The space itself has a musty smell, including chemicals. The room was not ventilated and the stoves (or whatever is needed for jewelry) are in the same place where you need to spend several hours. I have left. I didn’t want to study in such a space.

Gave a master class on making a ring with a stone to a girl. This was her second visit. The first time was about two years ago. Especially for this occasion, several cabochon-cut stones were brought from Bangkok in advance. Since the first visit, the attitude towards students at MK has changed a lot. One master conducts several MKs at once and does not pay due attention to everyone. Simply because he doesn't have time. It was proposed by PNEUMOSTIKHEL to fasten the stone into the caste. I remind her that she is a newbie and holding a pneumatic tool for the first time. As a result, uneven casting around the entire perimeter, a chip in the stone, a scratch and a terrible mood. If they had turned on their head and given out a hammer for these purposes, as they did before, such mistakes would not have happened. I now do not recommend this organization to anyone.

The most disgusting organization of work. Absolutely mediocre attitude towards customers. We gave a certificate to a friend for her birthday, but in the end she received more hemorrhoids than pleasant impressions. Employees ignore calls and messages, forget clients' names, and forget about notes.

The certificate for the master class was taken as a gift. And, frankly speaking, now I am ashamed of such “pleasure”. The inability to make an appointment, no feedback, they confuse names, they completely forget that, in principle, there is a registered guest for the specified day. We delayed the second part of the master class to cast the product. As a result, it was never cast and everything had to be done again in one day. The craftsmen themselves are excellent, but the organizational work is not only at zero, it is in the red. I do not recommend taking certificates as a gift to anyone. You will definitely be able to enjoy the master class itself, but first you will need to go through the seven circles of hell to sign up and get into this master class.

My saddest birthday present (I followed the workshop online for about three years and was simply delighted when I received the certificate. But... those were the saddest 2 days. I can’t call myself picky or too demanding, but here even I was disappointed. I came to the workshop in a great mood and discovered that no one was waiting for me, the workers transferred me to different people. After an hour and a half, they gave me a master, it was a pleasure to work with her, no complaints! But why don’t the workers even have a normal schedule? Master classes cost quite a lot not a little... The next day they called me half an hour before the class and informed me about the postponement, okay... but the final day killed my mood. They gave me another master, even though the first one was on site. The girl was busy with a master class with a man and a woman, in parallel with me. And they simply forgot about me. Then they took me to wait near the room where they melt the silver and left me for an hour!!!!!! Just standing in the corridor alone, I wanted to sit on the floor (Why? Because they forgot about me again... the ring was made in a hurry, it was very crooked, in general, I threw it away. You might think that you just needed to remind yourself, but I did that all the time, nothing helped. I don’t recommend it at all, I really feel sorry for my friends’ money(

I have been studying in the workshop for more than six months, and during all this time I have experienced only positive emotions. Pleasant surroundings, atmosphere and Masters who not only fully invest the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge, but are also always ready to help if difficulties arise. For me personally, this is the best place to master the jewelry craft, both in terms of attitude towards people and training, and in terms of pricing policy. An interesting, educational master class on making wedding rings. The family gave a certificate for the 25th wedding anniversary, master jeweler Dmitry spent 4 hours methodically explaining the sequence of execution.
