We ordered our food online, arrived approximately 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, however, the staff had no idea of the order and only began making it once we arrived and requested our order. They messed up both of our orders; the jerk chicken burrito wasn't jerk chicken and they didn't put any bang bang sauce on the bang bang shrimp tacos. The online order clearly states no ADDITONAL sauce, in capital letters as well. No sauce anywhere in the tacos, not even on the shrimp itself. They put way too much pickled onions on the tacos, more onions than any other ingredient. The lettuce was soaking wet which caused the tortilla to be soaked, and the proteins were just left out on the counter, never even re-heated. Food was cold and tasteless. Will never be returning to eat here again.

Ordered food online and wasn't even started when arrived. Staff wasnt even aware of the order even though we showed up 5min after it was supposed to be ready. Staff not wearing hair nets. Containers containing food was sloppy and cross contaminated. Meat and proteins were just sitting out. Dirty containers all over prep stations. Order was not what we ordered. Food was cold. Absolutely terrible experience. Would not recommend. Never returning.

We just ordered two burrito bowls off skip the dishes and we literally got soup! It was watery, not edible 🤮 Never ordering from this location again

The girl that served me acted like I was an inconvenience. To be clear, this was late afternoon, not just before closing. She burnt the food and didn't say a word, just continued to box it up and hand it to me. Thos place was good when they opened, but both service and quality have gone completely downhill. The meat, what little there was, was 90% gristle.

My boyfriend and I purposely drive out of the way to go to this specific BarBURRITO because we LOVE it that much. This is the ONLY place we will buy burritos from. We both have tried other locations and other burrito restaurants, and we dislike them. There's just something about this BarBURRITO that keeps us going back. We always enjoy our burritos. Food is always fresh. Staff are always friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist their customers as soon as you walk through the door. :) Restaurant is always clean. Overall, it is an amazing place to eat. 😊 Will definitely recommend and will always continue to go out of the way just to get our burritos from here! Best place to dine in. The employees are very friendly. Their customer service is very nice. The manager is a very jovial person too. Overall I loved the place. Must try their bean and cheese quesadilla. Best place to satisfy your mexican food cravings!

Not sure about other people, but I've always had a very good experience here. Friendly staff, I believe it's the owner or manager who usually remembers me when I come in and one very enthusiastic employee, not sure her name. It's never been too busy and they always greet you right away, and also their tvs aren't blue anymore but DAIRY QUEENS are 👉🐄 🥲. The burritos are great, as are the jarrito drinks ❤️‍🔥. I tried the quesadilla once, but it fell apart and it became a battle of attrition to eat it, but other then that it's worth visiting.

Would have given 10 stars if that was an option. Food was so good and filling that one meal will feed you for two. We will for sure be going back. Thanks Burrito baristas!

First time customer, had the Extreme fries and a regular ground beef burrito. I couldn't finish it all, portions were very generous, the burrito was like a brick...lol. Everything tasted amazing, fries were super crispy and everything was fresh. I'll be going back to try the other meats.

I went there today . Worst ever burrito I had got there. I ordered a chicken burrito 🌯 but I got almost vegetable burrito because they guy put very little chicken and even we ordered a fish bowl burrito and the bowl almost half . The guy put every single item very little . Very cheap people and poor customer service. Don’t waste your money there.

Our first time to a barBurrito. Fresh tasting. A great experience! After looking around for a bit, Ani served me as soon as I was ready to order and explained how to use the app I downloaded. He asked what I liked and prepared my order very quickly, cleanly and without mess or mistakes. We both had on a smile and I left feeling refreshed and full. I had the spicy chicken with the pineapple salsa that's on for a limited time, and all my favourite toppings with the jalapeno eclipse sauce, which is not too hot if you enjoy spicy sauce. We came just as they were changing out and cleaning up. Everything looked clean and fresh. Gloves were always changed. Hands were always washed. I will certainly go again!

Ordered a jerk chicken burrito tonite.. the chicken must have been sitting there all day in the tray because when I tried to chew it, it was rock hard and I thought I was chewing on bones but nope just old chicken.. whoever was on the shift tonite and made my burrito should be ashamed..
