Worst service ever. The grumpy lady at night shift wouldn't manually enter my credit card as the stripe was not working. I asked her before i started scanning if she knew if she could help. She refused. I went ahead and scanned. Needed help with the card and then told me the machines don't work that way. She washed my time. I asked to pay cash and she rolled her eyes and said it's only cash over night. Grumpy lady has over stayed her employment Also told the bought security on the west on that trip cars were drinking cans of beer in their parking lot, there are cans everywhere. Twice i told security and she did nothing. Apparently tailgate parties are permitted here. Worst Loblaws I've ever been to. Superstore it is not. Needed some emergency products for my family in the middle of the night. This location is 24/7, however, at night they only have self check out, even though there have plenty of staff around. The self check out only takes debit or credit, no cash. When expressing i only had cash, the reluctant staff told me the machines used to take cash but clients used them as cash machines and how the business saves 3 million a year on not having cash from the self check out. To which i replied, if the machines don't take cash and the business saves 3 million a year, and are paying you to stand here and tell me this, they might as well have you ring my cash transaction through. Serve the customers, Joe fresh. You want my money, have someone there to take it. Btw, no where at the errand did it day after a certain your there is no staff in the 24/7 location to ring your transaction through, nor that they don't accept cash ... No cash sales at night....? Fail.

Wow, this really is a one stop shop. Well, you can't buy a car or a house, but you can get pretty much everything else...including a fresh cup of Tim Hortons coffee!! Fresh produce, good service, very busy. Floors are clean in some areas, and not so clean in others. Fish market definitely has a distinctive aroma. Having shopped in other locations across the city, there are some noticably higher prices. Overall good experience. #localguide

Costs are up not too sure about the new security guards, are they protecting them from shoplifters or us from the high prices. It's a clean store, produce is fresh. Better to use a cashier. They are more friendly than the self checkout. I do not appreciate the new receipt checkers. To be honest go somewhere else where the business appreciates you. Know your rights. Unless they see you shoplifting they cannot ask you to show your receipt. This is not Costco.

I have not been to this location for months because of the lack of customer service. But I was driving by and stopped. The cashiers should realize they leave the last impression. This time I had a young man say “well you should have told me first” , but I had and he paid no attention nor apologized for his mistake. I have read a few reviews and realize this store only responds to the positive ones. I won’t return as they don’t deserve 3 chances.

HUGE store. Be fit and have lots of time. As usual, the daily essentials like bread and milk, cheese and meat, fish and veggies are 'round the outside'. This might save you some time cruising every aisle. There is big natural food section as well as at least two aisles of kosher foods. The pharmacy section is relevant large as well. This store also has clothing, home appliances and kitchen, homewards. Plus a lot more. Hurting my brain to think of it all, to be honest. It's big. :-)

Plastering 30% off stickers over the 50% off stickers for food nearing expiry. Clear contempt for the struggling consumer and absolute greed from a company with a bad reputation. The products will rot on the shelf rather than being sold and avoiding creating more food waste.

I recently visited Loblaws, and overall, it was a positive experience. The cashiers were friendly and provided good customer service. It was nice to be greeted with a smile and receive assistance if needed. I was also pleased to find that the items I needed were in stock. It can be frustrating when essential items are unavailable, but Loblaws had what I was looking for. While there wasn't anything particularly exceptional about my visit, it was a standard and satisfactory shopping experience.

Loblaws has become ridiculously expensive! I used to shop there for years, however, go less frequently now that we no longer live in the area and because they barely have any vegetarian options. Loblaws used to have a huge selection of vegan and vegetarian options. They have since reduced the products they carry and the prices are nearly double in comparison to other groceries. The store washroom is also poorly maintained. Not somewhere you'd want to take your children. Very filthy and hasn't been updated in 15 years. Produce has also become less fresh than from what I remember!

My wife witnessed their attendant called Yusef I think being absolutely rude and disrespectful to a gentleman in a wheelchair. Does this store not have enough with their new ableist doors? This used to be a nice place to buy groceries.

The last time I shopped here (quite a few yrs ago now), I had an issue regarding a sale on cat treats that they refused to honour. (it was a buy 4 for $ sale). They claimed it had to be all the same flavour & you couldn't mix and match flavours which is absolutely asinine. Would never shop at this location anytime in the forseable future.

I felt compelled to leave a review after receiving excellent service at the bakery department at the Loblaws College Square. Her name was Katherine, and she dropped everything to prepare the icing on a birthday cake. I had lots of instructions and requests regarding what I was looking for and she made every effort to make it look great. In addition, her icing hand script was flawless!

I love the huge selection of home goods and Joe Fresh that is available at this store. My home store on Barrhaven's selection and size is tiny in comparison. Fair selection of house plants as well.

I had the pleasure of dealing with John from the meat dept. Thanks for clarifying the bone in ham product as well as helping me to get the turkey legs and turkey breasts. Keep up the awesome customer service. Employee of the day in my books. Happy New Year John.

It's a great store overall. Lots of selection and stock available. The deli always has fresh meals to go, which I really appreciate as someone who just needs to grab a little something for dinner every now and again. Staff are very friendly. I echo most people in saying that the prices are absurd. $11 for two bags of chips is absolutely ridiculous. The produce can be good at times, but you're looking at paying 2 - 3 times more than you would at other stores.

This Loblaws is BIG and offers a lot. What I like is that self-checkout machines are plentiful, with little to no wait time even during peak hours. Perfect place when you want to grab some quick groceries. Lines for cashiers tend to be pretty long at all times, though. If you are making a large grocery trip or buying alcohol, expect to wait in line for a while.

This store has everything. You can have a quick lunch as they have a “food bar” with food to go. They have a full grocery store, alcohol aisle and even Joe Fresh clothes. Lots of self-serve cash register. Staff is nice and always happy to help

A good grocery store but as with most cannot compare to USA grocery stores. The new security fencing put in place is a Safety Hazzard, God help anyone in the store if a quick evacuation is needed. Self checkouts are something the store will have to look at. Lack of staff is the prime problem in my view.

This is the place that sustains me with glorious food. Everybody eats, and everybody needs groceries. Optimum points are a big win. Kicking Horse coffee can be found on sale there from time to time, and that stuff is the best. 👌

I like this big store, especially for inside Clothes store. The price is not expensive and reasonable. The bakery is fantastic and fresh. The checkout is fast. There are more options for machine checkout. Inside Medical clinic is also very professional for drop-in service. The doctor is with high expertise and he solved my medical problem which my family doctor could not solve.
