I gave one star as the young lady Jennifer was upbeat and polite. We had brakes done and other things as well as an undercoating that I paid extra for to have it done under the doors etc. We agreed to disagree that it wasn't done ( my opinion) her's was that it was done. This was done for my daughter's car. In other car dealerships when I did have my car done yearly, it was very evident and thick , under my car, doors etc. This was not the case for my daughter's car. I mentioned that the extra payment I made for under the doors etc was not done. . They will not redo it after my few attempts of trying to call them back about redoing it. When I finally got a hold of them and they never called back, Including the General manager, I was not impressed! Needless to say I'm not happy at all, also I have determined that customer satisfaction is not their priority. As a follow up I called the number you left me and no one from the store got back to me. .

Saguni there who claims to be a manager but I think she skipped management training. I think it's extremely upsetting to see a grown woman get excited about bullying others. She is hostile, unprofessional, and thinks she's intimidating. We've all worked customer service before - there is a solution for everything and a repetitive and non-functional yelling competition is not it. Do better, hire better and more importantly: be respectful. You just lost 80% of your findlay creek customer base haha

I wish I could give no stars. I brought my own bag like has been drilled into use since they don’t supply bags and I would be purchasing several smaller items and to much too carry in my hands when I would check out. Security guard stopped me and said no bags. I showed her that the bag was totally empty. She still said no bags. Wondering how someone shops, checks out and then you have to go to your vehicle and load your shopping bag at your vehicle in the snow and rain.I called 1-800 customer service for CT and asked about the policy. They informed me that no backpacks are allowed. So not really sure except for the fact Canadian Tire Findley Creek has lost a customer.

Worst experience at this location. Bought a bike in May, within 2 weeks I called the store and said listen this bike is falling apart. They said you get one free tune up, no worries we;ll fix it. I went on vacation for 4 weeks, upon my return I followed up and they said wait until bike technician comes. Waited 2 weeks, only for bike technician to say "this bike is too fallen apart its not under warranty". This is a $250 bike that fell apart within weeks. I said it must have been defective, and their response is that my son was too rough with it (his previous bike lasted 4 years). They were rude and had 0 customer service skills. The manager yelled at me and basically chased me out of the store, other customers were there and told me how appalled they were at the manager, Nancy, behaviour. I don't do public shouting matches, so I left teh store and called their customer service hotline. 2 weeks of calling them back and forth, only for their head office to say "the store owner doesnt want to contact you, we can't force them". Absolutely appalling customer relations. Save your money, for big purchases go to Costco where they always honour warranties and stand by their products.

Lied about curbside pickup, had to go inside the store to pick up rims and injuring my hands in the process. Would not recommend this location at all. The customer service people were helpful and kind at the very least.

Like the previous reviewer. I had a disappointing encounter with the manager Falguni. I live half an hour from four different Canadian Tire stores. Even though I find the Leitrim location to be old and cluttered, I have always found the staff to be pleasant to deal with. I purchased a three piece tool chest and one of the drawers was dented. I spoke with Falguni, she took my information and said she would call me back. Two days later I called back and she told me I would have to return the 100lb chest. I felt this was unreasonable and finally convinced her to exchange the drawer. When she saw the drawer she asked me if I would except a discount to keep the dented drawer. I declined her offer and waited for her to find a replacement. To make a long story short. I had to go into the warehouse to show them how to remove a scratched drawer from a dusty display model. I was so frustrated at this point that I said I would take a scratch over a dent if it was discounted. At first she said she couldn't do that, but lated agreed to a $15 discount. I should have just returned all three pieces. I will no longer be shopping at this location.

I bought a toaster and went to return it for a toaster oven for my nephew. The next day I went back to exchange the toaster oven for a bigger one and their system for exchange and refund was down. I told the girl since the bigger toaster oven was on sale I will buy it and return the other one another day. She didn’t tell me about the exchange policy that if you exchange once you can’t get a refund. I went back today to get a refund and they refused and said she didn’t have to tell me about the policy unless I specifically asked. This is very misleading and dishonest. I asked to speak to the manager and he was rude and wouldn’t do the refund. The packaging wasn’t even opened. I told him his systems were down and I purchased another one he still refused. I said ok I will return the new one I bought and do an exchange, he went on to tell me he couldn’t do the return if it was used I said it’s still the box. He was very rude and didn’t care about doing what was right and giving proper customer service. I went to the car called the barrhaven location and she gladly said bring it in and we will refund you. I decided to go to heron road location as it was closer and they also did it happily for me. I will never buy anything from this location again. Being in a community area you would think they would value their customers. Not the case here. Two other Canadian tires had no issue that says something about their customer service.

I love this place! Although it does not have the same variety of goods similar to other shops like Home Depot for example, yet this is one of the things I like most about it, it just have enough options for any one, without being overwhelmed by the seemingly endless choices. Their prices are very much acceptable and some things they have are even of better quality when compared to other options in other stores with almost same price tag. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. You can ask all the questions you have and they will happily answer each and every one with a smile. Their loyalty program is also decent and provides good rewards.

Do not bother going here for any auto services. I had an appointment for a tire change / oil change, dropped off my car in the morning only for them to call a couple hours later saying they don't have time to do it that day. I understand unforeseen circumstances may have occurred, but this unreliability leaves me never wanting to trust Canadian Tire again. They also weren't apologetic at all. Store is also dark, messy, and cluttered - not a pleasant shopping experience.

They changed my tires. Misaligned them and have now been unreachable for 4 days in a row. This is going to cost me hundreds of dollars in incompetence as I need to go elsewhere to fix their mistake. I'm unable to do my commute to work which does not make me look great professionally. Don't trust them with your car.

We bought tires at this store and had them installed. We were satisfied with the service and brought the Jeep home. Easter Sunday is the first time we use the Jeep and don't go very far when a loud banging starts and we pull over. I find that the lug nuts on the front passenger tire are a little more than finger tight. To top that off a rear tire has a screw in it. She phones the store and leaves a message. No return call. She phones again, leaves another message. No return call. We have the tire plugged by our mechanic and the wheels torqued. Later my wife goes to the store and is told the reason no one returns her calls is that the phone system at the store doesn't work and hasn't for months. So a pointless warranty if you have to drive on a flat tire and the others are loose if you cannot contact the store. Also being aware that the phone system is not working and doing nothing about it speaks to the poor management of this location.

Do not come to this store! Absolutely horrible customer service! I bought 15 balloons and paid $60 for them and I did not even leave the store and they began to pop. I was left with only 6 balloons before I got to my car. When I asked them to replace them they began to state that once you leave the store they are not responsible, even though I only sent one for outside the store. Once I told him that I would like all seven balloons replaced, several of the cashiers began to yell at me. Do not come to the store. I have never been treated this way in my life to have four cashiers yell at me is ridiculous. Go to another location Italian

Findlay Creek store, very helpful after asking the 2nd staff member for assistance. Looking for winter window shield coverage. The 3rd staff (guy, think his name was Robin) was awesome. Took the item out of the box and provided great feedback. Bought 2, came back onto the store and got 2 more for Christmas gifts for my daughter's.

If you need a tool (majority of which are locked up) you'll ask the front desk to have someone open the locked cabinets except this staff member will never arrive. You'll wait and wait....and wait some more. This is one of the worst Canadian tires we have ever been to in terms of efficient customer service. Also, don't be fooled by their "sale" prices. They just jack up their regular prices and pretend the sale price is a deal...

Employees weren't letting us look at bikes because some teenagers were messing with them? Not sure what happened there but they were super aggressive and they didn't let me go to that side of the store.

Lovely experience at this Canadian Tire Automotive Centre. I came in with a complete flat tire and they were immediately helpful regardless of whatever they were doing prior, and were very kind throughout the process. Were great about keeping me updated too. 5 stars for sure!

Thank you Sabrina for your help yesterday, you where indeed awesome, your customer service is compare to none, again I say thank you. Yesterday was my first time at your location and I meet 2 staff who were not helpful to me, as I was leaving the store feeling frustrated, I meet this awesome human; Sabrina who helped me and ensured I got all I wanted. You have great customer service and you are an asset to Canadian Tier, I will visit again because of you. Thank you 😊

I don't always have the best experiences at Canadian Tire stores, this location has changed my view of Canadian Tire. From the moment I walked in to pick up an online order, I was greeted with a warm smile, kept up to date while the employee finished with the previous customer and another employee even helped me load the item into my car. It's very rare to have this type of service and honestly I commend the store and employees for the service.

A thousand Thanks to Elaine who gave us such wonderful service. This store is too small and it is hard to find products. Elaine helped us find everything we needed today. We shop here because it is convenient to home, and we like to support local. This location has helpful staff so I keep coming back!

Worst CT location I've ever been to. 1- incredibly disorganized, hard to find anything (including anyone working there) Aisles are cluttered and narrowed with empty stock carts and lifts - not at all wheelchair accessible. 2- always seems to be out of stock, but hard to tell with the amount of disorganization. 3- Staff are impossible to find, and absolutely unhelpful if you do. Took 10 minutes today to track down an employee to help locate a vent cover i showed him a picture of, he randomly pointed down an aisle and said "all the vent covers are on the silver thing", I turned to look and turned back to let him know they were heat vent covers, not at all similar to what I showed him, it was like he had run away, disappeared immediately after not being helpful. Tried to locate him or another staff, ended up going to customer service to ask there, the young lady looked it up and let me know that CT doesn't carry them. Overall took about 40 minutes to not find two of the four items I needed. 4- got in line to pay for the 2 items I managed to find, the gentleman in front of me (who I had already spoken to twice as he was also trying to find someone who worked there and was frustrated) was trying to pay for an $8 replacement plug for an extension cord and was told he could pay only with debit or credit and they refused to take his cash! He left without making a purchase. When I asked why only debit/credit, the person working the cash said because he's not actually a cashier and couldn't accept it. I left without most of what I needed and went to the Home Hardware down the street, where I ran into the same gentleman, we agreed we should have gone to Home Hardware first. We were both in and out of the store in under ten minutes with everything we needed, friendly and easy to find staff. Skip this horrible Canadian Tire, go visit the Home Hardware down the street instead. Or literally ANY other store.

The WORST CANADIAN TIRE! During my recent visit to Canadian Tire, I encountered an inconvenient bag policy that, combined with disappointing customer service, left much to be desired. Requiring customers to leave bags at the front desk not only disrupted the process but also raised security concerns. What's particularly disheartening is the apparent lack of responsiveness to numerous complaints. Clearly, there's room for improvement in customer service, pointing to a need for enhanced hiring practices. Considering customers pay for services, a higher standard is expected. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place for a positive shopping experience.

Price of an item wasn't scanning in at the price in the flyer. I showed the flyer the cashier asked another staff member what to do, they didn't know what to do either. So they called for Gino (supposedly the manager) who very rudely said they have the right to refuse to sell the item at the price reflected in the flyer if they feel it's a mistake. When I asked to speak to the manager he snapped at me and said "I am the manager" I believe all the 1 star reviews speak volumes about this location..

I would like to commend and thank Donna at the Leitrim store who found my purse which I had inadvertently left in a shopping cart this afternoon and kept it for me to get it back. A very traumatic experience was resolved so well due to Donna. Thanks to a special employee! Joan D.
