This complaint concerns a family member that had an appointment in the winter months. To get to the clinic she had to take an out of town bus so when she was finished with her appointment she was told she could not wait inside while she waited for her bus. Security told her that she had to wait outside or in her car. She explained she did not drive there but came on a bus and was from out of town. How horrible since it was snowing and raining the day of her appointment and how very inconsiderate to make a person stand outside for two hours in these weather conditions. To top it off she is a senior!!! How horrible to treat a person like this when there could of or should have been other alternatives. Put yourself in other peoples shoes and see how you or someone connected to you would feel to be treated like this. Karma always comes back to bite people that are like this and you know where.

A little while back, I had some serious pain near my lower/middle back. It was to the point of tears, and I decided to come to this walk in clinic. I was wildly disappointed with the way I was treated. I knew this pain was coming from somewhere internally, I have constant back pain (along with other health issues) but this was much different. I told my mother it felt like my kidneys but I’m not sure, so she really wanted me to see a doc. I show up, wait a bit, get sent for a urine sample, wait, and then finally get called into a room. A nurse, I believe, took some information from me and then I wait to see the doctor. The doctor refused to listen to me, and I was very polite as I’m somewhat afraid of doctors (due to past experiences) lol. But she swore that it was back pain, and when I tried to explain to her how it felt different then “just back pain” she refused to listen. Then, this is where I was most upset about my experience, she hit my back. Like seriously- she was “showing me” where my kidneys are actually located and strongly used the back of her hand an her nuckle to hit it. It genuinely hurt ( plus I was already in pain) and at that point i realized I will not be helped here so I left in tears. I get many calls from them later telling me I have a bladder infection, they even called twice to tell me ( I think they crossed signals and forgot they already called me). Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience, I will NOT go back there ever again. OH! And suprise- surprise, I had a KIDNEY infection.

Went in to walk in clinic to address a 3 health concerns and was completely rushed out. I explained my concerns and the doctor was quick to prescibe me a medication. I had to physically ask if I can show them my symptoms first. After addressing 2 of my concerns i was then told I can leave, to which I asked " what about my last concern?" The doctor then recomended an ointment for it. When I asked them to write down the name of the ointment so I can remember, the doctor, in an obvious rush, proceeded to write the name of the ointment on my work place injury form that I gave for him to fill out... I seriously can't make this up. Does he not know that I am supposed to bring this form back to work? Does he not care if my personal business is shared with my workplace? He obviously wanted me to move on so bad that he didn't even realize. I was hoping for a doctor that I can discuss my various health concerns with without feeling rushed out of the door. Completely ridiculous.

Dr at urgent care was OK, but a little disrespectful. They suggested that my health issue was due to a lack of personal hygiene. I know enough about the issue to know this is a myth and not to be true in my case.

I saw Dr. Natalie Leahy here for a couple of years but stopped a while back due to poor treatment. She never took anything I said seriously and assumed from the moment she met me that I was looking for drugs. When I was trying to get antibiotics for a sinus infection, she cut me off mid sentence to blurt out "we dont give out drugs here" - before I even got the word 'antibiotics' out of my mouth. I witnessed differential in treatment between wealthy white patients and working class and minoritie patients. I have little doubt that she marred my medical record permanently with her prejudices and assumptions. I would give negative stars if I could. Boycott.

Reception was rude. She Hung up on me before I finished asking were they accepting walk in? Do they do stitches ? what time were they open until? Kept interrupting me to talk about doing covid screening online. We’re two years into this and I’ve cut the end of my thumb off when I tell you I don’t need you to go into detail about covid screening accept it and answer the questions I’m asking that actually matter to my health.

Dr.john is the most empathetic & thorough doctor, she has changed my mind about walk in clinics, I've almost always had a bad experience with a walk in clinic but not this one. Dr. John addressed all my concerns and was genuinely looking to help me out, she did not leave any concern unaddressed. I am extremely impressed with this clinic and doctor for their amazing service. I will always go to this clinic for any future needs. I 100% recommend this clinic to everyone that is looking for a fulfilling visit with a doctor willing to understand and listen to you. They will provide with all the help you need.

Wish i could give them a 0. Worst service ive ever experienced. The receptionist let everyone else behind me go first than continues to tell everyone coming in they are doing “great on time” after having me wait for 2 and a half hours!!! I got a certain test done for my job that I had to come in 48 hours later and they told me to come in at 6pm on a Saturday. THEY ARENT OPEN. Than i explain the next week to the nurse the situation and she gives me attitude stating “you could have come in on the sunday.” THEY ARENT OPEN ON SUNDAYS EITHER. Now i have to pay another $60 for THEIR mess up. Absolutely unacceptable. DO NOT COME HERE!!

Requested front desk to see a doc for general checkup and blood work referal for cholesterol but incompetent staff completely avoided and asking me to get a covid test before seeing a doctor.i am telling her that I am fully vaccinated but she doesn't want to know and abruptly providing directions to get tested; made me feel that I am an alien from other planet. Not to mention the parking is ridiculous charging $4 an hr.

Dr. Morton has less than zero bedside manor. Arguing with us about our experience with something that he had no knowledge of. Tells us the problem we were there for wasn't a problem and we should be grateful it wasn't worse. Just awful.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never had a bad experience at this clinic until today (this is where my and my kids’ family dr is as well). I was there this morning with my daughter who has been sick for more than 2 weeks - can’t breathe because she’s so congested, throws up from all the phlegm and now a fever and she gets prescribed puffers. I’m sorry but what exactly is that supposed to help with? Come home for the day and she sleeps for over 2 hrs, which is not like her at all, she hasn’t napped in months. Wakes up with 102.9 fever so I go back and ask to see her family doctor who I know is in at this point because she’s worse even with the puffers. I get told there’s nothing they can do without paying out of pocket to see a doctor. Maybe if your doctors didn’t look at every kid as a paycheque they would do their job properly. I had a feeling I was wasting money on these puffers to begin with and now you’re gonna make me pay to see her family doctor. I don’t know about anyone else but I sure don’t have money to just throw around to keep wasting when we pay for our healthcare. Beyond disgusted.

The best doctor I ever visited. No too much to talk about. If he accept you, you will be very lucky because you have the best one.

This Dr Morton is more of a bully then a doctor, very belittling and dismissive. His secretary is by far. the worst ever, doesn’t respond to calls and only likes to communicate via email. When she does it very rude and disrespectful. Busy busy she claims, ya we are all busy but you choose that profession if you cant cut it. quit!. Only thing this Dr Morton did was put my father closer to his grave. Do yourself a favor go to Toronto where Dr try to save your life without making you feel stupid

So ridiculous in the east wing they have a big piece of paper over the magazine's so people don't touch them. Why don't they back off and let people decide for themselves instead of their control b.s.. Taunton is not a great spot to come for a doctor either unless your extremely lucky and gave a good one. There are not a lot of good doctors anymore, partly because the federal and provincial govt discourage them so much as they do their citizens with their dumb decisions. Hey bring some more people in. Half us don't have a doctor here anyways unless your new to the country

Overall experience was good, signing the waiver 1 second before being sedated was unprofessional, had a colonoscopy with Dr Zaidi at 1300 Keith Ross (its the building nextdoor) the days after i felt weakness and worse off then before having been there, with bruise pain in left chest. I was not confident after the procedure and uncomfortable making eye contact. It's been years since I've been this weak. My personal opinion is do not have health procedures done, unless you really believe it's necessary for you. We are more than capable of maintaining our own health through a healthy lifestyle, building on strength exercises

This clinic could actually not be worse. Doctors, security and reception. They would rather let you die in their waiting room of a heart attack and laugh after (I have video of you laughing btw!) than to help you. This place should be closed permanently.

I was just at the Taunton Health Centre Walk-In Clinic this evening and waited for a very extensive time period (peak evening hours). HOWEVER, my visit was, I dare say, worth the wait. I haven't, in recent memory, had a more positive and thorough experience with a walk-in clinic care physician- that doctor being DR. ROBERT PAULOVIC. I've had the unpleasant experience of feeling/being rushed in and out by some, despite not being one to banter on, as I like to be polite by not rambling and getting to the point of the visit. He listened to my concerns patiently, gave wise feedback and imparted knowledge of which I was never made previously aware. He prescribed all the necessary medications of which I was in desperate need (for chronic issues now once again becoming acute) by that point, incl. repeats! All of which should have been prescribed during a very recent visit at a different walk-in clinic- not a good experience was had there. Thank you so much Dr. Paulovic for your superb bedside manner! The receptionist was very kind.. Wendy D. 5/16/2023

This clinic is garbage. Beware before going here. Staff are incompetent and should not be in the healthcare profession. Better to just go to a hospital.

They only allow “patients” of doctors in the walk in clinic now, and believe of or not, the service has gotten WORSE. Now they only schedule 1 doctor on at a time because of this new “rule”. I waited 2 hours in the clinic on a Wednesday evening, where there were only 6 people ahead of me when I arrived. This is ridiculous. Terrible scheduling and service.

Book an appointment for this clinic and when I show up I've been told to wear a mask. I have no problem with it but I did not know so I didn't bring any mask. I asked if they can provide me one and they refused. She is telling to ask mask from the pharmacy or buy from Dollarama. One mask they can't provide for their parents.....

My doctor contuines to ignore me and brush off my concerns. She answered a phone call in the middle of my appointment today. I've had enough I am switching doctors. The things she tells me to do are reficulas and she doesn't care how you feel.

Rheumatologist just ignores your concerns and tells you to go back to your family doctor even though other doctors have told me that I need to see a Rheumatologist for these issues. Find somewhere else because they clearly don't care here.

Went in shortly after NYE with a sinus infection. From the time I sat down to the tome I left with a prescription it was under 30 minutes. The doctor was very friendly as was the nurse. The waiting room was open and welcoming. The clinic was very clean.

If you go in so sick that you’re shaking, they’ll accuse you of doing drugs and tell you repeatedly that they don’t prescribe narcotics. She had a respiratory infection. Real fantastic medical care. Find another walk-in.

In and out in under an hour while other clinics in the area had a 5-6 hr wait time. I also got lucky with the paid parking since it was free that day.

Came here to get blood work. There is a very long wait time, and no option to make an appointment. They make you pay a flat rate for parking upon entry even if you're here for a minute, so I guess I'm staying. Inside there's also no where to wait, so I have to sit idling on my car to stay warm. Very prohibitive for people on a fixed income. Thankfully that's not me, but I'm thinking of others and it doesn't seem very fair.

  • 1/5 Jessie 1 year ago on Google
The receptionist is rude. I came in the receptionist said I'll get you a mask. I said I'm exempt because I have lung issues. (I don't even have to say the reason but I did) I kid you not she tells me it doesn't matter I have to wear a mask! And preceded to argue with me over the mask. Thankfully the doctor stepped and allowed me to be there. But this type of behavior is unacceptable. You cannot force someone to wear a mask especially if I state that am exempt!

Dr. Singarayer was my family doctor for years and I cannot begin to explain how horrible he is as that role, at least for me. I think you’re a terrible person and a sub-par doctor. You don’t care about people and this clearly is just something you do to make money.

The receptionist is complete garbage. I had phoned and requested to speak to a doctor to renew the medication for someone that is very ill and the pharmacy won’t renew without the doctor. She immediately transferred me to the extension after I already tried that. I called back and said that he is currently working urgent care and need to speak to him quickly just to get a renewal. the receptionist was very rude on the phone and needs to fix her attitude and tone. She was extremely unprofessional, unfriendly, and disrespectful. 10/10 do NOT recommend this urgent care. You are better off going to a hospital and waiting there. In all honesty that receptionist needs a work review to fix her mental.

I was very surprised to see negative reviews about this clinic. My family and I have used it many times and have always been impressed with the quality of care we've received. This is the first place we go to when we can't see our family doctor as soon as we need to.

If someone feels ill enough to come wait in line to see a doctor, and that doctor barely spends 30 seconds in the room disregarding you as "coming down with a cold" that's a pretty bad doctor. This man hardly asked for my symptoms before cutting me off and telling me I was catching a "cold" . I know what a cold feels like, and this isn't it. When I told him " really don't think that's the case" he shrugged at me with his back turned. Thanks for nothing.

I was transferred to a Dr at this clinic since mine left. He seemed nice enough. However I found a Dr closer to home and requested my records be transferred. The receptionist put them IN THE MAIL mid January and they haven't been received by my new doctor. I called to ask what's going on when were they sent and she left me a Voicemail back saying that's weird they haven't been received. I'd give it another couple days and can send again if they don't get them and they get lost. UM HELLO?! What about ALL of my health information you just lost and were negligent with?! Major major major privacy violations all over the place. Who the hell mails health records these days?! They're normally faxed or emailed over. DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC!

Trash! Much like the rest of our defunded healthcare system dr woolfson gives subpar medical care. He’s friendly and knowledgeable but boy is it hard to get proper care, get ready to really advocate for yourself people or you will not get the help you need! The staff is horrible, you have to call them to confirm your visit they don’t even call you so you are left doing their job for them. I would not recommend this practice.
