Recently brought a senior parent in for an MRI. The front staff was kind and polite. The staff at the back, not so much. They were very rude and kept trying to forcefully position the arm, shoulder and hand in a position that caused pain, very impatient & intolerate senior care. And before you even offer up a phone call, don’t bother, it’s too late!

Had a late night MRI. The instructions to arrive 30 minutes prior to appointment were very clear. I received reminders by voice phone, text message and email (maybe a little over the top on the reminders, but nice to know that no one has an excuse for forgetting their appointment or showing up late). Staff were all friendly and were accomodating in helping me feel relaxed and comfortable during the testing. Happy to have free parking as so many other clinics charge stupid high prices to park.

This place is very nice and clean. The staff for me has been great. The only problem is when you come in, the volunteers ask you right infront of everyone at the main entrance whats the reason for you to be here. I understand if someone needs directions but if not, I don't think it's anyone's business as to why. Especially all the people in line behind me that I may or may not know. I may not want to share that information, especially if I run into someone I know. We should be allowed to Privacy when we are getting medical services.

I had an okay MRI for my knee in December 2021- staff that evening were nice and polite. It was the total opposite when I went for my Brain MRI a little over a week ago. The Techs were rude and unsympathetic. When I didn't fit the neck/ head cage it was placed on with no pillow and my headphones ( after I asked them to put them on- they forgot to put them on me), then jammed me into the scanner- my shoulders too wide- my shoulders and arms were rubbing against the sides causing me pain. I couldn't take more than 5 minutes in the machine and now have to wait for another machine that actually can take someone with broad shoulders. . The attitude of them sucked and they wanted to rush the appointment instead of listening to the patient. My arms and shoulders were sore for 2 days after. I spoke to my physician about what happened. This is not a place you want to be to get an illness confirmed.

No clear image? Fast, free parking, efficient and kind staff during the MRI. However, the staff called the next day advising my mother: **our MRI machine did NOT produce any clear images ** for her neurological illness. This is a major concern. A request to an elderly, physically challenged and unwell patient who lives 45 minutes away - and does not drive - to attend the Montfort to redo the MRI was made. The recommendation is to attend an actual hospital - after such failed results.

Today I went for an m r I at this site. I was very impressed. Big and clean and not overly busy. The volunteers were very friendly and very helpful. They could see me limping and offered me a wheelchair. The reception staff was friendly but business like. They gave me very clear instructions. The text were also very efficient and business like. The m r I itself of course was very uncomfortable to stay still for. There's probably nothing they could do to make that more comfortable. Overall it was very civilized compared to going to the hospital these days!

Great spot, volunteers are there to greet you and show you the way, if needed. Very 'NEW' and clean building. Lots of parking too!

Very impressive for a health center. Visited for a walk in x-ray and the service was just great. Easy to register, easy to find my way around, great attention.

Hand sanitizer following every door. Volunteers or staff very welcoming asking if you need a mask, if you know where you're going or need directions every time the last 4 times I've been. 👍

When I call, no one ever answers the phone. There's no option to connect to the department I need to speak too. When my call is transferred, the phone constantly hangs up on me. I've been calling for two days. What is this? I need to cancel my spinal injection! How do I get in touch with you guys???

My daughter attended for an MRI appointment . Checking in was quick, efficient and courteous. There was no wait. Serge and the other technician were really nice and very friendly. My daughter said the gowns were much better than typical hospital ones. Beautiful building.

The entire place won't accept digital requisitions... what century is this? They insist on paper copies and will not print for you. Pascale at the X-ray reception tried to speak French behind my back without realizing French is my first language. She also refused to see me because I had an infant with me. I don't have anyone to watch her unfortunately (I wouldn't have brought her if I did). She is perfectly content in her stroller just outside the room for a couple minutes during the scanning. If they insist on her not being unattended, a volunteer could have been called to help me out for the few minutes the scan takes (2 scans that take about 10 seconds each). How can a Healthcare institution treat a struggling mother so poorly? Totally disgusting.

I have had multiple ultrasounds here throughout my pregnancy - The staff at the main imaging reception are always so patient and in good spirits and the ultrasound techs are always so kind and reassuring. There was a mix up with my appointment during my last visit. When the receptionist checked me in she didn’t notice that I was booked at Montfort hospital instead. The room/area number was for the hub but the address was for Montfort hospital. Must have been a mistake from whoever was making appointments a few weeks prior. After waiting half an hour and not being called my husband followed up with the girl who checked me in (further reception desk) and she assured us to just wait. After almost an hour, my husband went to see the guy at the first reception desk instead and he quickly caught that we were booked at the wrong location. You can imagine the emotions going through an almost 9 months pregnant woman during all of this especially that it was for my final growth ultrasound before I give birth. He really went above and beyond by calling Montfort hospital and explaining the situation to try to get me a same day ultrasound. The staff even went as far as telling us that if Montfort hospital couldn’t take me in that the ultrasound tech would take me during their lunch break. I can’t even explain the gratitude. I will definitely recommend the hub to anyone needing ultrasounds. Thank you for making these small pregnancy experiences that much easier!

Horrible service. We made an appointment for 6pm for our son. Only to be turned away when we arrived. No solution was offered. Now sitting in CHEO for 6 hours plus. My wife and i both took time off work. They had no empathy whatsoever. Absolutely abismal serrvice.

Really lovely place! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Appointment was quick and well organized. Lots of free parking.

Cleaner than a five Star Hotel, excellent staff and paramedics, looked like a different world altogether, never seen anything so clean and organized, exceptional service..it was a 10/10 experience for me.

Rude and ignorant staff at the mri department. Very unhappy with the way I was treated last visit. Don't recommend that location. Couldn't give no star or I would have.

EXCELLENT experience. Brought my significant other in for an MRI. The MRI staff, from the professional and kind lady at MRI check-in to the MRI Technician were all A-1++. They answered my questions and dealt with my concerns. Everything was on time and went very smoothly. (FYI, We were coming in from the 'deep' west end, and, getting there was easy-peasy! (took Q-way E. to Jeanne D'arc Blvd, which, after Innes, becomes Mer Bleue Rd.)... ). THANK YOU ORLEANS HEALTH HUB - MRI STAFF. PLSE KEEP UP YOUR EXCELLENT CARE and WORK!
