Worst
CT
location
I've
ever
been
to.
1-
incredibly
disorganized,
hard
to
find
anything
(including
anyone
working
there)
Aisles
are
cluttered
and
narrowed
with
empty
stock
carts
and
lifts
-
not
at
all
wheelchair
accessible.
2-
always
seems
to
be
out
of
stock,
but
hard
to
tell
with
the
amount
of
disorganization.
3-
Staff
are
impossible
to
find,
and
absolutely
unhelpful
if
you
do.
Took
10
minutes
today
to
track
down
an
employee
to
help
locate
a
vent
cover
i
showed
him
a
picture
of,
he
randomly
pointed
down
an
aisle
and
said
"all
the
vent
covers
are
on
the
silver
thing",
I
turned
to
look
and
turned
back
to
let
him
know
they
were
heat
vent
covers,
not
at
all
similar
to
what
I
showed
him,
it
was
like
he
had
run
away,
disappeared
immediately
after
not
being
helpful.
Tried
to
locate
him
or
another
staff,
ended
up
going
to
customer
service
to
ask
there,
the
young
lady
looked
it
up
and
let
me
know
that
CT
doesn't
carry
them.
Overall
took
about
40
minutes
to
not
find
two
of
the
four
items
I
needed.
4-
got
in
line
to
pay
for
the
2
items
I
managed
to
find,
the
gentleman
in
front
of
me
(who
I
had
already
spoken
to
twice
as
he
was
also
trying
to
find
someone
who
worked
there
and
was
frustrated)
was
trying
to
pay
for
an
$8
replacement
plug
for
an
extension
cord
and
was
told
he
could
pay
only
with
debit
or
credit
and
they
refused
to
take
his
cash!
He
left
without
making
a
purchase.
When
I
asked
why
only
debit/credit,
the
person
working
the
cash
said
because
he's
not
actually
a
cashier
and
couldn't
accept
it.
I
left
without
most
of
what
I
needed
and
went
to
the
Home
Hardware
down
the
street,
where
I
ran
into
the
same
gentleman,
we
agreed
we
should
have
gone
to
Home
Hardware
first.
We
were
both
in
and
out
of
the
store
in
under
ten
minutes
with
everything
we
needed,
friendly
and
easy
to
find
staff.
Skip
this
horrible
Canadian
Tire,
go
visit
the
Home
Hardware
down
the
street
instead.
Or
literally
ANY
other
store.
