😐 Bath and body works. It always feels like I overspend here. Even when the items are on sale and I had a coupon for $10.00 off over $40.00 spent. I ended up spending over $136.00 in 3 wick candles. People often mention store, parking, friendly, plaza, selection,

I have spent all of my 52 years within a few blocks of this mall. Now just across the street. How could a parking lot get this bad. I actually drive to Freshco so I don't have to use this parking lot. smaller spaces, narrower isles and the Shoppers parking lot has a drive through the window curse. Not worth it to shop there for the variety Food Basics has, not to mention no tellers. Long slide downhill since it was a Miracle Food Mart

I only went grocery shopping at Food Basics, but was impressed by the quality of the produce, as well as the prices. The store is well maintained and clean; and they had everything that we needed. The only drawback is the parking lot, which needs to be redesigned, to allow for better flow of traffic. If you want to shop at the Shoppers Drug Mart, then you might have to park far from the store.

There’s a pan handler playing the guitar very loudly outside the plaza. It’s very bothersome and uncomfortable. I would avoid this plaza.

New owners at the shoppers pharmacy. Can't get their stuff together never answers their phone, messing up prescription orders constantly. Huge line ups that was never like that before with old owners. Rude people behind the counter ( customer service ha). Sending text messages saying prescription ready when you get their you wait in a huge line up to find out its not ready. It's ridiculous.

I don't know why the prices are so different from store to store. Do there not buy from the same vendor's?

The plaza is accessible to anything you need. From grocery items, to medicine to ready to eat foods and of course, liquor 🙃.

Service Ontario Office : It is hard to get them. Main door always locked. There is dollar store, you have to go inside the dollar store to find the Service Ontario and Service Canada Office. I saw few people struggling to get the Service Ontario Office. They don’t even any notice in the main entrance how to get them as main entrance is locked. Inside service provider seems all very senior and counting there days how long they will survive! Very rude, shows RED eyes if you ask any question. Authority should look after them. Seems they are serving people voluntarily.

We were a party of eight who visited the East Side Grill and Lounge in Rossland Square. It was a good, casual place to eat. Food and service were very good. Staff were friendly and food was served hot.

I can't speak much of most of the store but I've come come know the pharmacy staff pretty well. They always answer the phone when I call and have prescriptions ready when or even before they say they will. Also you have the option to go online and set up auto refills which sends you texts messages when they're ready for pick-up. There's never a big line because the staff services people quickly regardless of pickup or drop off. They're also all very friendly, polite, and never take very long finding my prescriptions even though they seem to have buckets to go through. Last but not least, the cashiers usually wish me a good rest of my day even though I made my transaction at the pharmacy. It's always a joy coming to this Shopper's location.

We have gone there for our flu shot, the pharmacy staffs are bit busy with their regular customers, still as a new comer we got their help immediately. Kudos to them.

Nice place to pick up groceries (food basics), coffee or a pizza. We also use this place as an entry point to the Harmony Creek trail.

We ordered takeaway from Bulloch's Pub which has replaced the Tartan Tavern. Great price point, the meals were delicious (wonderful menu selection) and exceptional customer service. Kind thanks to Savannah, excellent, professional and friendly.
