update,
I
came
into
the
clinic
in
person
last
Friday,
to
complain
about
the
longtime
absence
of
the
care.
Then
they
reserved
a
appointment
for
me
this
Tuesday,
today
is
Wednesday,
they
did
not
call
me
as
usual.
The
worst
clinic
I
have
ever
deal
with.
I
am
a
current
patient
here,
but
I
cannot
contact
with
them
by
call
or
email
for
almost
10
months.
I
tried
to
call
them
6
times
and
email
them
5
times
from
2022
spring.
During
last
year,
I
left
voice
messages
to
them
since
I
need
help
on
my
back
pain
as
per
it
was
hurting
and
itching,
but
did
not
hear
them
back.
I
used
to
track
my
blood
cholesterol
each
4-6
months
since
my
high
cholesterol
issues,
but
I
cannot
speak
to
any
one
from
this
clinic
from
last
spring,
I
callled,
left
voice
messages,
emailed,
did
not
hear
back,
so
I
did
not
do
my
test
more
than
one
year
already.
There
is
heavy
headaches
beats
me
for
almost
one
year,
I
email
them,
no
response.
I
am
suffering
algomenorrhea
for
the
past
three
month,
would
like
to
speak
to
my
doctor,
or
get
a
doctor’s
notes
to
buy
birth
control.
Cannot
reach
them
out……
I
am
so
upset
about
this
clinic.
update:April
3rd,rude
receiptionist.
They
did
not
admitted
their
fault.
Now
I
change
my
mind
to
accept
doctor’s
apologies
in
Saturday.

June22
Friday-
I
call
in
the
morning
to
double
check
my
appointment
on
July
4th,
since
I
cannot
remember
the
specific
time.
But
the
receptionist
told
me
that
I
cannot
come
in
July
4th,
since
doctor
is
not
here
that
day.
But
I
do
remember
my
appointment
is
on
July
4th,
so
she
suggest
me
to
reschedule
the
appointment
to
July
17th.
I
can
imagine
that
if
I
did
not
call
them
today,
I
will
come
in
July
4th
and
be
noticed
the
reschedule
that
day.
Since
they
do
not
call
out
to
notice
the
changes/update
about
the
appointment.
And
they
even
do
not
allow
to
email
a
appointment
confirmation……
