Please look at the menu. It says if you wanna have hotcakes, you can make it a meal with a small coffee and a hash brown. Well, this morning when I went there just to do that, I was told that if I wanna have hot cakes I will have to order happy meal and if I order happy meal, I cannot have a coffee. Instead, I will have to get a juice. So, they forced me to buy a happy meal and then a coffee separately. Its not a good service. While dealing with the staff, I felt that they needed to be trained on how to listen.

I appreciate the location but I paid for a large fries once with my meal, the large fry container was only half filled with soggy old fries. A Mc Donald’s manager once said they do not fill up fries all the way. I called Mc Donald’s main office and they gave a full Doordash refund which is good.

Every time we go for ice-cream , whether the machine didn’t work or they have already cleaned it and can’t give us . I have never been inside, so I don’t know the atmosphere. I don’t eat out much and I have not tried their food.

I have come here for years and now I havent had an issue with this location, I have always loved coming here up untill recently, I have gone in and quite litterally looked at the person and waited patiently as they decided to play with their hijab in front of me started going off talking and didle dalying and after a while of me just standing there she turns to me and goes are you ready to order yet; im done going here until costumer service is fixed! , Multiple times I. Have gone in to here workers fighting , costumers being ignored, workers complaining in uniform about being at work saying they should have called in sick ,

Very bad service all the time. Today at 8pm we went to get to drinks. One girl was doing the cash. We were in the line to place an order. Cashier was talking to other employees. They were chit chatting. Not talking our order. And whoever ordered for the food was waiting almost 2 minutes to get their food. And other customers were on the line, waiting to order. Employees were using F word inside. All the customers were listening. This MCDONALD closes anytime. Sometimes 6pm. Sometimes 8pm, 9pm. But on the sign says 24 hours. They don't have any closing time.

It is designed for pick up through attached shop or drive thru. I frequently visit this location because it is close to where I live. It is most of the time under staffed. Orders take a long time to be prepared. I have experienced items missing from my order. There is a board outside saying 24 hours while you don't receive any service after around 9 to 10 in the evenings.

Terrible. Rap music playing so loud the girl taking orders couldn't hear anything I said properly. Had to speak slowly and loud like an idiot. Waited way too long only to have to go back in because I hadn't received everything I ordered. The guy said he needed what was missing and the girl was insisting it was correct. He read the receipt and she shut up because he was right. She thought I had ordered 1 of the items when I had ordered 2. Worst service I've ever recieved from a McDonalds.

Hours are wrong. Went in at 7:35 am on Sunday and worker said it wasn’t open even though hours said 6am. I expect a large corporation like McDonald’s to make sure hours are correct.

I ordered 20 nuggets with a McFlurry on the app because there was a coupon for free McFlurry on orders above $20. Maybe I'm naive but I was a bit surprised when I only received nuggets. I called customer service and they said they'd be willing to refund the *free* coupon. I'd rather just not order from the app ever.

I found them the McDonald's to be terrible not to mention that I got food poisoning from the Big Mac in the fries. I ate that on Sunday night and later Monday morning right up until 9:00 Monday night I threw up 22 times. So it'll be quite a while before I go back to a McDonald's

Don't go to this location and the food is undercooked. The fries are undercooked and they messed up Fruitopia tasted like water and the big Mac. would not recommend.

Shitt*est experience ever. 1 Iced coffee 28 minutes in the drive thru....5 cars. You do the math. No one working. Everyone's chatting.

To the people working today around 530 pm, your customer service was horrible. I should be giving 0 stars. I realize most places are short staffed. However, the staff that is working should make an attempt to be polite and friendly.

Pulled up to drive thru and waited 10 minutes before being served. The person on drive charged us for the wrong food and were barely audible. At the window we were given the silent treatment while waiting for the 2 cheese burger and 2 drinks (one water and one small coke). The guy at the window, also the guy who was on the drive through speakers was extremely high and began arguing with us when we asked for our food after waiting for another 10 minutes. He charged us for hamburgers after verbally confirming cheese burgers and then refused to give us cheese burgers when we asked if it was possible to switch. The water we were given was tap water as well. The recipe was not given as confirmation for what we paid for. I understand it's fast food and that it's late, however this is not the kind of service that I'd expect, nor was it even the bare minimum. I would not recommend.

I waited at the desk for a couple minutes before i asked if they were open, i was ignored a couple times then on my 4th time asking the employee said drive thru only. He then proceeded to help the lady behind as I walked out of the store. All in all worst mcdonald's around
