Went this evening with the family for supper after shopping. Disgusting!! Not one clean table in the entire place. I can understand a few tables being messy if it was busy, however there was only one table occupied besides ours. Counter staff stood talking for 17 min before the next guest arrived. Finally the manager walked out into the dining room and I thought for sure he would have it cleaned. Nope!! Instead he poured him self a beverage and then went back and continued talking to the staff. I have never seen such a lack of control over employees who are standing around more often then working. Needless to say I will not be returning. I seriously hope they can get there stuff together because having worked as a manager in a kitchen for ten years this is not acceptable at all.

NEVERRR ask them to correct a burger here if THEY mess up on what they put on it! Was there yesterday, they messed up on my wife's burger, so I politely asked to have it corrected, even apologized for asking... we got another burger back and they loaded it with a pound of salt, there was no mistaking it that they intentionally loaded it with salt, both of us pitched our food, waste of money!! The bun my burger was on was stale and nearly hard as rock because of it... this place is terrible, will never eat there again after being treated that way!

This has to be the slowest service of any location. It took 25 min to get 2 cheeseburgers and that was only because I said something about the speed. They worry too much about putting out mobile orders rather than customers waiting in the location. Too bad they do not offer a zero star rating.

Pointless to have a McDonald’s at this location with limited menu items, and not honouring corporate promotions. No bagel breakfast sandwich, no breakfast wraps, no everything!!!! Really. You should just close this place and save on renting costs.

This is the slowest mcdonalds around, it's faster to drive to the mcdonalds on thickson than to order and wait for your meal here. Chances are when they do get your food to you something will be made incorrectly.

I have dinner here regularly. 3 out of 5 times the food is really good. But sometimes I get stale chips and dry junior chicken and my child ends up not eating on those days. Other time junior chickens are juicy and fresh. Please try to be consistent. Thanks

EVERY TIME we come in to eat here we wait 20 minutes for our order and there is never enough staff. Additionally, staff don’t seem apologetic when they take forever for a simple big mac combo. I also had to remind them to give me a cup when my order was ready. Will NOT be coming here anymore and I highly recommend going literally ANYWHERE else for a burger.

This has to be the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. It's almost like they don't pre cook anything, especially the hasbrowns. It should not take 10 mins to get a Mcmuffin combo at 830 in the morning. I have also had multiple incorrect orders like this morning. I ordered a sausage Mcmuffin with no egg. I unwrap, the packaging, and I find ham. The only reason this place does any business at all is because it's located inside Walmart, and it's the only store.

The girl with bubble gum hair I think her name is Cassandra I asked her for a coffee double double and I had no sugar and my ice coffee was not vanilla she gave me a regular one

Slowest service ever, took them over ten minutes to get my breakfast , I saw the ready for ten mins while the supervisor talked to her friends. Horrible service.

We went to that McDonald with a team of hungry Basketball players, all excited teenagers who have just won two ganes, they were loud, happy and hungry. The staff there was really friendly, understanding and very patient with our team. We were all served in a reasonable amount of time. We are going back to Toronto next week for some more games, we will definitely stop by again.

>30 minute wait for our order. They continually cleared out all the orders and just went with a disorganized mess of receipts. Several people after us got theirs first. At 30 minutes they finally decided to start our sandwiches and realized it’d be another 7 minutes.

The young woman working the manager position tonight Friday July 8th around 6pm was amazing! So friendly and she made my grandson so happy just by talking to him like she would any other customers. Thank you.

It is a fast paced, always busy McDonalds, but three stars because it takes longer than 20 minutes to get food out to customers.

Been going to McDonald's for a year the food is always excellent never had a problem the organization is not doing as well as it used to I asked for a cappuccino and I get a regular coffee will you order food we always never get what we want it's always either missing or two of something at the same that we didn't order but all in all I still go to McDonald's hope this will change soon I know we've had some hard times and I'm hoping it will get better

Extremely slow service. Multiple people working there but no one takes the order! And again the order preparation is slow. You have to wait a long time to place order and then wait a long time to get your order. Does not make sense to wait 15 mins for a sausage muffin on a Sunday morning! McDonald’s is known for FAST food! This location needs some seriously process improvement!

It's not very clean! Customer service is OK! If you don't care about cleanliness this would be the perfect place for you.

I been using this location for about 7 years and have received excellent service from the staff here and timely orders. Just keep in mind this is a Walmart location McDonald's so they don't carry a full menu like a larger location.

Awesome friendly staff! Love there new design too! Not impressed by them making us use the computer app that everyone has to touch! Also had to wait over 15 minutes for my order and the fries were under cooked!! Everytime we go there it's so slow to place your order.

From a customers pov , it didnt look good. There was only one staff working on the orders at the time. Alot of ppl were waiting for their orders. I waited about 15 mins for my skip order. I saw a couple of undelivered food on the side ( Drivers ended up leaving). Felt bad for the lady. On a sunday night, there should be 2 ppl at the counter.

both me and my friend ordered mcdoubles, mine without pickles I got mine, clearly marked with no pickles. she got a double hamburger by mistake we assumed. she went up to the counter to get the right burger. suddenly a blonde girl comes running to the table and screams at me "you ate her mcdouble"! I put our orders together and showed her my wrapper proving it was indeed my burger. she got angry and walked away. a different girl soon returned with her correct burger. I hate this location, I shouldn't be screamed at claiming I ate someone else's food.

i go to this mcdonald’s every weekend and bonnie is there every time and is extremely rude and has no care for customers and what seems like employees either. hopefully this mcdonald’s can find a better manager.

Been going here for years, one of the only ones left in a Walmart. Eat here while you can it's actually kinda cool. McDonald's in Walmart. Sometimes people leave a mess but that's not the workers fault and it's always busy

Gave me and my friend food poisoning and I genuinely thought I was gonna die workers don’t handle food properly place needs to be checked accordingly because I hope no one experiences this
