Everything
went
real
smooth
specially
when
they
charged
to
my
CC.
Order
placed,
confirmation,
CC
charged
now
just
wait
for
the
items
to
arrive.
To
be
fair
the
package
arrive
a
day
earlier
that
expected
but
that
was
it!!.
The
items
came
wrong
no
what
was
ordered.
One
item
box
was
a
open
box
or
a
previous
return,
seal
broken
,
cardboard
box
all
smushed
the
other
one
covered
in
dust
like
it
was
in
the
shelves
for
months
just
collecting
dirt.
Contacted
RONA
customer
service
and
the
typical
premade
message.
advising
to
reach
the
closest
store
and
return
the
items.
No
acknowledgement
of
their
mistake,
zero
attempt
to
correct
the
issue
providing
a
replacement
or
an
alternative.
Just
return
the
items
,
wait
for
your
refund
and
I
guess
if
I
need
the
items
again
,
redo
the
whole
online
shopping.
I
replied
by
email
waiting
for
their
response
but
RONA's
sub
par
customer
service
never
try
to
do
the
right
thing
and
look
after
their
customer
base.
Their
poor
response
just
aggravated
my
experience
with
them.
They
lost
me
as
a
regular
customer,
glad
still
other
options
out
there
who
truly
cares
about
their
customer.
Now
that
LOWES
is
part
of
RONA
expect
more
of
the
same
with
them.
