An excellent alternative to crowded gyms, there is everything you need both for morning/evening warm-ups and for quite serious classes in a variety of areas of physical education. The place has already become a cult place and can easily be considered one of the attractions of Timiryazevsky Park!

This gym in the forest is one of a kind made by passionate people and slowly built over time. Using wood and recycled car parts, they built this amazing gym in the middle of the forest where people befriend you very easily and there is an underlying friendship developing just by your sheer presence in the place. Some of the mechanisms require a bit of thinking to their use, but you will always meet a friendly face willing to show you how it works. It's like a playground for gym enthusiasts that will challenge you in every way, regardless of your level. You can be one of the most hardcore gym bum, you will leave sweating the place when you chose the ones for your days workout. Beware the mosquitoes and come either with repellent or fully clothed as these little suckers will not miss an opportunity. Overall, an amazing experience free of charge.
