    Great service from Laura and Katie. I had ordered and requested assembly of a new Weber BBQ and only after picking it up and getting it home realized it was a natural gas model and not the correct propane one that I had ordered. A quick trip back to the store and Laura and Katie were quick to come up with a plan to correct the issue. The following day they had the correct BBQ assembled and ready to go which they then personally delivered to my house and took the other one back. Although it was a mistake on their end (these things happen) they were great about dealing with everything and went above and beyond. Thanks again and keep up the great work and focus on customer service!

    I went to Lowe's this morning to buy a curtain rod and a toilet seat. Waited at the help desk in the back of the store for 10 minutes was not an employee insight to help me. Then I walked down the hall a bit looking for someone to help me then seen an employee at the end of one of the isles and shouted to him do you work here and he yelled back yes I work here and continued stocking the shelf. I was never so insulted as a customer in my life. I have been to Lowe's before and had a hard time finding someone to help me that time to. I will never shop at Lowe's as long as I'm alive. Terrible customer service and so hard to find things in the store. Goodbye Lowe's.....

    Bought an EGO lawn mower online, six in stock, to be picked up from Orleans location. Writing says could take 24 hours, no problem I think to myself. Wait 2 days, nothing. Call, waste 20 minutes on the phone to be told they contacted Orleans location and order was delayed; someone will contact me about my order today. That didn't happen. Total of 4 days later, I get an e-mail saying my order was cancelled because of no stock, credit card to be refunded in 3-5 days... Tried to call Orleans location back to see if there are other options (like wait for stock and them to honor the sale price), select department, phone rings endlessly. Tried again, same thing. You do realize it's this sort of thing that'll make me never shop at Lowe's again, right?

    I went this branch to buy a wheelbarrow and after one 30 minutes sending all around the store, i couldn't find and even no one came to help me. they promised me to make it ready for picking up by next day at 7:30 am. I called the them in the morning and they confirmed it is ready fir pick up. When I got there the guy looked around and said it's not hee yet I asked to speak with supervisor and shared the issue and told him that I have 2 worker on jobs items that are waiting for the wheelbarrow to work. He offered me " we will make it ready for you and deliver it to your place for free tomorrow!!!!". It seems he did not have sufficient sense of working with contractors. I needed that day not another day. I highly recommend everyone if you are in rush to buy something do not go there.

    We tried to buy a custom kitchen and countertop for $23K from this store. We had a very good experience with Al, the kitchen designer. He was very patient, helpful and professional, I sincerely thank him very much. The problem is here though! When we went to pay at the front! We tried to do the finance. The cashiers and managers had no idea how to do that. They worked on my cellphone for an hour. At the end they made a mistake in processing, and my payment suspended. I had to return the next day to get my money back! They waisted my time and just smiled at me! Although we liked the design very much but unfortunately we decided not to buy from this store, cause of being very disorganized and chaotic. Frankly I couldn't trust them. If they can't do a simple money processing how they can handle a complicated project like a kitchen reno! I wonder how it is possible? We had the best experience with the designer and the worst experience at the front and management in the same store!

    Order was made online for pickup. Locker storage barcode was sent. I got there, easy menu driven scan the barcode and my items were all there.for my pick. Awesome

    Excellent and friendly staff, and they are everywhere in the store so you never have trouble finding one if you need help. They also offer “curbside pickup”, where you just park in one of the designated spots closest to the store and they will bring your products out to you. Their range of products and services is also incredibly large, making it a one-stop-shop for any and all work you need done around your house or cottage. Highly recommend.

    This location is very big, and it has an expansive (large) selection of home renovation materials and tools to get indoor and outdoor jobs done. Comparable to Home Depot just different in-store brands, in some cases better selection.

    Sent me an email telling me that my online order is ready for pick up. Got to the store and took awhile for the staff to find out that my order was in the locker. I asked how do I open the locker without the instruction email. She only told me to wait another half an hour for that email. No sorry no apologies. I later found out that they sent the instruction 15 minutes after they said me the confirmation email, and it was from a different email address so it went to my junk mail. This is a dumbest online pick up process and I will try to avoid ordering my stuff from them.

    I like the staff-they have been helpful. However, I detest the store policies. Lowes is ALWAYS CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS. It has become a regular occurrence now to be at the checkout, and then scan an item only to discover they are charging a higher price than what was posted. They do not adhere to the scanning code of practice, so the customer always looses out.

    Ordered multiple building supplies for a Reno I was doing with delivery. There was some damaged sheets of drywall. Called my local store and explained the situation. The store manager was understanding and extremely helpful. The next morning everything was corrected and received a follow up to ensure I was happy. I have never experienced this level of service from a box store. This will definitely make me return in the future and I will recommend to purchase from this location.

    Headache from start to finish when ordering custom blinds and new interior doors. I'll never again deal with Lowe's for any of my home projects. I also would recommend that they simplify the ordering process rather than having customers fill out papers and process payments in store. I'm busy and don't have three hours to commute to Orleans to tap my credit card. I did receive assistance once I contacted Chris (GM) and do wish to thank him for his help.

    My husband and I were blown away with the service in cabinet department from start to finish. Al is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He did a nice and quick design for our basement kitchen and gave us a very good price with discount. At the end he helped us with picking cabinets and loading in to our truck. I extremely recommend Orleans Lowe's cabinet department. Working with Al was a great experience.

    Thought service would improve once it switched back to Rona but service is still lacking on the floor! Takes forever to find someone to ask questions and even when you do, half the time they don't know how to help you. Sticking to the other hardware store down the road instead from now on.

    A more organised and cleaner version of (I don't want to say another brand's name), but you get the idea. - The ambiance inside won't hurt your eyes. - Staff is polite, and will help you in every way. - Location is alright, a bit of drive for downtown people, but it's worth it. - If you're into home improvements then this your place where you'd feel like a kid in a candy-store. - Reliable brands, great stuff--all at decent pricing. I'm definitely coming here more whenever need arises.

    It's Lowe's. Lots of stuff, some offers, different than that of competitors, same as Rona (which they own so no surprise there. An enormous home and renovation store à l'américaine as expected. I like it but it's nothing like the specialised knowledge you get by a small town shop.

    Drove a good distance to find they shut down the outdoor garden dept, Okay the air quality is not so good but the least you could do is shut down the cash registers outside so that at least we can still go shop if we want too, ((entering form the main doors)) The gardening items can then be brought through the store to the main cashiers. This is going to go on for a week. Dissapointed alright!!

    Just want to the garden centre and was approached by a young man named Joey, he asked us what we were looking for and helped us get what we wanted, got a cart for us and made awesome suggestions. Way to go Joey! So helpful and friendly

    I would like to say thank you to the great work of the Manager Fabian. This gentleman knows what customer service is. He is excellent! We had issues with one of their salesperson . Fabian provided support, a smile and solutions. Thank you Fabian! Five stars for Fabian but 4 to the store because of the other salesperson.

    Shopped here multiple times a week for years. They do more than most of the big box stores as far as Contractor appreciation. I am glad they changed their POS this week to start taking TAP payment and are improving their loyalty/account system.

    I've had nightmare with deliveries and how they approach fixing THEIR mistake BUT Instore shopping is awesome and I find usually cheaper then home depot... quality stuff and staff... As an ex master contractor you will see me crawling up and down the rows with my service dog hanging from my neck... Love the staff and the way they will stop what they're doing and help you until you are satisfied... 10 star rating

    Staff for the most part are very helpful. Prices are higher then homedepot for the exact same products. Often larger product in the back aisles are opened, damaged, or miss labled.

    Great store, love their sales on seasonal items! The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble. A young man sorted through some tomato cages that were all stuck together and picked out the ones I wanted. Super helpful.

    We went in over the holidays looking for a new fridge and we decided on the LG 4 door. The staff at the store was great and we got our new fridge in only a few days. I would give this review five stars... however the delivery is where I'm removing 3 stars. They said the doors to the fridge couldn't be removed and there was no way the fridge would fit through our door. A quick youtube search resulted in a video from LG showing exactly how to remove the doors and drawers so the fridge could fit. Either the delivery crew don't know how to remove fridge doors or didn't want to go through the hassle of completing their delivery because they only had an hour. They left the fridge in our garage and we had to pay a few guys to do what Lowes delivery should have been able to do. It only took the two guys we paid 45 mins to remove our old fridge and bring the new one in.

    I have spent thousands of dollars at Lowe’s in Orleans in the last few years as I am a construction contractor. I bought a smoke detector at 6:45pm and returned it at 7:30 as I was given the wrong type. The store manager of all people would not let me return the item. I had to drive back to Lowe’s 10km away and they switched it out for the product I needed with no problem. It’s not the first time I get this in Orleans. The lack of customer service and the lack of professionalism has definitely made me a Home Depot customer from now on. I will be sure to let as many of my fellow contractors and customers know of the terrible service provided by the Lowe’s on Innes Rd in Orleans
