Our experience here was so bad, we ended up taking our food to go before it even reached our table. The restaurant was covered in a thick layer of dust, the waitress was half asleep, they were out of so many drinks/ingredients, there was no music - we felt like we had to whisper, they got the orders all wrong (The waitress was openly blaming the kitchen staff). Definitely do not recommend for dine-in.

The quality and service at the Barrhaven Works has been progressively going downhill. This last visit was the worst to date with the employee taking my order having no knowledge of the menu, items were missing from my order, and the broccoli was rotten (see photo).

Had a great experience in Kanata the night before so it was an obvious choice. Good beer, good burger and service. Had the Impossible Sexy and bottomless fries, they were delicious. Any burger can be substituted for the vegan patty. Good service. High chairs available.

First time went here. We had queso loco nacho fries which was too good, but the kamekaze burger was not so good. The ambience here is beautiful. Service was great. Enjoyed here with friends. Overall, good.

Multiple mistakes in our order, had to ask for certain items a few times before they were delivered. The burger patty was dry. Milkshake was awesome.

Great place to go for a hamburger, they have so many options and so delicious. The sides are so various and the drinks too. The milkshakes are to die for. They are so enormous and with so different flavors to choose from, everything for a greater price. And the place makes you feel at home right away. Great service.

Love the lunch options and price! Perfect portion size for me; filling without being too much. My group had the new pulled pork sandwich, Sk8tr boy and the Son of a Beech from the lunch menu as well as the Hawaii Five-O from the regular menu. Each was well prepared and delicious! 🤤Beyond the good food and great price we received, as usual, awesome service. Thanks Ashley for making lunch that much more special.

I have been eating at this restaurant for many years. I went there today and was very disappointed. Maybe the owner has changed. First of all, the onion tower was very unpleasant. The batter and onion were watery, and the worst part was the burgers. I ordered three burgers, and each one was about one-third smaller than before. Additionally, the meat patty was very dry and small, they were way overcooked and giving the feeling of being frozen for a long time. Price went up 1 dollar since last time I went there, but the food's quality dropped tremendously. The only thing GOOD about this restaurant is the waiter, he is one of the best I ever met. But I gave 4 star to the service rating because he was the only waiter there and I don't think anyone can withstand an owner that horrible who would easily destroy such a good'n old venue. The owner must be that bad to operate a good restaurant to a complete joke.

Ordered a simple hamburger each with my partner. Partners hamburger came with a pile of sauce despite request for no sauce. My hamburger came undercooked and red throughout. Lost my appetite and had to request a full refund rather than simply being offered it. The waitress was excellent though. We go there about once a year. Not going back again. Have heard too many negative stories from locals recently.

Had the most amazing lunch at Works today! They have a huge menu selection and you can pick the patty, toppings, buns and sides of your choice. We had The Hipster and the Getting Piggy with it and both were delicious. Sheri was wonderful too and had great recommendations! 😃 All in all, a good place for a great meal and some top notch service! Totally recommend checking it out.

Tried the chicka chicka boom boom burger. Amazing! But the onion rings were the highlight. So crispy on the outside, so so good! Our waiter was so friendly , highly recommend this location for anyone looking for some great burgers.

We tried the kamikaze burger but it was just okay not good not bad. The place had very nice vibe and atmosphere.

Went to this location with a party of 8 for a birthday, and the service was amazing. We had people of all ages and our own cake and they accommodated us very well. Food came fast, and everyone’s orders were correct. Drinks were refilled constantly. We got refills on fries too. My burger was as a little dry and smaller than I remember the works being, but still quite delicious. They sat us in a little private alcove which made the evening feel special too. We will return for sure. The new manager is a real gentleman.

Our waitress Paige was great, so friendly and helped answer all our questions and just overall sweet and provided great customer service! Our food was amazing and hot and fresh! Will be back for sure
