Very pretty from the outside looking in, but very disappointing , our room was on the bottom level and there was no phone service at all. Also they had a big group staying so we had neither hot water in the evening, or in the morning, double check before you stay.

Feels every time like coming home. Clean rooms, beautifull pool with free beds and umbrellas, friendly service. The Masseria has an excellent restaurant, so you can drink some good wines. The wellness is new. I had the best massage ever!

Review is for restaurant only: just ok, but underwhelming compared to expectations, reviews and prices. The setting is beautiful and charming and the hosts/servers were very friendly. The appetizers (zucchini flowers and mixed crudo plate) were outstanding. The gnocchi with mussels was also excellent, but the orecchiette was somewhat bland. The secondi plates were…awful. Both the snapper and lamb were over cooked and lacked flavour, which was a very disappointing end to the meal. Dessert was okay but nothing to write home about. In a region with such amazing food it was disappointing to be let down so much for a meal when visiting with only so many nights to eat out.

We came for the restaurant and we were very thrilled by the Amazing location. A beautiful masseria, hidden in the olive trees fileds. Service was excellent, the waiter was kind and helpful with the choice of our dishes. The RAW fish starter was very very good, although a bit pricy. The octopus was good but not mind-blowing like others we tried in other restaurants near by. The calamarata was tasty, with little bits of dentice, recommended. The dentice fillet was a bit disappointing, overcooked and without crispy skin, could have been better.

The term masseria is quite broad I feel. This is a niceish, modernish place with rooms and a restaurant. There's no real lobby or communal area inside. Rooms are ok.... We could certainly hear our neighbours quite clearly. The restaurant is quite good with interesting range of quality dishes. Very good wine list. Breakfast is acceptable. It's in a location where u need a vehicle to access, it's in a very quiet area. Question is.. Why stay here rather than a town centre hotel?

We spend 5 nights in Masseria Bandino. The overall experience was acceptable, the location is very convenient, easy access to the best beaches in the region and has free parking. Sleep quality was very good as the area is relatively quiet. The breakfast has a wide variety and is served in a cute backyard. It is located in the nature and has a relaxing atmosphere. Also their own restaurant serves very good quality food. When we arrived the room seemed to not have been used for a long time, the furniture and walls were covered in dust (e.g. the wine cups had dust rings on the table once removed) but on the second day they did a cleaning of the room and it was fine. Breakfast was a great variety of high quality food but the personell is only firefighting and cannot keep up with the service. Though, everyone was amicable. On the second day we got plastic wine cups with the remark that it is less dangerous for them not to break. For a 4 star hotel selling wine 20€+ I’d expect differently than drinking it from plastic cups. Also here we got an exchange once requested for. Overall we did not feel as welcome as older guests seemingly more affluent cliental.

Since 7 years in my summer holidays I tried to get an table. Always it was fully booked.Now thanks ;-( covid we were able to get an table for a fantastic amazing dinner. Everything really everything was perfect. Nice fish, meat etc even the dessert was a dream. I can recommend this lovely place even I don't have to do it. Hopefully I will come back soon if it will be available 😅

We spent a fabulous week at the hotel. We upgraded our initial booking for a superior room which had wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. The weather was fine for the most part. The staff were very efficient and extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were super as we're the evening meals. We dined in most evenings and the ambience was lovely. A great place to chill out and relax.

I have never tried something like this. All courses were perfect, especially 'caleidoscopio' starters and desserts (special mention to the revisited tiramisù) . Spigola was also very good. White negroamaro and final erbs liqueurs exceptional as well. All in a beautiful location, with a friendly and competent staff.

Traditional Puglia food with very interesting update

We had dinner at the restaurant and it was fantastic. Everything was delicious. Did not stay in the hotel, however, the entire establishment looked beautiful. 100% recommend and will be coming back! Thank you
