I'm so lucky to have him coaching me. And now I’m confidently turning from a fat girl into an athlete! I'm no longer afraid to step on the scale, now I have no problems trying on pants (they all fit well, unless of course they're too big😜). He managed to speed up my metabolism to the level of a child. He knows how to motivate, we move step by step towards the intended goal, but we want more and more. When I wake up in the morning, I live looking forward to my evening workout! I'm having a blast in the gym! Very polite and friendly staff! In hot weather, this was the only place to hide from the heat.
