    THIS LOCATION DESERVES 0 STARS 80% chance they will screw up your order in the drive thru. PLEASE PEOPLE… sit there and check your food (I mean open the wrapper) before you leave the drive thru window. Don’t let them pressure you, it’s not worth them messing up your order, and you’re not going to spend $10 in gas to drive back. Guess I’m skipping breakfast today…

    Always very slow. Doesn't matter if you go in, drive through or get Uber. This location is always slow. I don't know what it is because we've been going for years and cycled through many staff coming and going. And double check your order is correct

    I absolutely love this McDonald's , the manager Brad is so kind and sweet I've seen him do some really good deeds to those less fortunate and my last few times there was served by a young man named Tyler who was so polite and efficient , not only was he beyond polite for a teenager my order was processed and delivered at record speed . The staff here is A+ and the food always fresh and fast. My go to spot

    A fast food chain that charges pub/diner prices for food that has gotten so substandard its laughable. But hey ... their coffee is reasonable ... that was what we went there for and left to get food elsewhere. If it was at least reasonably priced the trash food might be acceptable, but no.

    Edit: why say 24 hrs? Youve been closed after 330 am to 430 am 2 times now... Happy mothers day. Came in today to get breakfest for the whole family. Spent $55 on breakfast. Waited 15 minutes to get food. Food was missing and incorrect orders. Waited for this to be fixed. Once they get the food done right. Then now hand me 7 cups to fill after my food has already sat there for 15 minutes. This was take out. I live 5 minutes away food was soggy. And hashbrowns were stuck to wrappers. This food sat for 25 minutes before I could even open it Not worth 1 dollar. Let alone the 55 I just spent. Very unhappy with the service today.

    Not too crowded during the visit and the place was clean. 7/7/22 I went today for breakfast past 8am and ordered a hotcake meal. Only to find out that a hotcake meal only includes 3 hotcakes (the 2 pc on top did not seem to be fresh to me), a hash brown and a small coffee. I was expecting to get a sausage or a bacon with it.

    Food is always hot here. I got the pickup spot today and the sweetest lady with a million pins in her hat brought it to me. Made my day. Honestly I hate going to this mcds. The parking lot is a mess. Otherwise its a good reliable location.

    They were quick, my food was quick and good and didn't wait long at all. The staff was also good so really I have no complaints whatsoever!! Get your McD's on peeps!!

    If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst McDonald’s ever. Very unprofessional staff and rude staff. I told her clearly I do not need a tray, she said she has to give me a tray!I find myself driving to the harmony location because of the service. There is this lady that’s extremely rude, filthy and very unprofessional.They hired the lowest of lows to provide service to customers. The owner needs to fire them all. If you hate the job why do it?

    I always feel bad for the workers at this location. They all seem like their life force is being sucked right out of their bodies. But I did drive through. They made me pull up and over to wait for my food for 10 minutes (as usual) and when I got my food it was cold. Shame Burger King was closed.

    I was just there on my lunch hour. I waited 10 mins for my food. There were two orders in the car. When they came to the car it was a partial order. My sister's sandwich was cold...although we had been waiting. When they brought the second order it was incorrect. He took the order back and brought me mine. I didn't eat the food...I was scared the other person had gotten my food and touched it. I was late getting back from lunch so I didn't go back. How disgusting!!!!. I didn't know that when orders are mixed up you just take it back. I knew the food was tampered with because the bag was crumpled. How gross!!!! The order was a reward from my app. I am so pissed...I accumulated all those points only to waste them on dirty food. Thanks McDonald's your customer service has gone to the dogs. Disappointing!!!!

    I was here Friday at 8:40am. It was very busy, but I was only getting 2 drinks so thought it wouldn’t be too long. It took 20 minutes. My daughter had to leave without her drink or she would be late. I was going to line up for a refund at 15min mark, but there were 9 people lining up. At one point my order was next on the board, when I didn’t get my drinks, I asked why my order # was gone. I was given attitude by the staff. I understand it’s busy and overwhelming, but as someone that works with the public I know how to treat customers. No apology was given to anyone for the horrendous wait time. A customer stormed in from waiting in drive thru..and exclaimed “What the hell is going on in here?!” Going forward I’ll avoid this location.

    went through drive-through order 20 nuggets, 2 large fries, and three large drinks. When receiving my order at the last window. I open the bag to realize that in my 20 nugget box, I only have 16 nuggets, all my drinks have no ice, and all the fries are not filled up. I walk in, and I am very angry. This young boy named riley riley could notice my frustration before I even reached the front of the counter, he then asked if I am OK, and how my day is going, I explained to him my situation, and he is very quick to fix it. He asked the kitchen and make fresh nuggets, french fries in. slid in some apple pie for me. This is how all the employees should be expected to be. This McDonalds has definitely earned me to come back. 😊

    Waited for 10+ minutes in the right drive thru lane while 3 people were served in the left lane. The guy in-front of us drove off after obviously not being served. After paying and receiving the drink, we were pulled to spot #1 while we waited another 10+ minutes. The poutine was cold and soggy, overpowering with salt. The Chilli Thai wrap fell apart as soon as the package was opened. When calling the manager to complain, my partner was cut off from speaking multiple times and was hung up on. I have management experience at McDonald’s as well as my partner having extensive kitchen and food preparation experience. This is unacceptable, especially for the prices you as a company can not justify any longer.

    Went through drive through after asking if I can use my 50% discount at the speaker and getting the right away. Older manager with grey hair came to the window and screamed at us because we didn’t read the fine print that we had to go inside. The employees looked scared and immediately apologized for HIS MANAGERS actions. We were charge full price which is fine, just wish he valued himself and customers. He must have a miserable life.

    Problem with all fast food places skip the dishes push there way in front they take priority. Also l will look into why is the curb side pick up close to main door while the handicap spot oh and it's just one spot compared to 6 curb side pick up. Very disappointed in you McDonald

    Idiots gave me the food first, asked me to park to wait for a peppermint hot chocolate. Mentioned the food, told don't worry it'll only be 2 mins. It took 10 mins. Got home and took a sip of friggin coffee! No receipt in the bag, no order number. This location is straight up trash. Do yourself a favor and avoid it.

    Waited over 10 minutes for a mcdouble and a medium fry while a bunch of orders were going through the window with food. Had to leave without the food and ended up being late for work. Horrible experience as it shouldn't take that long for a single burger. This store is always slow and can't fulfill orders in a timely manner

    My daughter and I jut received the worst service I have ever seen at this location. None of the 5 staff behind the counter wanted to come take our order. and asked we use the self board. I explained we need a specific order that cant be done on there she huffed.....walked away and did not return. Reluctantly another member came over. I asked in a chipper voice how are you today? She looked at me and said BUSY! in a rude tone. After my order I watched them also treat the next 4 clients with rude voices and attitudes that showed they did not want to be there. As a business owner I would be very unhappy they way they treated you clients today.

    The Service was Not good at all waited for 10 Minutes before served Not friendly at all asked for No ice in the pop n got Ice in both drinks burgers we're Not Hot almost cold the Manager was talking to Much not watching the Staff . customers were Not served at all it was like You Were Disturbing them especially the Manager. Walking right into Me when I was leaving and made me bump into another person IF I could give a lower star rate I would Bad Customer Service for Sure !!!!

    Just moved to the area and first time coming here. Ordering was no problem. When going to the second window after paying, I waited almost 5-10 minutes at the line I was asked to wait at further ahead. After asking for a kids cheeseburger I got a regular burger, the fries were cold, no dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets meal and no napkins. Not the best first impression.

    Long slow lines. I have yet to place an order & be able to drive away! I ALWAYS have to park when I have a food order--even if as simple as a Happy Meal AND even after waiting 10-15minutes for my order it is ALWAYS WRONG! I drive out of my way to avoid this location.

    The wait times are too long at the drive through. I sometimes end up waiting on the main road before giving up because it's just too dangerous to have cars lined up on Simcoe. The staff are usually so friendly and super nice, but it's not worth the wait. 9/10 times I am told to park and wait once again for simple orders. The food is not even affordable anymore. Sorry, but I will pass from now on.

    The McDonald's on Simcoe and Taunton is perhaps one of the most, if not the most, challenging McDonald's parking lots to get in and out of. This is definitely not the fault of the restaurant itself but it definitely deters me from visiting this location more frequently whenever I am in the area. I've come to this location many times in the past as I used to work in the area and it was the go to place for all the coffee orders. Remember when you were able to get a coffee and a muffin for only $2? What a time that was! Food preparation is ok. I've never really had a problem at this location with prep. Food has been neither unsatisfactory nor stellar by any means. Just a standard McDonald's. Nothing wrong with that. One time I went through the driveway and asked for the condiment sweet and sour sauce at the pick up window and the lady attending the window was upset because I asked and didn't pay extra for it. Didn't know the cost came out of here pocket.

    An okay service, definitely not bad, at the same time not too great. Some days they don't card after 10pm, you may have to carry cash and night services are mostly a lot delayed. Food is good, quality and taste, staffs not very friendly but never rude. Ample parking space.

    Have been consistently disappointed by McDonald's in recent weeks/months. It is supposed to be easier and faster using the app, but time and again I have been parked and waiting for simple orders. Often waiting in excess of 10 minutes for food to be brought out from drive through.

    Wanted to try the blt with egg. Did it today and it was awful. Paid$8.98 for two of them. One tiny bit of lettuce, a half strip of bacon cut in two and a piece of tomato cut so thin you could see through it. Disgusting! Two lattes that tasted like nothing. Bill was $15.55. Bye bye McD! Ripoff!!!

    If you go order at the drive through prepare to have to park and wait for the simplest things, and even then I’ve had to go in and remind them that I’m waiting after 10 minutes. As for ordering delivery, the worst location ever. Have ordered a bunch of times because it’s the closest location and I can, without exaggerating, say that they’ve never once gotten my order right. Always missing items, we play a game to guess who’s food isn’t coming, that’s how often it happens. EVERY time. Worst.

    This is the first mcdonalds able to get my order right the first time. I was very impressed as most others mess us my orders in tremendous ways and make me have to go in. The line up wasn't awful when we went, not as bad as most places. Though often when we just drive by it's busy as heck! So the definitely must be doing something right!

    Very quick drive-thru and very nice staff. I find a lot of young people today through drive-thrus that are lacking in social graces but not at this store. They were both polite and respectful which makes the overall experience that much better. The food was hot and fresh as well.
