Anthony is an amazing jeweller, I went there for jewellery repairs , missing diamond & sizing of the rings multiple times. He is very welcoming . He gives honest suggestion even if he would be loosing business , but still he will guide you the best. I definitely 100% recommend him .

My Timex watch was running slow for the last three days and we drove over to the store and called the number in the window. Gentleman came out and I suggested it needed cleaning and possibly a battery. He started to write up a receipt for the watch when it was determined that my watch was a Timex and they were not able to service Timex. The gentleman took the watch in to the store and came back out explaining that he tested the battery and noted he had replaced the battery in Dec and it tested ok. Giving me the watch back. It has performed exceptionally well since. About 3 years ago I had him write up a credit note for 75.00 so that my wife could take her necklaces in to fixed. It took a while but each time she took a piece in the credit west applied. Always delighted with the service here

When a good friend of mine and their family was moving away, I wanted to get something that they would remember me by, so I went to Studio Jewellers again. This time it was something a bit simpler than what I got my mother but it was no less important. This pandemic has taken its toll on us all but the owner...he made sure that I was getting quality for this gift as well as a good price. I left again feeling like I had made the right decision. So will you if you take the time to talk and listen with the owner. They keep the person and you in mind when making or selling you something that has meaning behind it. I had gone in for a special mother's day gift for my mom. I hadn't liked what I had seen in other places but my dad had recommended studio jewellers. He had been going there anytime he needed something repaired or made special. So I went and the owner and his girlfriend showed me some pieces. I found a family pendant I liked and they made it personal. From going over what stones to use, the metal and the price. It was wonderful when it was finished and my mom loved it. She's still wearing it three years later, never takes it off. This is one of the best if not the best place in Oshawa to get something special for your loved ones. I'm planning to go back as soon as the virus is no longer a threat. I need something special made for another loved one and I just know they can help.

The clasp on my necklace broke and Tony did an amazing job fixing it for me and the price was very fair. It's my grandfather's old necklace he left me when he passed and I was happy to have it back around my neck. I had a tennis bracelet that broke apart, and he was conveniently open during the holidays so I gave him a try. He fixed the bracelet and cleaned it for a great price. I bought a watch online for my boyfriend and realized it was wayyyyy too big so I came here and they only charged 10 bucks to take off some links and change the battery because the one inside it was dead! We came back an hour later asking if they could take off one more link because it was still super loose and they did it free of charge:) they were so nice and helpful, definitely impressed and will continue going there!
