The vegetable and falafel are fried in overused oil and its taste is unmistakable. The food, in general, is greasy and has too much oil. The sweet section is expensive and not tasty. Most of the staff and the management lack of courtesy. Unless there is an item that I can't find in other stores, I won't bother myself to go there.

excellent selection of every kind from bakery products hot food selection, fish counter, meat counter and fresh produce. excellent selection. purchased among other things Fish , and they cleaned it for me and packaged under ice. very satisfied with service. I was shopping again and another awesome experience. Met the Manager George. V amicable man.. said he would get curry leaves in stock.

This store is Amazing! And worth the drive! There are so many things that make this store very different than your normal grocery experience. The store has such a variety of brands, and so many fresh experiences, from the fish counter to the hot food selection, this store has something for everyone. I was impressed with how well the store is laid out, the uncluttered feel and the fantastic selection. This store is worth the drive if and you will need time to fully explore all this store has to offer. I was very impressed!

Caters primarily to a Middle Eastern clientele so carries many products not found in ordinary grocery stores. Wide selection of Arabic pies bread baked in store, pastries and mid-eastern cheeses. Lots of fresh vegetables, prepared and fresh halal meats. Variety of Middle Eastern and European groceries too. Great place!

A truly amazing store where you can find a lot of products from all over the world that you cannot find anywhere else in Ottawa. This is the only store that carries fresh quince fruit, for instance. They also have a great selection of meats, fish, bread, and pastries.

Bananas are always green and the supply of baguette breads is not consistent. Some of the baked goods are not fresh and are rather hard. Label says “packaged today”, which might be true, but the manakeesh was probably made three days prior. Eww. No other issue for me. Good store overall with great staff.

I really loved it , very huge grocery store, well organized, you find everything you're looking for in one store, deals almost every day ,prices are not too expensive.

This store was a mixed bag experience... Meat pies and grocery/hot food selection were amazing but the lettuce I purchased was full of medium sized bugs (ended up throwing it away), I bought a bunch of store made baklava and 2 literally had small rocks in them which I bit into and luckily did not break my tooth. They carry interesting products, but their sale signs are not overly clear so make sure to watch the prices as they scan your items.

Awesome experience. A better place for grocery shopping. Very authentic true Arab store experience. So much good quality good food items and lots of variety. Custom service experience was also way better than any other stores.

Five stars for this place! They offer a wide variety of goods from baked items to hot foods, fresh produce, and seafood. Their fish service, which includes cleaning and icing, is superb. On my recent visit, I had a pleasant encounter with the manager, George, who was friendly and responsive to customer needs. Truly satisfied!

I love the layout of their store, really enjoyable to shop in as a Customer. The staff are always friendly that I've interacted with. Prices are quite high on some items, other items are priced much better than some stores. My favorite item I've tried from Adonis so far is their home made pita bread- amazing flavour and the freshest bread I've ever had! plus the price is amazing. Worst item and one thing I beleive they should work on, sadly? their Baba Ghanoush. Personally, it's the worst I've ever had. Over-all shopping here is a treat! can't shop here most of the time though due to prices.

I bought a salmon Christmas feast. WOW. The salmon was perfectly cooked and plentiful, the shrimp skewers delicious, the hummus and baba ganoush fresh, the potatoes a hit and the baklava desert fresh and wonderful. The meal could easily have served 10 people! I have ordered Christmas dinners from Farm Boy but Adonis blows them out of the water. The service is tremendous, the food outstanding!!! Many many thanks

I really like to shop here. There is a great selection of fruits and vegetables and I always buy the marinated chicken. With fresh pitas and garlic sauce, it's an easy, delicious meal

I enjoy shopping all my groceries especially meat and deli from Adonis. Fresh produce, and meat. All kind of groceries are available in affordable prices.

I am SO IMPRESSED. I had NO idea there was such a HUGE and awesome grocery store for middle eastern food. Honestly, the selection is GREAT and every single staff member was SOOOOO NICE! I am so freaking happy I found this spot, I’ll be doing all my groceries here. Tip: go to towards the back of the store on the right hand side where the prepared food is and try the stuffed zucchini!!! Seriously very happy with my first visit and I’ll DEFINITELY be back!!
