Nice little grab and go coffee shop with a bunch of vegan treats. Smaller size than it looks, the kitchen takes most of the room. They should add some patio seating, lots of room to do so. I will be a repeat customer 👍

This pulled Phork Sandwich was purchased at Herb and Spice, one of my favourite grocery stores. I have been slowly making my way through Keepin' it Vegans entire selection, from their sapid sandwiches, to their delicious desserts. So far, They have not missed. Their products are a testament to what can be accomplished with plant based cuisine. Delicious, and filling, it is rare that they are in stock. Anytime, there is an item on the shelf, I am sure to grab it. I know that if I do not it could be a while, as people are grabbing these faster than they can make them. Keep up the great work.

I recently purchased this customized vegan cake from Keto Sweets and Vegan Treats. The customized design is exactly what I was hoping for and the characters were immediately recognizable from the game "It Takes Two". We've ordered vegan cakes from many different places and they're often too sweet, but this place makes it just right. Kudos for a job well done! Amazing vegan cake!

The pastries here are really delicious! Not too sweet. I'm not vegan myself and generally don't enjoy vegan desserts, but I'm definitely a fan of whatever they're doing in the kitchen. I'll definitely be back to try some more! It would be nice if they played some music in the seating area.

What a fantastic neighborhood find. My daughter told me about this place and today on the way home and needing bread I stopped by to check them out. The guy working the counter was very friendly and helpful. I bought a loaf of I think he said it was called Rustic Sourdough. It was a heavy chewy bread that was so delicious you could just eat it plain. I also picked up some cookies for the kids. They have added tables and an espresso machine so I figure this will be the perfect destination for my morning walks.

Omg this place was amazing. All vegan. I got a croissant. A chocolate-filled croissant. And a Danish with lemon all were amazing. I honestly couldn't believe the croissants were vegan because so many other places have such a hard time making them, it was unbelievable. Highly recommend this place. They need a Toronto location!

My little one's themed birthday cake, cake pops and sugar cookies were beyond perfect, we also catered pastries and pot stickers as finger foods, it was amazing. Lots of creativity and hardwork was put into each items. We also ordered a blueberry mirangue pie for the pie smash and it was delicious as well. Really amazing bakery so lucky to have in Ottawa. Looking forward to ordering for many more birthdays to come 😊💓

WOW this spot has one of the best pain au chocolats I’ve ever had; it’s was to die for! So fresh and tasty! The cinnamon buns and the chai lattes were also delectable. Staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking and I’m so glad to see a vegan spot like this in Centrepointe area! Free wifi if you want to sit and do some work and a very quiet and cozy spot! 10/10 🥐🥖

I've just recently been introduced to Keepin' it Vegan and I've loved everything I've tried: cupcakes, chocolate croissants, and macarons! I've been vegan for over a decade and this is the first time I've have macarons. They're incredible!! Plus, I love supporting a woman owned business.

I came by today because I had a sweet tooth and had never tried this place before. I was not disappointed! Not only was the service and staff amazing, the cinnamon bun I bought was hands down the best one I've ever had. Crushed it in minutes. The icing was to die for. I also purchased some bread, carrot cake, and cupcakes which I have not tried yet but even if they're half as good as the cinnamon bun, they'll be delicious.

The cake was awesome, our group enjoyed it! Staff on the phone was very helpful. The online form is easy to fill out. Delivery was on time and the cake was undisturbed.

I have no words. The food is amazing! I was desperate for some vegan bakery items and the croissants blew my mind. I ate one in the car and had to go back in and buy several more. Can't wait to visit again and try the vegan salami! Oh! And the chef/owner was so friendly and explained all their products. What a wonderful business!

We walked here to grab vegan treats and it did not disappoint! I had an oat milk cappuccino (volume a little large, more like latte but still decent), and almond croissant. The almond croissant was amazing, fluffy/flakey and tasted like a regular non-vegan croissant. My husband had the s'mores brownie which he liked. The only vegan place in the neighborhood - Highly recommend!

Really great! Just tried some macarons and an almond croissant and despite still enjoying a meaty-ish diet I wanted for nothing, they were both perfect! Crispy outside, chewy inside, great filling-- can't wait to try more from their Craig Henry location!

I've been a huge fan since I found this little vegan shop near my work and gave them a try. The Nanaimo bars are divine, the cinnamon buns had me dreaming of my next visit and the almond croissants are to die for! You seriously can't go wrong with whatever you buy here. The sandwiches are delicious and the gf cupcakes don't taste gf!!! My picky daughter (who rejects anything vegan) was shocked when I told her all of the treats are vegan. They've recently moved to a bigger location and have gotten even better. I bought the gf sour dough and it was seriously the best gf bread I've ever had. I almost cried when I tasted the nanaimo bar again. I could taste the roasted walnuts in the crust and it makes all the difference!! Can't wait to go back. The staff has always been very upbeat and friendly, I always feel like I'm among friends there. Very glad to have found them and i tell everyone about this amazing bakery.

Caesar Chickun Wrap was phenomenal! It was everything I hoped it would be and more. Shared it with someone and they too were amazed at how satisfying and tasty it was. Can’t wait to try more sandwiches next time

You have to come by and try the Keepin' It Vegan croissants! My partner is vegan and hasn't been able to find good vegan croissants, even living in Toronto. Each time he visits we make sure to come by to pick up a huge box - and every coffee/sweet/apple cider I've tried here has been delicious. The staff are incredibly helpful/friendly and the atmosphere is lovely and family-friendly to come in and grab a bite. Thank you Keepin it Vegan staff for your wonderful baked goods! :)

Yummy vegan goodies and cafe drinks. We loved everything we tried! I expect we would have had to come earlier in the day for bread. Most were sold out. We've also had good luck with their in-store items sold elsewhere.

Yes, vegan croissant exist! Amazingly fluffy and tasty. This place has many vegan pastries and desserts to choose from. Arrive early in the day, or you can always find something tasty in the freezers. They also have beverages. Friendly staff!

i got the nanaimo bar and the london fog and they were both really good! the nanaimo bar was quite sweet but the london fog had a really great tea flavour. customer service was great as well! the atmosphere is very calming with lots of seating. my only gripe is that its quite pricey, comparable to toronto prices
