    October 4, 2023 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In search of my morning caffeine fix, I opted for McDonald's. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency with which the staff handled orders and promptly called customers up to the counter. I unintentionally ordered a small coffee, but the mistake was graciously rectified, and it was promptly upgraded to a medium without any hassle. The staff exhibited a friendly demeanor, the establishment maintained a high level of cleanliness, and, above all, my coffee was prepared to perfection. Much appreciated! 🫶

    I ordered from skip the dishes. I ordered a cheeseburger and hamburger kids meals. I got a call from the lady saying they were out of the cheeseburger kids meals so I asked to swap it with a hamburger kids meals and she said that was fine. When the food came though I got 2 chicken nuggest kids meals instead which I didn't want. I also ordered a big Mac with no lettuce and instead got lots of lettuce. The fries were also cold.

    took 20 min this morning to get my meal. when i complained to the counter staff, they told me i was wrong it has not been 20 min and i need to be patient. i showed them my receipt stat9ing i ordered at 8:40am and it was currently 9:00 am. the 2 ladies working the front in the morning are so slow and disorganized it hurts to watch them. Tim hortons across the hall got through about 20 ppl in the same time these ladies served 5.

    Spend over $50 at this location for food and they can't even make sure each meal isn't missing items. I still don't understand how 4 combo meals can be missing drinks and dips. Do you guys even have employees that take pride in working for your establishment this is unreal. Do better or find new employees that care about customer needs. It's not that hard to double or even triple check orders.

    Went today and it had to be the dirtiest restaurant I've ever walked into not one table was clean,no lids for the pop, no straws and looking into the cooking area everything was dirty. If a health inspector ever seen this I'm very sure it would be close untill further notice

    The food was regular McDonald's food but the restaurant was soooo dirty. All of the garbage cans were overflowing... the tables were dirty... there was food and napkins on the floors. The drink station was wet and sticky and the employee that was cleaning it was using a wad of napkins... no sanitizer or nothing. When the dried drink stains didn't come off she just left it. I understand that this location is in the mall so it gets a lot more traffic than other locations but it was disgusting. I would never go there again and definitely wouldn't recommend.

    I have chosen to not spend my hard earned money at this food establishment....their service is ridiculous and they never have what I want ..either run out, or machines not working etc etc..when I do try to come back they mess up my order no matter how clear I make it, for them!! And if I'm inconvenienced not even a "sorry" or here "have a courtesy coupon or have this on us"..the way I see it...if people stop coming...you no longer exist...there are plenty of burger places that will gladly treat me like a valued CUSTOMER 👈 YES THAT'S RIGHT...read that word again!!

    I waited about 20 minutes while staff talked and were generally extremely slow for a simple sausage and egg meal. Not impressed.

    I do t normally leave reviews, but they where really bad. I work at a McDonald's so I have patients when it comes to service. But my fries where double cooked when I didn't ask for that and they put a bun on my burger when I specifically said no bun because I'm gluten free. Very unhappy. I would like a coupon and or a refund

    Hate McDs that cheat the ordering system to cut down their times for corporate. The order number system is for customers, and gets broken entirely when staff are gaming the system. (They're doing it because this location is very slow) "When a metric becomes a target, it ceases to be a good metric." When will McD learn this?

    The order wait time is the worst. Why can't these guys address this issue?..a simple coffee with milk took 9 minutes and it came black with sugar... could not get their attention to replace it, so I deposited it in the garbage...is it just me that they always make wait and then screw up?...same issue in Bowmanville..no starts all around . The only good local McDonald's is Newcastle

    For those that have never heard of McDonalds their signature sandwich is a delightful 2 beef patties, lettuce, cheese, onions on a 3 slice sesame bun. And absolute gem atop a most mediocre food menu. One last thing, leave it to McDonalds to take the "fast" out out of fast food.

    We ordered or lunch on the McDonald's app while we were shopping. It's so nice to pre-order lunch and just pick it up! The order was ready quickly and accurately. There was a young lady checking out COVID status and ID. She was friendly and helpful. Too bad the dining area want bigger as so many people wanted a place to eat.

    It's a fast food place without the fast service. Place mobile order and parked for pick up only to have to walk in to pick it up after waiting 20mins. Food was cold... They did not have enough staff.

    Nice staff, good food, but every single seat and booth are dirty. I hate messy customers too, I know how annoying it is to have to clean up after other people who just make a mess but you should be checking every so often just to make sure it gets cleaned up anyways. Otherwise customers have to just push dirty stuff off themselves but there’s still crumbs and stains

    The worst I pre order my food and walk from the other end of the mall to get it and still wait 10-15 minutes for it to be put together. More staff or better scheduling would be ideal. It’s a busy Saturday morning and there are three people one of which is the manager trying to get the orders together for 20+ people waiting in line.

    Every time I visited McDonald in Oshawa Centre. I feel so happy when I got the food. Today are very different and special. Two woman staffs (One is cashier white woman and one is light blue uniform white woman). They both provided very good service to me. I never seen them before. Honestly they really gave me warm feeling. Thank you for your restaurant service!

    Just got chicken nuggets they were fine, however this location does not sell anything other than a standard hot coffee (in the coffee category) my assumption is to not compete with the Starbucks across the parking lot.

    It’s a better experience If you order to go or even better by drive thru. Staff is really rude and always on rush, I believe because it’s McDonald’s however .... clients are always expecting good service. If you ask for a napkin to will get 1 napkin , so better to be specific with quantities

    What a joke of a place. First in line 10 min wait. Get my combo oops no fries in bag, get fries oops no salt on fries. Ii am sure all the employees having a gab fest got caught up on the gossip.. Whats wrong with this society noone cares about customer service. No point complaining just never go back.

    Placing my order at 8:48pm on the self check out and the girl working there instantly says we're not taking anymore orders. Ya well you guys are open till 9pm to take orders till 9pm. I understand you want to get out early but you have a job to do. I just wasted my time and gas running over here to get food for my kids knowing I still had time with it being fast food. This is unreal. Total time driving there 15 mins. About 5 Mins to find parking. Another 5 walking in then again on my way out.

    Please learn to salt your fries and include all drinks ordered with meals! The first 2 times, I said nothing thinking it was bad luck and everyone is struggling. This issue was repeated yet again and they just did not give a hoot! I did get a refund for the missing drinks though. I will be choosing a better location to avoid disappointment!

    Standard mcdee food, pricing is no longer competitive, would rather have bought my self a large porter house steak and done it on the bbq and a glass of wine, for same amount I spent on 2 burgers, fries and a pop. Pricing verses value no longer exist.

    I had the new Big Mac, then had a Ice Cream cone, which is supposed to be a large cone, but what I got was a skinny cone. I have to pay first, then they just give it to you, by the time I sat down it was running down cone inside restaurant, I sat inside so I didnt wear it. Not impressed with amount. Other locations give you the full amount.

    Awful drive thru service. Was asked to wait off to side of drive thru where I was totally forgotten about. Went inside 15 mins later to ask for money back. Manager seemed unconcerned and just refunded my money. No apologies or credits offered. Sad customer service or more aptly lack of!

    Just a horrendous chain. This being said, not me but they always seem to mess up the order for my wife. Staff are awesome. Food just sucks. Parking lot is not the greatest in and out

    For a small, mall McDonald's it's consistently great. Today's meal was no exception. My burger had the extra pickles I love and so much Mac sauce I was in heaven.

    Considering there is covid-19 protocols many restrictions. I gave 4 stars for the friendly staff and my food was hot and correct. Yes, some areas appear to be messy. But they are tied off. You cannot eat in the restaurant. I would go back.

    I visited today July4th after lunch. The tables were clean and condiments table were filled. The staff assigned on those job was alert and consistently wiping the table as soon as the customer left the table, he never stop doing it and just continuously doing his job, Great job!!! The cashier was great too and they were fast in taking orders and preparing the food.... Thank you all for everything that you do...
