😠 It's Sunday on a long weekend in the summer. Canadian Tire is open but not the station for refilling propane tanks. We're right in the middle of one of the busiest barbecue times in the year. You can buy an espresso machine at Canadian Tire but you can't get your propane tank refilled. People often mention service, store, Canadian, Tire, customer, great, staff,

Although they were in their right to not accept a return. The saleswoman was very obnoxious. I understood the 1st, 2nd and 3rd time she explained it to me. They still took the return because it was faulty and returned my money.

After frustrating experiences at other auto services at other CT places, I found my place to go to! Thank you Greg, and forget what the other people's names are. I was welcomed, I wasn't made to feel like an insignificant annoying customer. I has basic questions about a tire, rims, long tuner lug nuts, and everyone went in problem solving mode. Finding what was needed, getting the appointment going, ordering the tires, finding the lug nuts, making the proper recommendations, explaining what is done, and how I'll have to handle the special key that comes with it, and all the rest of it. Job very nicely done. This location is farther away from where we live, but it's worth it, because the people here make it happen.

I have visited this store for my summer tier change and some minor inspections. My experience was great and staffs were super helpful. The staff Mr. Roger was assisted me and he was awesome. He provided a walk through about the damaged part and gave me a lot of valuable suggestions, which helped me a ton! Thanks!

Over the past few years the new owners have taken this store from a 5 Starr to a 2 star . Service is barely adequate and stock is always being moved.

Canadian Tire is a great store as long as you do not need customer support. Actually finding someone who can answer a question is next to impossible unless you go stand in line at customer service. The point card awards are minimal and hardly worth having.

I left my car with them and I received a message saying just "Sorry we missed you, this is about your Sonata". Nothing more - is it done, is there a problem? So I call them - I cannot keep the cellphone with me where I work - and they place me on hold. For 10 min - I saw them doing this, dealing with many customers and forgetting about the one on the phone. I called, again and again, and either I got a a "Please Hold" - and no wait for my answer, or just the voicemail. I understand that they might be overworked - but this is not acceptable, especially since they could have said "It is ready to be picked up" (just some new tires, purchased from them, to install on rims).

Store staff were unfriendly except for cashier but even she did not greet us. If I could give a negative review, I would. I asked for directions to the bathroom, guy was grumpy I was looking for a specific product, saw the grumpy guy and decided not to ask him for help. When I went into the oil change place, I asked the fellow at the counter where the bathroom was and he was not friendly. Upon leaving the store, the lady at the customer service desk told us where to go out, even though we did not ask her for directions, but again not friendly. Is it so difficult for store employees to put a smile on their face and be friendly to the customers? We do not plan to shop at that Canadian Tire store in Bells Corners again in future and we typically love Cdn Tire. Janice

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Canadian Tire's customer service at their store. Two months ago, I visited the store to purchase a fishing license. The staff there informed me that if I changed my mind later, I could simply come back and upgrade my conservation fishing license to a sport license by paying the price difference. However, when I returned to the store today to make the upgrade, they flat out refused to assist me. Not only did they provide me with false information initially, their solution was for me to pay the full amount again for a new license. This lack of flexibility and unwillingness to correct their own mistake left me feeling extremely frustrated and dissatisfied. It's not solely about the financial aspect of obtaining a new license; it's about the way they value their customers and their commitment to providing quality service. To make matters worse, the supervisor, Mark, displayed an abysmal disregard for the company's customer service standards. Rather than accepting the mistake on their end and working towards a resolution, he acted rudely towards me, compounding the negative experience even further. It is truly disheartening when a well-known retailer like Canadian Tire fails to uphold basic principles of customer satisfaction. I hope that they take this feedback seriously and address the issues I encountered to ensure that other customers are not subjected to such poor service in the future.

Good range of stuff and the mid range equipment is well valued. Shout out to any other Europeans to bring a canvas bag if they reuse and no backpacks, they must have had issues with folk stealing stuff and they’ll ask you to put it behind their customer service desk (clerk was very insistent this is culturally normal in Canada, which it might be idk). Most of the staff are friendly enough

I am so happy to have met Mike at CT bells corners. I first met him as i was helping my Daughter with servicing here. I was so impressed with his caring attitude towards her that I have asked him to provide all my future service needs now that I no longer have to service my lease car at the dealer. He is completely willing to take the time to make sure that I understand every detail of my service needs. He makes me feel very confident and I know that I am being treated very fairly. I would also add that although I don't know the rest of the team as well they all present a very positive a friendly attitude and service. Thanks guys. Stephen Rollins

I came here to swap Tires and Mike is a great guy. He helped me and squeeze me in despite the fact that I had confusion about appointment I thought I had an appointment but apparently it didn’t register, but he was very accommodating .he was able to squeeze me in despite his very busy schedule, which is unheard of so I will give him five stars. Definitely recommend this branch.

Store was quiet when I was in today. Found a great deal on a lumberjack jacket $29 and a puffer jacket $59. Puffer jacket is super warm and very lightweight! Love it!

The employee was very helpful, I was not able to find the ground spikes, and she followed up with me when she saw me again and kindly guided me to where the spikes were located, great customer service thank you so much.

I needed plastic laundry baskets for my personal move to new premises. We were in and out in under 10 minutes and on our way. Very pleased.

Tricky location. Two stars instead of one because one employee really tried to help. I Purchased a product. Within a month it had gone defective. Canadian Tire had discontinued the product so They couldn't replace it or offer any other options. Initially they said that with a receipt they would refund me. Then, the story changed to putting the money on a card. Ultimately I found out that they put it on a card that can only be used in store. Not even a gift card where I can use it in other stores in the CT group. Now, I have to spend near $600 to purchase an item to replace the defective one and I'm out the money which I would hardly use within the time limit they provided - in the store. They could have issued a refund but didn't want to take the hit on a return. Very disappointed in such a large organization.

It's Canadian Tire! What do you expect. Not much I hope. You get what you pay for. I get stuff here all the time. Sometimes there's great deals! Sometimes things are way over priced for the quality. Check out all the bins, so much stuff to fill your house and heart with! Don't forget to collect your Canadian Tire money.

Very poor service at the auto service center. They "lost" the original aluminum rims that were ordered, so they had to order different, more expensive ones. The service rep there on Nov 20 2022 was rude and disrespectful, swearing under his breath as we made his life so unbearably difficult. They ripped one of the tire bags so when they put the tire on the back seat, they scattered dust and rock bits on the black leather that had just been detailed. A garage rep came out and "wiped" it with a rag, really pathetic. Since the cost of the "lost" rims and new rims was different, some balancing had to be done on the computer...this service rep was thanking all his colleagues for their help (doing their jobs) while he showed us his back as we talked to him. I let the rep know what I thought about him before I left. DON'T GO HERE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

A smaller Canadian Tire that does not have many of the things that larger stores typically carry. This store is a bit haphazard. It is not always easy to find what you are looking for. But the staff is helpful.

I was out of town and had an issue with the latch on my hood, it wouldn’t close after I had just filled my washer fluid. Which makes it unsafe to drive. I was at Canadian tire so thought I could have a mechanic have a look but they were incredibly rude and refused to even look at. He couldn’t be bothered cause it was almost closing time and figured he would need parts(without looking). I’m sure it would have only taken him 2 mins to look at it and possibly wire/tie it shut if it wasn’t a quick fix so I could at least get somewhere safe. The kind gentleman at the counter came out a couple times to try and help me with no success (the reason they any got stars) but at least seemed to want to help.

Starter motor died on my car. Was able to get it towed and fixed the following day. Yeah they have a bit of an unsavory reputation for auto service but are great if you have an emergency. Most mechanics take several days before they can squeeze you in.
