A
little
while
back,
I
had
some
serious
pain
near
my
lower/middle
back.
It
was
to
the
point
of
tears,
and
I
decided
to
come
to
this
walk
in
clinic.
I
was
wildly
disappointed
with
the
way
I
was
treated.
I
knew
this
pain
was
coming
from
somewhere
internally,
I
have
constant
back
pain
(along
with
other
health
issues)
but
this
was
much
different.
I
told
my
mother
it
felt
like
my
kidneys
but
I’m
not
sure,
so
she
really
wanted
me
to
see
a
doc.
I
show
up,
wait
a
bit,
get
sent
for
a
urine
sample,
wait,
and
then
finally
get
called
into
a
room.
A
nurse,
I
believe,
took
some
information
from
me
and
then
I
wait
to
see
the
doctor.
The
doctor
refused
to
listen
to
me,
and
I
was
very
polite
as
I’m
somewhat
afraid
of
doctors
(due
to
past
experiences)
lol.
But
she
swore
that
it
was
back
pain,
and
when
I
tried
to
explain
to
her
how
it
felt
different
then
“just
back
pain”
she
refused
to
listen.
Then,
this
is
where
I
was
most
upset
about
my
experience,
she
hit
my
back.
Like
seriously-
she
was
“showing
me”
where
my
kidneys
are
actually
located
and
strongly
used
the
back
of
her
hand
an
her
nuckle
to
hit
it.
It
genuinely
hurt
(
plus
I
was
already
in
pain)
and
at
that
point
i
realized
I
will
not
be
helped
here
so
I
left
in
tears.
I
get
many
calls
from
them
later
telling
me
I
have
a
bladder
infection,
they
even
called
twice
to
tell
me
(
I
think
they
crossed
signals
and
forgot
they
already
called
me).
Very
unpleasant
and
unprofessional
experience,
I
will
NOT
go
back
there
ever
again.
OH!
And
suprise-
surprise,
I
had
a
KIDNEY
infection.
