Having
studied
different
martial
arts
when
I
was
younger
I
had
been
looking
for
a
way
to
get
back
into
it
for
some
time.
I
wanted
something
that
would
have
real-world
applicability
and
everything
pointed
to
Krav
Maga.
Being
an
Internet
warrior
like
everyone
else
I
did
some
research..
Leo
Wong's
Tae
Kwon
Do
&
Krav
Maga
was
clearly
the
top
choice.
Our
instructor,
Raymond
Wong,
is
among
the
best
of
the
best
-
no
matter
your
level
of
experience,
he's
got
an
approachable,
grounded
demeanour
and
tells
it
like
it
is.
Safety
in
training
and
awareness
of
your
own
physical
condition
&
that
of
your
training
partners
is
also
something
Raymond
emphasizes
as
paramount.
Krav
Maga
is
not
about
"fighting"
-
it's
about
keeping
yourself
(and
those
you
care
about)
safe
in
a
potentially
dangerous
situation.
With
carefully
crafted
lessons
day-by-day,
week-by-week,
you
won't
just
be
repeating
the
same
things
over
&
over.
You
will
hone
your
skills
using
interesting
variations
on
what
you've
learned,
over
time.
Krav
Maga
will
make
you
think
differently.
You
will
start
to
gain
a
real
understanding
of
what
can
happen
in
a
street
scenario
and
develop
the
tools
you
need
to
quickly
deal
with
a
threat
to
your
safety.
Another
amazing
benefit
is
the
massive
energy
boost
I
get
after
our
45-min
training
sessions
-
even
on
days
where
I
was
feeling
tired
beforehand,
I
feel
rejuvenated
afterward!
Raymond
is
a
fantastic
instructor
and
takes
the
time
to
offer
individual
advice
on
where
you
need
to
improve.
Evelyn
&
Leo
are
always
wonderful
to
talk
to,
as
well..
you
can
tell
that
this
is
not
just
a
family
business,
but
a
way
of
life.
They
run
a
tight
ship
and
a
clean,
safe
facility.
The
other
students
(varying
ages,
men
and
women)
are
fantastic
also
-
no
egos,
just
everyone
helping
one
another
to
learn.
BTW
I
don't
live
anywhere
near
the
studio
(35
min
on
a
good
traffic
day)
but
it's
definitely
worth
the
trip
to
Oshawa
to
train
with
the
best
instructor
around.
If
you
are
on
the
fence,
it's
time
to
get
off
the
fence
-
try
Krav
Maga
at
Leo
Wong's.
You'll
be
so
glad
you
did!
