    There's no parking spots, only spots for doctors. The reception staff is rude and doesn't seem to care about their patients issues. Doctor wasn't even at the clinic for appointment they set, been waiting 45 minutes to see a doctor for a 1 hour appointment .. what was the point of even booking an appointment if they aren't even going to be here for it??.. terrible clinic go somewhere else.. Update. Doctor was a full hour late for the appointment so now I have to wait another hour here for my friend to see her doctor. Thanks for ruining my day. Some of us actually work...

    The worst Dirty clinic.. 50 people in a room just like a bathroom space They don't answer over the phone and even the faxes Doctor here needs to update his medical information. He gave me a prescription that is not available in Canada after spending 3 hours waiting in his Dirty clinic Then I went back and waited again , he gave another prescription again not available in Canada. The pharmacy sent him a fax and it is been more than 48 hours waiting for response!! Imagine till now I am waiting and I did not get the well service or treatment but he got his money from the government regarding my visit! Stupid system 😒

    !!!THERE PHONE SYSTEM IS BROKEN!!!! Don't just sit there with 1 person ahead of you leave a message. most of the 1 start reviews look like it's because of there phone system Staff are great, doc was kind and professional. On a busy afternoon the receptionist was supper helpful and patient with everyone that i saw her interact with. 10/10 When I saw the doctor he was friendly and listened well to what i was saying and understood my requests. 10/10 note to staff: if you fix the phone system let me know and ill update the review to 5/5

    If I could rate any lower I would. The staff was lovely and my nurse was nothing but sweet, but unfortunately it seems like no one here has ever worked in a medical office. I have never spoken negatively about a person or place online- I don’t think it’s the forum to air things out. But I hope if you’re considering this clinic, you will read these reviews as the grave warning they are. This place has done nothing but fill me with anxiety and dread for months now. I just had to report this clinic for sharing personal information regarding my appointments and treatment even though I told them in multiple calls, emails, and in person conversations that I did not want any medical information disclosed. I am 20-something and independent, there was no reason to disrespect my wishes and continue sharing privileged information with others. Now my appointment has been cancelled without warning and they won’t pick up any calls or emails I send. You might as well just open the CPSO site when you walk in…

    This is the second time I have been to see this physician in 2 years and both trips the prescription was not called into my pharmacy. I called and email back after a few days and the front desk said they would email him. When the prescription was finally sent one of the medications we had talked about was not ordered and the other order could not be filled as it wasn't written correctly. this has been since June 21 and now he is on holiday and I still have a very sore rash...... I would rather have NO family doctor then a bad family doctor.

    I have moved from Alberta in October last year and went through the process of getting a good doctor. Well I'm still looking . 1st visit my appointment was for 11:30 after sitting in the waiting room for 1 hour another person came in , he had an appointment for 11:45 . The person waited for another 1/2 hr. then complained he was in a hurry and time was money for him. He got in before me , that was frustrating. Then he was supposed to call me at 10 am never got that call , so I called the office and they lady told me he would call never got that call so I tried to I booked another call for 11 am and never got called again. I was in the hospital twice and never got a follow-up to let him know what happened. I know there is a shortage of doctors but this is no excuse.

    update, I came into the clinic in person last Friday, to complain about the longtime absence of the care. Then they reserved a appointment for me this Tuesday, today is Wednesday, they did not call me as usual. The worst clinic I have ever deal with. I am a current patient here, but I cannot contact with them by call or email for almost 10 months. I tried to call them 6 times and email them 5 times from 2022 spring. During last year, I left voice messages to them since I need help on my back pain as per it was hurting and itching, but did not hear them back. I used to track my blood cholesterol each 4-6 months since my high cholesterol issues, but I cannot speak to any one from this clinic from last spring, I callled, left voice messages, emailed, did not hear back, so I did not do my test more than one year already. There is heavy headaches beats me for almost one year, I email them, no response. I am suffering algomenorrhea for the past three month, would like to speak to my doctor, or get a doctor’s notes to buy birth control. Cannot reach them out…… I am so upset about this clinic. update:April 3rd,rude receiptionist. They did not admitted their fault. Now I change my mind to accept doctor’s apologies in Saturday. Update: June22 Friday- I call in the morning to double check my appointment on July 4th, since I cannot remember the specific time. But the receptionist told me that I cannot come in July 4th, since doctor is not here that day. But I do remember my appointment is on July 4th, so she suggest me to reschedule the appointment to July 17th. I can imagine that if I did not call them today, I will come in July 4th and be noticed the reschedule that day. Since they do not call out to notice the changes/update about the appointment. And they even do not allow to email a appointment confirmation……

    I give up. I stayed with this clinic for almost 2 years. Every single time I need to refill my medication I have to call, come in person and beg for it. Reaching them on the phone is almost impossible by the way. This time it’s been almost 4 weeks now that I am trying to get it a refill. The clinic did confirm they have received all faxes from my pharmacy. It is just the doctor does not have time to review it 😐. I made a decision to leave this clinic 😒.

    I am unable to rate them lower. They took payment over 14 months ago to process paperwork for insurance purposes. The specialist I was seeing left suddenly and the money was not returned nor were my phone calls and emails. An appointment was made for me, but I wasn’t told about it and when I called the clinic AND the replacement specialist no calls were returned. Updates were not sent to my GP as requested and inquiries from insurance companies go unanswered. I offered to go there to pick up copies and still no response. Staff is indifferent to your plight so don’t expect sympathy. Strongly do not recommend.

    Additional review: went for a pap about two weeks ago after the office cancelled it in me multiple times and I had to leave a message stating my medical care was being ignored by the clinic and with my family history of ovarian/cervical cancer this is unacceptable. Additionally I put in for a prescription refill Thursday October 13th, it’s now Wednesday the 19th with no refill. Called the office and was told my doctor has been sick, does the office not have a back up plan to get medication to patients in this case? They blamed the state of our healthcare system, told me if it was an emergency to go to a walk in/ER but never once took responsibility for their lack of communication or professionalism. Original review: Horribly run clinic. Reception staff are rude and snarky on the phones which is why I want to schedule appointments via email which they refuse to do. Asked what accommodations they make for disabled clients and have been ignored for over a week. Phone appointments have been fully missed by my doctor and he’s called me the next day while I’ve been at work. Every time I ask for a referral they try to keep it in house which I always have to fight them on to seek care from specialists I actually trust. I hate when my medication starts to run out as the treatment this clinic gives makes refilling anything a headache.

    This is quite possibly the worst clinic ever. My doctor is great but everything else is horrible. I have been trying to reach them for weeks and their phones don't work and nobody responds to emails. Their auto reply says they'll get back in 3 days but its literally been 2 weeks. This is also not the first instance of this happening. It always takes me weeks to reach them, and its always me contacting them multiple multiple multiple times, when it should be them returning my calls. They obviously know it's a problem but don't care enough to do anything about it. DO NOT RECOMMEND. SAVE YOU TIME AND ENERGY.

    Horrible place. They behave as if health care is at their mercy. Doctor Adejumo behaves as if he is super busy all the time and he even gets angry for asking why there was a delay in the appointment which is genuine. I was never informed that the appointments are given in 3 hr window. Their phone lines are always busy, doctor is always late to show up for an appointment even if it is telephonic, they don’t even send requisitions on time. I don’t understand why only this clinic has no time for anything despite such horrible reviews. I have been to other walk-in clinics and specialist clinics and they are always on time without delay.

    I was scheduled a doctor appointment last night at 7pm, this is the 2nd time doctor didn’t call me and I have to follow up myself. And it’s always at least a hour wait to get through to the receptionist. So The next day when I called the clinic, The phone line said there were 3 calls ahead of me, after 45mins wait, it says 1 call ahead of me. Then I waited 2 hours and 40 mins in total and still couldn’t get through so I just hung up. Is this acceptable? My pharmacist tried to fax the refill prescription but the clinic just don’t respond to them. At this point, I am not sure if I actually have a family doctor or not.

    If I could give this clinic 0 stars I would. The doctor is sick every 2 seconds and keeps delaying appointments and it’s always one of another sickness and there’s no other doctor to have appointments. There’s no family doctor for walk ins to change my medications and the no receptionists to answer calls or reply to emails. They don’t even send documents over when requested. How this clinic is even running is beyond me.

    It's terrible that we pay taxes and receive services like that. If we had a normal medical system, they wouldn't be allowed to work, because this is not the service you should be receiving in the capital of the first-world country. Clinic is not answering your calls for the whole day, you leave a message and no one ever calls you back. It takes them a couple of weeks to refer you to a specialist and you need to constantly follow up and control the process, otherwise they will forget about you. When you are dealing with this clinic, remember one thing - your health is in your hands and you need to push them to do anything if it relates to your well-being.

    I still have nightmares about going here in 2018 (it’s 2023 now). The disorganisation here was unbelievable. The receptionist had no idea how to bill me. I had to learn how to do this and do it for her in the two hours I sat in the waiting room. Was this because I had private insurance as an international student? I don’t know. What I know is that I got billed a load of money for one of the shortest and most inconclusive appointments of my life. I hope things have changed.

    Posting for a friend who wants to remain anonymous. This person dealt with Ms Ade Ahmed who is a psycho therapist. Ms Ahmed is not qualified in anyway to provide proper support. During interactions, she was putting away groceries and having to ask to repeat things the person was saying because of other distractions, this shows a complete lack of care. When you are dealing with individuals who face a severe challenge, focusing on them is much more important. There are better options than her. ***See response from this place, terrible. Easier to say the person was not telling the truth. This is what happen during COVID and there is no further need to speak with your office. You have proven my point!

    I have never seen Dr. Adejumo face to face. It was covid times. He was seeing the patients by phone call only. At those times, I had learned once I had appointment, he was not even in Canada physically. He was in UK. I do not know this is allowed by the law. If not, we should consider to complain about him to CPSO Tribunal.

    I have nothing but praise for this centre and all of the negative reviews here absolutely do not match up with my experience. I have visited the walk-in clinic several times (alone and with my 3 other family members) and each time the reception staff have been nothng but kind, friendly and helpful. Dr. Adejumo is so caring, professional and thorough. Of course wait times can be long but that is to be expected. Based on my own experience, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this clinic to others.

    Awfully run practice. In the last 3 years they have double booked my appointment slot twice, forgot to sign my lab requisition (twice) told me they were gonna call me with updates on specialists (they didn’t I had to) gave me referall to treatment I was ineligible for because of my age (had to find out on my own and missed work over it). and lied about appt reminders(saying they would then claiming they would never) the receptionist practically called me a liar. They almost never answer the phones, have yet to answer any of my emails and overall rude and unapologetic when you’re there. The Dr I have there is friendly but the way the establishment is run and handles it’s patients is 0/5 I’ve moved around different cities and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had with a clinic.
