked him to make me some chips. Anyways the soup was great but I would have loved a baguette since this was my dinner.
