At the same time, while pedaling, not only your legs work, but also your arms, plus there is a five-minute workout with dumbbells. Trainers. I haven’t visited everyone yet, but those with whom I had a lesson - you are incredibly cool! These are really people who can “get the crowd going”, motivate them to give 110% and leave a pleasant aftertaste when you get off the bike at the end of the lesson. It's clear that they really enjoy what they do. The studio itself. Clean, tidy, no complaints. According to personal observations, 80-90% of the audience are girls, so the men's locker room is always spacious. They provide cycling boots, there is a shower/shampoo/soap in the locker rooms, and plenty of towels. Sign up for classes. A very good site, you can choose the right place and time in advance, perhaps this is the case everywhere now, but again, I compare it with the previous fitness club, where there was a cycle. Bottom line: for me this is a rare case when even 9/10 would be an underestimate. Some may not like a certain trainer or approach to training. Go and try it. At worst, you will lose an hour of time, at best, you will stay for a long time, like me :)
