Kremlin lights hostel is one of Moscow best hostel. very near to Red square and Kremlin Entrance. very near to Metro station. easy to reach from Airport. many most Tourist places is very close to hostel and walk able distance. very clean hostel. good free break fast and always available Black Tea. nice staff. very safe place. value for money. cheap and best hostel. Good place for tourist.

Disgusting. Hair in the bed, hair and water all over the toilet and bathroom, dirty, the towel for the feet in the bathroom is wet, they say they give slippers but there often are no more left and they don't let you use your shoes in the disgusting bathroom, which also smells. There are empty bottles in the rooms that nobody bothers to pick up. Not enough toilets. At night it's cold but all one gets is a very thin sheet. One. I had to cover myself with a jacket. Come here for no more than one night. I give an extra star because of the very nice staff.

Hostel is good with all basic amenities except for a common room to spend with friends. But it’s closer to the city center

- Location Is really good! Right next to Moscow Kremlin. - Rooms were clean. But that's about all the good things I can say about this hostel. - The pictures are very misleading. The lighting is awful. The atmosphere in the kitchen and the rooms is very depressing. - They have no living room but a kitchen. - You're not allowed to drink alcohol in it though so no chilled beer after a long day of walking, at least not near your bed. - In general there are a lot of signs telling what not to do and it seemed liked you could get fined for anything that wouldn't suit the staff. - The TV was running 24/7 so it didn't feel like anyone wants to talk to you. - Staff was soso. Taking time at night to open the door (which is understandable at 4am, but still. It's their job). Sometimes grumpy, other times I swear I saw a smile on their faces. - I wish I took pictures to show you but it was not worth the digital space. _____________ In general it's not a bad hostel. It's very mediocre. But the advertising is bad. Deceptive images, apparently faked ratings because I can't see how someone would give this hostel 5 stars. Maybe because they would have slept on the streets otherwise.
