Loved the peri peri bowl with extra toppings of guacamole, everything was fresh, and you could feel the freshness, it was perfectly made, the customer service was amazing you could get positive vibes from the staff that the place is buzzing and the food experience would be awesome. , couldn't express my happiness on finding something so good and different in Ottawa that is Halal as well,..

Love a healthy, take-out option so this place was a nice discovery. The bowl was pretty good; not a huge portion and the protein was weighed which I’ve never seen before but that can be both a pro and a con. The person behind the counter spoke all of two words to me and had a headphone in while serving, interesting.

Saida helped us today and it was wonderful as always! We love mad radish so much 😭. We walk 2km (up hill, both ways) just to come here! recommend the Sante Fe and Mad Cesar, also get the gluten free brownies!!

I had the soup and sandwich combo which was $17 & change. The soup was delicious, fresh and flavourful and the sandwich was on Focaccia bread. This is a fair price point for the quality of what you are receiving.

I love Mad Radish. I’m at this location multiple times a week. Always good people and vibes and the food is always sooo fresh. Saida helped me today and was super sweet.

Loved this place since the first time I went there. Food is excellent. My favorite is the piri piri bowl. The staff is awesome, always very friendly. Would always tell my friends to try. Some have and they also love it. Thanks to the staff.

Delicious bowls! Have tried a few of them - highly recommend the batata.

Food was ok. I got the maple farm bowl and to my surprise there was barely any dressing on it. I could not taste the dressing at all. For $17++ after tax, you would expect the salad to be more flavorful and justify the price tag. The store was completely empty at 1pm so not sure why this happened.

I loved the service we got here. Everyone was super nice :) The food was absolutely yummy. We got several items: Piri Piri bowl, Smoking Gun bowl, Guac & Plantain Chips, Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cookie and the Cookies and Cream Cookie. The bowls are packed and super filling. The cookies were a tad smaller than expected but still really good. If you're out in Barrhaven, this is a good spot to try!

I have had the Coconut Curry Chowder many times from the Mad Radish in the Glebe and it has always been thick and delicious. I just had it from the Barrhaven location and it was disgusting. It was watered down and flavourless. Not sure why the soup is so different between the two restaurants, but I wouldn’t recommend the Barrhaven location.

I went for lunch and wanted a healthy high protein meal. Ordered build your own bowl. Paid $14 for a bowl full of greens, little bit of rice and literally 3 very small pieces of chicken (tiny amount) Surprised at the very little amount of protein I asked the server and he said sorry that’s all you get 75gms of chicken. I’m sorry but paying $14 for a bowl full of lettuce is definitely very disappointing. I could have gone to any burrito place and got a bowl full of protein and veggies for that price. Anyway I won’t be going back there again.

Awesome bowls and to die for cookies!! Got the Piri-piri bowl for take out and came back the next day for dine in. Friendly staff and lots of customizing options.

I used to love this location. Family, friends and I ordered in store or through Uber Eats dozens of times. Then late summer ‘23 something changed. Many orders were wrong (completely different dishes from what we ordered, missing items, incorrect add-on ingredients). Worse ALL orders started coming (especially using Uber) w/ 70-90% lettuce and rice but only 2-3 tiny “bits” of tofu, meat, beans, etc. that were ordered. Comparing an order to the photos in their menu became a bad joke. I, family and friend all tried calling them multiple times and spoke to 5 different ppl , 3 of whom claimed to be the manager. In every case, we were promised that our order would be fixed “this time “and that they would talk to the owner about the problem, and in every case, except one out of probably 15 orders, they still sent over something that looked like it had been put together by a toddler with rice and lettuce, missing almost all of the other ingredients. again. We usually ordered (5-6 ppl) $80-140 of food, and got 2-3 bucks of rice, lettuce and occasional beans with 2-3 very small pieces (max) of protein (per person). In each case, if we called to complain, they saidto come into the store and talk to the manager. This was really frustrating to say the least. We got screwed up orders and they want us to come in a few days later to talk to a different person?. Still we tried that it didn’t make any difference. In the end sometime before Christmas, we all gave up. Nobody was getting anything they ordered or as mentioned if the dish ordered actually came, it was mostly rice and lettuce. And I don’t know very many people, including my own family who can afford to spend the prices that this place charges for basic rice and lettuce, and a few beans especially when that isn’t what is showing in the menu or what is promised over the phone. So I won’t order here again, and after 6+ months of this nonsense I’m 100% sure of my opinion. I highly recommend you try a different restaurant. It’s really a shame, as it was great in the beginning, and The really does need a healthy option especially for vegetarians. Is somebody from Mad radish corporate ever sees this please do something to fix things.

I love mad radish, I wish the Barrhaven location got some more love. Fresh ingredients make tasty bowls which is always what I am craving for lunch. This place is always super clean and staff is friendly.
